Come see David Packham. My wife and I did, he’s great to work with. There was wiggle room in the price and he helped us with it then offered discounted oil changes. Would return to buy from here again based simply on his service.Update: now that I have had the vehicle for a few days, I’ve had time to go through it and the service department did not do a satisfactory job with detailing the vehicle. The vehicle that we purchased was used and I did not look very closely the day that we test drove the vehicle because were just so excited to get the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price. It’s my own fault for not looking the vehicle over better before driving off.Also, the rear bumper was falling off a couple days after getting it home. Since I live 90 miles away from the dealership, I called ahead and they said I could bring it back in for the bumper to be repaired. Before I took it back to the dealership, I stopped at an Auto body repair shop in my town. I was told all that needed replaced was a bracket and some damage behind the bumper.The next day I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they told me it would take a couple of days for the auto body shop to repair the damage. I asked for a loaner car per the dealerships website advertising “Loaner cars available” and they said they have no loaner cars. My wife and baby had to drive all that way to pick me up.I was contacted later that day by the dealership saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I inspected where the damage was and all that had happened was the “auto body shop” poured super glue onto the rear bumper and held it into place until it dried. Won’t be able to access the rear taillight if it ever needs replaced because of the poor repair job.Over all, not extremely satisfied. But the dealership did give me a complimentary tank of gas for the headache. At least I got that.Please inspect the detailing job and damage to the vehicle prior to leaving the lot. It took me 3 hours to detail the vehicle today at home.I still recommend working with David when purchasing a vehicle here though.

A friend recommended we look at a car at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. We were very impressed. Our salesman Josh was wonderful & very knowledgeable about the particular car we were looking at (even only being employed there for about 3 weeks). In all the cars I’ve bought over the years this has honestly been the best experience. Maybe because we were expecting to purchase a vehicle that night, although we’d been actively looking for a couple months, but passed by on our way back from Home Depot and just stopped in to look at a car and a sales person sauntered over and just asked a few questions. We ended up buying a Hyundai Palisade. Never thought I’d buy a Hyundai. But it was an impressive ride, impressive ratings, low pressure, excellent 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, free upgrade coating on interior fabrics, lifetime car washes and oil changes, and the price was less than a used Ford Explorer which I was looking at and wanting. The sales person and credit manager were professional and friendly and made it a positive experience. Highly recommend these guys.
Conner Crockett was awesome! I told him upfront that I wasn’t planning to commit to anything and that I was just trying to get an idea of options. He was very understanding but still gave me all of his attention and answered all of my questions. The only thing I knew when I went by was that I wanted an SUV, but not what kind or anything. He ‘humored’ me and gave me honest feedback. When I ended up thinking that there was a feasible option he gave it his all by still I didn’t feel pressured if I it didn’t work for me. He did such a good job I ended up making a purchase that day. Connor was able to get me into a NEW (2022) for close to what I was already paying. I would DEFINITELY recommend Murdock Hyundai of Lindon and specifically Connor Crockett. He even threw in a few jokes 🤣🤣

At first my experience was going quite well at the dealership, they are friendly enough and seemed to want to help. Allowed us to test drive the car and seemed like they wanted to help.My grip came after the guy selling me a car lied to me several times during the visit to make the car sound more appealing.1st instance- telling there weren’t any of those cars on lot though their inventory said they had some. Granted I can understand that some cars on lot can already be “claimed” so this didn’t bug me to much.2nd instance- when going over financing with him he understandable wanted to know a price range and wanted to know how much down payment I would have. When I stated I had a decent down payment he gave me an estimate that was higher than the original estimate, now he could have been explaining things poorly but from what I saw in front of me was if I put more money down I’d end up paying more money. When I asked him about this, he stated “oh, that is so we can make as much commission as possible”. I’m going to be honest I have no idea where he was trying to go with that, and I’m pretty sure I misunderstood what he was trying to say but regardless it is his job to help me understand.3rd instance- the last one isn’t that bad but they said they would text and call to follow up and never did.There were other instances during our meeting that made me feel like they thought I was dumb, and again these are all little gripes, but my overall experience here wasn’t what I had hoped. If anything it was more like what others think car dealerships are like, not giving you all the information and making you feel a little like you got roped off.I don’t think this is a bad company, I love Hyundai, but my experience at this dealership left me with a bitter taste. I will try to come back here again to give them another shot, until than I think transparency would be advised.

Recently bought a Palisade from these guys. Id had a bad experience a couple years ago with high-pressure sales tactics and had a bad taste in my mouth, and was hesitant to go back. My experience this time around was completely different. I worked with Braden, who was incredibly professional. We were looking for a specific model/color combination, and over the course of a three weeks, Braden kept in touch (without being high-pressure) and helped us find the car we wanted. When it was time to buy he bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of. I know that auto-sales can be an intense environment and sales people are often under pressure to hit their goals, but Braden never made it about him, let us take our time, and took care of us when it was time to buy. I am a business consultant and I work with large companies to train their leaders and sales people, and I would hire Braden to be on my own team, he was that good. The sales and finance managers were also very professional and made the entire experience enjoyable. If youre going into look at a car, call ahead and ask for Braden.

