These guys are a unicorn. They are trustworthy people who try to keep you on the road, and not trying to find problems to get you to pay more. They will let you know whats wrong and what they perceive the risk is from continuing on without fixing, but they wont try to compel you to repair something that doesnt need it.It is hard to know you have car repair people who wont treat you like an ATM. I trust these people and will have my daughters use them.

The tech spent more time looking for other faults than focusing on the AC problem.Tech said it was the AC compressor. We took it to Auto Air in Blaine and it was a leak/dent in the line and a faulty relay. I contacted the Mgr for a resolution refund and have yet heard from them. Dont go there!!!

Extremely happy with my vehicle after I picked it up. They gave me a list of everything they fixed, things I should be aware of, and things to keep my eye on. They didnt pressure me into anything I wasnt willing to fix, but again, made sure I was aware of it. I have been having issues with my headlights going out and they told me why, whereas my previous mechanic gave me no indication of why? Precision Tune Auto Care also took care of my headlight without having to remove my bumper which in the past I was told was not possible. They are professional, fair, and overall extremely wonderful to work with. This was my first time there, but I will be back in the future for any & other vehicle issues. Thank you Paul & Paul, you have restored my faith in my car and my mechanic(s)!

My defrost wasnt blowing air. I brought it in and they fixed it in a day (blower motor). Got home and found they didnt put the radiator cap on - called. Went back and they put some fluid in and rinsed the front of the engine. Apologized and gave me a free oil change for the trouble.

My vehicle froze up! I called Precision Tune and they willing took my vehicle. I was so thankful. They did a great job and were so helpful to me. I can’t say thank you enough. Linda

I was leaking a massive amount of oil and dropped the car off after they were closed. Contacted Paul in the morning regarding the problem, they were able to work it in that day and diagnose the problem, order the parts and had it up an running the next day for us. Really great service.

Our daughter’s vehicle stalled on interstate 35W. Being 3 hours from home, she called us in a fairly emotional state of mind not knowing what she should do next. As we calmed her down, we did a quick search of local auto repair shops and Precision Auto came up and was open till 4. Paul the owner answered and was able to give us a number to a tow service that was quick and reliable, and said he’d be able to get the vehicle in. Once the vehicle arrived it was diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. Thank you so much Paul and your mechanics for the fast friendly service, and staying open late on a Saturday to get her back on the road to enjoy her birthday plans with friends.

Great service. Have had both the family cars in several times now. Upfront and honest assessment of what needed to be done, trust what they find. Good follow ups too after the service. We have found our repair shop for as long as we live in the area.

My fiancé brought my car in here for me for an oil change. It was $43 for an oil change!! I live in Edina and pay half the price in EDINA. Why is it so expensive in the middle of nowhere Lino Lakes????

This is a great place to take all vehicles. I have found them to be honest, ethical, fair priced and extremely service oriented. Great service. I stopped in to get an oil change the day we were headed out for a road trip. The got the car in and it was done in time for me to not be late for school pick up. They were courteous about letting me know what additional service might be needed and did not push me to do anything more that day. Honest bunch of professionals who sincerely care about their customers. I moved to Lino Lakes 2 years ago and was nervous about trusting someone new with my familys car maintenance. I can now say that in my 24 years of dealing with car issues, these guys have provided me the best experience yet. They never propose maintenance without first explaining their recommendations in detail. They also never try to pressure me into having any work done.Bottom line...if you want to bring your vehicle(s) to a service shop where their motivation is clearly focused on performing excellent work, that inherently results in very high customer satisfaction, but doing so in a way that makes you feel like theyre looking out for you, then listen to my words and reap the benefits.

I had taken my car to the dealer 3 times for a big clunking sound in the front end. They had tried 3 different times to fix it but didnt. After being quite frustrated, I took my car to Precision Tune Auto Care and as soon as they drove the car they called me with what was wrong. Because I had a bumper to bumper life time warranty on the car I had to take it back to the dealer. After telling them what Precision Tune had found they fixed it. I will take my other vehicles to Precision and may need to have them diagnose any future issues with my car to get it right. Great job Paul and crew!

Always friendly and willing to fit me in their busy schedule

I had my oil changed here about a week ago and felt compelled to give my two cents. First, Paul and Jeff have exceptional customer service. Both of these guys are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Second, they made recommendations for my vehicle but did not come off as pushy. I am skeptical of auto professionals and have been burned more than once so I am not quick to trust but I trust this business. They swapped out some bulbs, a filter, and an oil change and it was extremely quick and reasonable. After changing my own oil in my garage for the last 10 years I will now be using this place. Couldnt be happier.

Paul takes care of my 18 y.o. Isuzu truck like it was a member of his family. (It IS a member of mine - I bought it new in year 2000.) Paul is so good at bulldogging parts for it that I gave him a Bulldog sweatshirt from my alma mater.

When I lived in the area, I always brought my car here and never had a bad experience. They squeezed me in many times and were always upfront about what HAD to be done and what could wait. Would also give me a ride home if I had to leave car overnight.

Tried to get a price to get the brakes done on my 03 f350. Jeff, the manager, would not give me one. They also wanted to install their parts when I had bought high end replacement parts already.Jeff was rude to me and would not give me the number to make a complaint to corporate. I talk to Darryl at corporate. He said he would relay the message to the guy who owned the franchise but could and would do nothing else.If you are looking for a good auto shop this is not the one.

I cant thank Paul, Jeff, Adam and the rest of the staff enough. They always do their best to help me immediately and get me on my way. This morning was no exception. I called before the shop opened because I had a low tire (11 lbs of air), Paul saw a missed called, immediately called me back - I said can you help me - I either need a ton of air or a spare put on. He said come up - I got there before the shop opened, Paul personally took my car back, assessed it put the spare on and ordered me a new tire (mine could not be repaired). He said come back whenever today and I;ll put the new one on whenever you get here and get you back on your way again (knowing I had all kinds of things going today). I cant ask for a better crew of people to trust and work on all of our vehicles.

Im a mechanic myself but there are things that you cant always do like welding on a muffler, engine break down etc... It happened twiced i should of known better. First time was a muffler installation. We brought our own muffler to have it install that turned into $600 - 1,000 repair and i had someone else installed it for $50. They still charged us for inspections that they did that we never requested. Second time was an ac deal they had in there advertisement for $109.99 through the mail included leaked down test, repair, refill etc... found out it needed a replacement of a ac component and that the repair would cost $700 to $800. We told them no, went back to pick up the vehicle and they still charged us $90 for the ac inspection while other auto repair like honest 1, etc... does that for free.I do not recommended these guys or precision auto tune to anyone especially if you are someone who dont know what you should be paying for your repair. Because they will over charge you every dime they can squeeze out from you.Good luck, Im done!
