I already knew exactly which car I wanted thanks to truecar.com, but Lisle Volvo made it very easy to walk in, speak with a sales person, and walk out a few hours later with a new car.The finance person swore like a sailor, dropping f-bombs left and right. Im not bothered by that, but not what I would expect from a professional during a first time customer interaction.Additionally, while sitting in their lobby waiting, some employees had a discussion well within earshot complaining about another employee. They went as far to suggest if he didnt like how good he had it here, he could see how hed fair at other dealerships.So, car buying experience was great. But they need to work on their professionalism and maybe be a bit more aware of what they say around customers.

We knew what we were looking for and Freddy showed us two options that fit our needs.Purchasing a car can be very stressful. We did not feel that way at all. The whole process went smoothly and they provided plenty of snacks and drinks (all in their own packaging) to keep our kids occupied. Freddy took the time to go over many of the options and answered all of our questions. Then it was on to financing. The financing part went very smoothly as well. Jennifer explained our options and went over what plan would fit our budget. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience. Although we did not haggle we knew we were getting a great car for a great price. We will definitely be back and plan on having the car serviced at the dealership as well.

Dealers are nice enough and respond quickly. Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true- when approaching the closing stages to make a purchase online, the car “just sold” after being on lot for more than 150 days. Then the discussion changed to other vehicles that were a much worse deal (I.e. more miles, less features/options, etc). Not a good destination for purchasing online