Definitely a great experience. Although my car was in transit when I decided to purchase, Kolby Lee at the dealership gave me updates as often as I asked for, helped me through the process very well, and even helped me do what I could do to save some money.
Since February I have been going to the dealer Moran than 5 times trying to get a warranty service on my suspension that is doing a lot of problems. Changed parts and nothing changed. Left my car to check the noise now in October and came to pick up my car and the car wouldn’t turn on anymore. Advisors are rude and managers couldn’t care less. Would never by a car from them and a Hyundai again. They only want take your money. Run away.
The services department used to be really good. Now they’re just okay.The wait times are very long (two and a half hour oil change with an appointment), you can’t drive up and get service like you used to be able too and an appointment is usually a month out. All of the convenience that used to be offered just isn’t a thing anymore.
Went in just to see what options we had and drove home with our car. Service was great normally you’re at a dealership for the whole day but not today. Grahm was amazing and was a big help on listening to what I liked and wanted!! Thank you!!
For a used car dealership this place is pretty good. I am a little disappointed that they wouldnt give me my car for free but... I can live with that. All parties involved were very easy to work with and accommodating, especially when I decided to change my choice of vehicle right in the middle of price negotiations. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from this place make sure you ask to work with Riley or Cody.

Because there is not a zero. Took my 2015 for routine oil change to learn there were two open recalls. Service person would not do the oil change because of the open recalls and I did not have three hours to wait at that time. Made an appointment. First available appointment was more than one month away. Blocked out three hours for oil change and fix the two open recalls. six weeks later arrived early (9 am). Dropped off with service department, ask to have a new battery placed into the key fob and requested them to take the car on a test drive to find engine noise. Returned three hours later to find work was not done. Explained I had a commitment in Ogden at 5 pm and I need the car fixed (noon). 1 pm car still not done and was told it would be a short time to completion. At 2 pm was told the car was in the wash. At 3 pm was told the parts finally arrived to fix recalls and car was almost done. By 3:20 I began to BEG for my keys so I could leave for my Ogden commitment. 3:45 contact person told me the test drive as requested was not done, however, best guess was a bad front wheel bearing. Also, the car battery continuously failed during the repairs. Was told the front right wheel bearing replacement would be $895.00 and to replace the car battery would be $397.00. At 3:50 I again had to BEG for my keys. Learned the fob battery was not replaced and it would take about 30 minuets. Seven (7) hours later I was able to leave. But hey the recalls did get taken care of. Yes I was late to my appointment. Typically its the bride or the groom that is late and NOT the officiator (me). Followed up with a local small business. Was able to replace BOTH wheel bearings for $400.00 and NO there was NOT a problem with my battery (ever). Just a scheme to RIP OFF the customer. Was able to get key fob battery replaced $3.00. Long story short DONT DO BUSINESS AT MURDOCK (any of them). Find a local small business to repair your vehicle and you will find Honesty, integrity and accomplishment. 100% failure starting at the management level on down. Complete failure all around. Stay away.

I have never met a more honest car dealership. Our salesman was Connor and he spent all day with us finding the perfect car at the perfect price. We ended up having a family emergency that took away from our down payment on the car after signing the deal and I was blown away by how understanding they were and told us they will be here when we are ready. We will definitely be going back!

We ordered a new vehicle in May as everything was back ordered. Bubba was great to work with and kept us updated as we waited to hear that the vehicle was on it’s way.When it finally arrived Isaiah was great on getting things taken care of and ready for us.This was one of the few dealerships that we looked at, that is not marking up their cars, and we appreciated that.
Bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra sport salesman was good service was very very poor had a simple oil change they dump oil all over the top of the motor as I took it back to my wifes work I had a fireman literally told me over and tell me my car was on fire because of the mass of the amounts of oil on top of that valve cover this was the second oil change the first one I told him not to wash my black car and they did and they scratched it I will never have these guys work on my car again the sad thing is we paid $2,500 for lifetime service which should have been free I was told and they wont refund your money. I am a professional mechanic and as a professional they are not anything but piss poor service..

One of the best customer service experiences of my life.Rick (salesman) and Dave (finance guy) treated me super respectfully and never once talked down to me about my not so good credit. They were super transparent every step of the way and even gave me tips on how I can lower my payments in the future. They got me into the car I wanted and gave me tons of options.They had one employee (I forgot his name, Im so sorry) that would come around with snacks and drinks and chat with you while the finance anf sales guys were off doing paperwork. I had a problem with a car that was totalled and remains in my credit because my GAP insurance wouldnt cover the remainder. The team at Murdock worked relentlessly to get my loan completed and even called me to come re-sign because they were able to lower my interest rate! They are absolutely THE BEST!!!! Brandon was super. He keep in touch with us on our trip up, due to heavy rain from Delta to Spanish Fork. We were almost 2 hr late for our appt. He greeted us at the door. He informed us on the car we liked. He informed us on all the papee work. We were very satisfied with him. He is an excellent salesman. All others we dealt with were very good with details.
Murdock is the place to go to buy a car! Brad was so helpful. He went as far as to come pick us up because our old car had some issues and we werent sure if it would be fixed. Everyone was very helpful from the time we entered the dealership. Curt was our salesman and he was very, very helpful.
