Due to my past experiences with car dealers, I have been quite leery and very nervous in purchasing vehicles from dealerships. However, Jeremiah was very open and upfront about the cars we were interested in. He was not pushy in any way. He didnt force us to look at certain vehicles but was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He helped us find a car that fit our needs and our budget without trying to move us into a more expensive car. No, I wouldnt buy from them again. We gave them a check to buy a truck for my son June 27 2021. Everything seemed fine till we never received the plates or title. And we still havent. We cant get anyone to return any phone calls. When we call and ask for an update we get told someone from finance will call you back today and we never get a call. Finally received a call around July 10th that the auction yard they purchased the truck from lost the title and they were trying to get an update on it. And then they called back and stated they found the title and our processing it to send to Unique and then they can send it to us. In the meantime they would send us a new temporary till then. Still no update as of today and my next move will just be contacting the police. My son was gonna take out a vehicle loan and pay us back for it and cant due to no title. In 20 days it will be 3 months with no title and no plates. No, dont buy from them they should have never sold a vehicle without even having a title for it.

All I can say is I felt they were extremely dishonest. I test drove the car, and liked it. So I bought it, but literally RIGHT AFTER I drove it off the lot, the check engine light popped on. I had spent good money on this car, and had to shell out another $700 on repairs right after I bought it! On top of that, they told me that I would receive a gift card after giving them a 5 star review, but NEVER sent it. Their service and people were nice but man, I wish I did more research.

Recently bought a 2010 Honda Pilot here. Primarily worked with Jeremiah, who is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and easy-going. There was no pressure to buy from him, just a feeling of someone who really enjoys working with good cars. My wife and I were able to take our time and look through their inventory and test-drive vehicles before making a decision. It started out great! But then we actually bought the car.... right AFTER we signed the papers they said “oh and the check engine light had been coming on, but that’s not a big deal” Excuse me? We just paid for this car and you’re telling me that you haven’t fixed the problems that you didn’t tell us about. One of the headlights were out, check engine light was coming on, and they had the windows illegally tinted. So honestly not the best. I will give it to them, they were very nice and wanted to help us, but my guess is that it was only to sell a car. They are not up front with their problems. Very nice people, terrible cars and a HUGE problem with being honest.

This is my first time buying a car. I was really nervous. I found an ad on ksl and was impressed with the car and amazing deal. I called ahead and asked to see the car. After test driving a couple of cars, and found a really nice car for a good discount. The next day, a mechanic from an outside business gave a look over. He stated that the windows were tinted, and Unique Motors offered to remove them. They have nice deals and are very honest! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! I am very happy with my experience and with the car.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!! They are not upfront with issues with their cars. Shimey is a Fraud! Situation 1: I brought a VW Tiguan 2011 from him and put $6,000 down. While, I was still in his parking lot the check engine light came on, the car started leaking and the headlights werent working. He told me if I came earlier in the day, I wouldnt have noticed the headlight. So, I decided not to take the car. It was a hassle for him to give me my money back. Instead he suggested for me to pick a different car. So, I did! Situation 2: I picked a 2015 Jeep Patriot. He told me I needed to give an additional $1000. I did! In total, I gave him $7000 Cash and owe him 1,000. While, I was driving back home the transmission light came on and this other light that I never saw before. I called him to tell him he said he was sorry and didnt know what the light meant. When I came back to his office for my refund he said I couldnt get a refund! After 2 hours of back and forth he agreed to give me a refund under the condition of him keeping $500 of my money. This leads me to believe this business is a SCAM, CORK and FRAUD!!

I bought a car from them last March that ended up having some major motor issues and rendered the car undriveable. Not only did the dealership give me trade in value for that totaled car towards another car, they were understanding and bent over backwards to help me get another car from them. They didnt have to help me as there are no Lemon Laws in Utah for used vehicles but, they went above and beyond normal expectations to help me out in a very hard situation. That being said I have a fair amount of knowledge on what I wanted and common issues/recalls with the make and model.Before you buy any car anywhere:- run the Vin through car fax-have a trusted mechanic look at it.- check all lights ac heat cruise control, etc and try it at high rpms on the highway-make sure they have the title in hand-visually check for previous body workIf you do your homework and pay attention I promise you you can get a good deal here. I paid a fair price for the exact car I wanted.

And when you do have concerns about a vehicle you bought from them they have someone that claims she cant soul English answer the phone. These people are shady and nothing but a fraud. Do not... Good cars, and good customer service. There was a problem with my battery about a month after I bought my car, I reached out to let them know and they offered to replace it for me. Since I live a while away and it wasn’t in my schedule to drive down, they reimbursed me for a new one. Overall my experience was pretty painless, it took a little longer than usual to get my plates but I’ve heard that’s common lately. They have a lot of cars to choose from, good place to look at.

Great experience here. Jesus was my salesman and he and the manager Shimey were both incredibly helpful, courteous and flexible. They allowed me to get a 3rd party inspection which revealed a damaged strut and they were willing to repair it at no extra cost. Their fees are reasonably priced. They offer lots of helpful services at the auto shop next door that are much better priced than you see from chain stores. They offered to replace my 6 spark plugs for $140 after a competitor quoted me $450. They seem to have a good thing going here.

They ripped me off sold me an xterra that was had a bad cooling system and it was basically unrepairable they took it back and sold me a Santa fe that is burning oil and the check engine light is on overall my experience was terrible ill never go back and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I Would give them four stars or more, but I wont really recommend them for how long they take to do things. when we were finalizing the purchase for the car, the older man who is in charge was just distracted, kept receiving calls and would leave my dad and I at the desk, I understand he had to answer calls but it was a annoying because it took us longer to get home. I also had to drive for 4 days with an expired permit plate and my dad and I would call beforehand and Jeremiahs would say dont worry the plate would be here before the permit plate expires. And that was not true, I remember I called the week I received my plates he said they will be here tomorrow, and when I called the next day they were not. They need to communicate the truth and be honest or give more time for the permits. And finally I paid for insurance separately from them and they still have not sent me the information to my email claiming they will send it the next day but they dont. They are not honest and they do not communicate at all with their clients.

Our experience with Unique Motors was not the smoothest and we had several issues at the beginning that only made our experience worse. The car we bought had several issues, one being a recall and a major problem that resulted in the car 3 weeks after buying it to completely lose the transmission. We did not do our part by looking into the car, so definitely something that we HIGHLY suggest when buying from a dealership. After trying to contact numerous times, one in person which only made the situation worse, we finally heard back from the manager. Once this communication was established things seemed to go more smoothly. We went in with the understanding that we had bought a car as is, however, wanting to make them aware of the situation as this was only in three weeks time. We found it helpful to both parties, to put the agreement in writing. We are grateful that it ended much better then how it started.

Only caviot- ask what the full, complete price will be with registration and dealer fees. I didnt feel like all information was disclosed from the start. I bought an audi A4 here that I found out had a bad transmission. I didnt even have it a week when it started having problems. 14 point inspections dont include checking transmission fluids? Owner is avoiding us instead of working with us to make this right. Please get any car you look at here inspected by your own mechanic. Buyer beware. Now i have a cute car I cant fix (warranty was useless). And a loan Im paying on. I just wanted a commuter car for my nursing visits.
