We just moved our 3 phones from AT&T to T-Mobile. Don and Lis assisted us and they could not have been more friendly knowledgeable helpful and professional. The whole process including porting phone numbers and copying data went smoothly without a hitch. If youre thinking of getting a new phone you wont go wrong at this location.

The Ogden store was very helpful. The staff there worked with me and the online rep to resolve my problem and helped see it through. They really helped make things right after another location was frustratingly ineffective in helping at all. Great job Ogden store staff, I will gladly be back and recommend you too everyone.

I had the best experience at this store today. I went in to get a new phone because of the deals going on with trading in my iPhone XR. I called ahead to see if they had the iPhone 12 Pro that I was looking for. Lis answered the phone and said they had it. I went right over there and James helped me get everything set up. Both Lis and James are absolutely exceptional. They were personable and very nice with me and everyone else who came in. I have had T-Mobile for more than a decade. I’ve been to countless stores and talked with countless representatives. The absolute number one reason I love this phone company is because the customer service is second to none. It was the best, and easily the most amazing phone buying experience I could have asked for. Thank you for the help and the fun conversation while we were waiting for the phones to transfer their data, Lis and James.

The guys working at this place had been great to me and my boyfriend. Adrian and his colleagues worked with me for 3 WHOLE WEEKS to deal with the mess that I created when I tried to set up an account over the phone, when the customer service was unable to help me. They were very professional, patient, and pleasant to associate with. My boyfriends account was set-up smoothly, and hes happy with his decision to switch over to T-Mobile.

A1 service provided by Stacie! Explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions my mom and myself had and none of them answered with “I don’t know”. She knew literally everything. There was no hassle switching over to this provider.

Went to this store to activate my phone on the $50 plan, upon leaving the store my phone did not work no calls texts or data and they assured me that it could take up to 2 hours to work (Red Flag 1) they never asked me for my name or to setup a new account PIN number or let me choose my area code (Red Flag 2) they then said I was on the $40 plan with only 10 GB of data and that the unlimited plan was now $75 (Red Flag 3)After this I went ahead and called T-Mobile directly to get this sorted out, I gave them my SIM card number and he was able to activate my phone pick my area code and setup my PIN number all over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Come to find out the phone was never activated in the store in the first place, but they did not have a problem promptly asking me to pull out my debit card to pay for all this, the representative at this location was very incompetent at her job and I’m highly disappointed I had to do all this myself as I don’t work for T-mobile I shouldn’t have to do your job for you.

Tess provided excellent service. She demonstrated patience, kindness, and we got to the root of the issue with a bit of investigation-mission accomplished. Payments caught up and automatic withdrawals from checking set up with no hassles. Thank you for your kind service and making it a good experience.

Just had one of the best customer experiences ive ever had earlier this evening. Lis stayed 40 minutes after their close time to help me set up my phone and didnt even seem bothered by it. He was a very funny guy. This store is like 30 minutes from my house but I will definitely be coming back here whenever i need to go to T-Mobile. The whole staff was very friendly. 10/10

Customer service told me to go to a t-mobile store to verify and update my contact info and correct my bill. The store personnel here said they cant do that. It was impossible. I call back customer service and they send me back to the store. They say the update must be done at a store. And the run around continues...

I almost didnt go to this location because of some bad reviews I had seen. I decided I would give it a try because it was close. I am glad I did because the staff especially Diana went out of their way to make sure I was helped. It was obvious that there was a lack of training from corporate for Diana on how to resolve my issue. But that was no problem for her she kept trying to resolve and eventually came up with a solution! Would recommend this store over any other Ive been to!

Staff need better training. I wanted to jump my gear 3 watch. First I was told there was none in stock. Then they looked and found one after a while. They I was told I cant jump on wearables. I argued over 45 minutes with him as the website and terms and conditions said I can. Even the customer service on the phone said I could. Eventually I asked for him to try and of course the system allowed it. Would never go back to this shop.

Went in to pick up the T-Mobile Tuesday free gloves. Lis and Matt are the definition of what great customer service should be.

I wish I could give more than five stars because the service was amazing. I went in thinking I needed to buy a new SD card so my husbands new phone could be activated. All they did was put in a different adapter. No charge.

Muhammed the Manager at this location, did everything to ensure all my concerns about my broken phone was taken care of. The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the products. They gave superb customer service, and Muhammed was extremely helpful.

Im always helped at the T-Mobile of Lisle store by an employee with a happy attitude and a big smile. Whether for service or sales oriented visit. Always a pleasure stopping in!

Very nice staff. we had a whole mess with verizon, tried to switch from tmobile. that lasted 2 days until we saw what verizon did on our bill. scammers.... anyway we had to switch back to tmobile and they were super helpful and understanding.

I had a very peculiar situation and the employees at this T-Mobile store went far out of their way to help me figure out how to deal with it and they did a fantastic job. Would totally recommend people to go here

I saw negative comments on yelp so i was hesitant about the service here but everything turned out great. I had to go in to get a new sim card (switch from regular to the mini) since I recently got the nexus 4. We came in and were helped right away. The whole thing took about 3 minutes. I even forgot the tool to open the sim card slot but he had one and we tested to see if the card worked. while i was working on that he noticed that we were still on the old plan. he told us we could change it so that the whole family could have data and the cost would be virtually the same. he didnt have to do that. so after 7 minutes we came out with a new sim card with a working nexus 4 and a new family plan that gave the whole family data to use. great service and the manager helped us out when he didnt have to.. he earned my 5 stars.
