I will continue to take my Civic to this dealerships service area for as long as I own the car. They treat me well. However, I will never buy a car from this group again. They have no integrity and do not honor their word even if it is in writing. Again Service area good, sales/finance bad.

Salesman are informative and not pushy. They hold themselves to very high standards here and almost never disappoint. Service department is also great all around.

My visits to car dealerships are usually stressful but overall things went smoothly. Our salesman was kind and not pushy. I commented that I was interested in Apple CarPlay, he downplayed it’s usefulness only to find out a few days later that the newer model of this vehicle had it as standard. Not sure why he wouldn’t mention that. This was disappointing as I bought the car we test drove. The manager emailed me for a survey, o explained why I didn’t want to complete the survey and I never heard from him again. I would’ve thought a general apology would have been appropriate.

Okay prices for key fob reprogramming

Price is better than Valley Honda, if you are in the new car market.
