Signing up for a spot for the RV was easy using the online reservation process. I decided to visit the facility before having the RV towed to pinpoint the exact location. Cindy was wonderful. We identified the location and finalized the reservation. Since moving the RV in, I have had great conversations with the others (Amber and Jennifer). Everyone has been so kind and easy to work with. I have to say, the facility is extremely clean.

The staff is very friendly I know theres a few times I go into my unit and do my writing and I fall asleep they dont bother me you know I get into that mode and Im just relaxed

This is a really good location, and I highly recommend it. The office manager is always courteous, professional and helpful. The units are clean, and the prices are great!

Convenient and reliable. Shawn helped me find the right size storage and my storage needs. Also help me with the lock I purchased from them, I had trouble with setting the combination. He replaced it, and I was able to secure my unit properly. The place is convenient as far as distance, and the prices are affordable. I recommend because theres not many units, theres enough units there so your not driving like crazy trying to find your unit.

My experience with Extra Space has been excellent. Pretty much everything can be done by phone and/or online. With the recent snow weve had here in South Jersey Ive never had any problem accessing my unit. The area is clean and well-maintained. Shawn Yeatman was very helpful when discussing the moving out process .

Shawn was very nice and helpful to my needs. Very good and calm, had time to walk me to my unit and offered suggestions on how to keep my items secured. He made my stress about thinking of how to manage my items less of the worry I had before I arrived the storage facility.I will highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a clean neighborhood storage facility.

Shawn was extremely helpful, assisting me as I coordinated an in-house transfer from one unit to another, and patiently answering all of my questions. He cleaned out my new unit for me, and even helped with some of the moving! Shawn went above and beyond to make my move as painless as possible.

I called to see about renting a unit. I spoke with Shawn who went above and beyond. They didnt have the size there I needed but he went online checking out their other locations and texting me the directions. Very nice guy. Extra Space Storage came through for me as I had a move and store my items before my new home closing. The company is in a great location and its employees were courteous, friendly and super helpful. I was assisted by Shawn at the time of booking and then Eric helped me on move in day. I thought I may need to get an additional unit but both were so nice and eased my moving day stress. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!!

I can always count on an answer or positive action to any inquiry. For example keeping me posted of any new available units or promotions as requested while I am looking for additional units, as well as notations to my file not to automatically Bill my account until I receive the new credit card #s While still within my 5-day Grace period. And something so endearing as to come out of the office in the cold and help me place my gate code because I forgot it right down to removing snow in front of my unit so that I could load and unload ! WOW Although Erik couldnt provide me with the space needed for my camper. He gave me amazing Customer Service and looked up other places that could help me with my Camper space needed while they are making more space their and for me to check back asap so he can accommodate me if I didnt find what I needed. I was able to put in a reservation online without any payments the night before.Next day, Kelly the facility associate called to follow up with me to make an appointment for mymove in.He was very courteous, worked with my budget and helped me out tremendously when I arrived at the facility.He answered all my questions with any hesitation, I was not rushed, or pressured into anything.This was the only location that had a storage spot for my 35ft long motorhome and not far to travel to it either.Kelly helped me out with parking my rig and was very customer service satisfaction oriented. He explained everything well in details, and oriented me to the facility and how to put in my pin to access the gate.Facility is clean, and on a well-lit main road and that was satisfying to see as well. Prices are reasonable during this virus pandemic and Im thankful for them providing reasonable prices. With my tight budget, this was a biggie.I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I know Ill be using this facility in the future when I needed to store my motorhome.
