Pleased that this is one of the only Verizon locations where I could actually talk to a human being on the phone and not a robot. I needed a new screen protector (preferably glass) for my Apple Watch Series 5 and someone who was knowledgeable enough/willing to put the screen protector on for me. Originally talked with Ed who was extremely knowledgeable of the product and assured me that anyone in the store could put it on. I had Doug assist me and not only did he know what screen protector I was talking about, but was able to put it on for me no questions asked. He also gave me a discount for the screen protector and said if I ever needed help again, he would be willing to help. Convenient location, great service!
Trenton did a great job with customer service, was patient, and very knowledgeable. The phone purchased was for my mom and he answered her questions and helped get her familiar with the phone. In fact, my parents (who live out of state) will only go to the Lisle store now since they received awesome service when they were here 18 months ago. Very friendly, yet professional. I highly recommend this store and its staff/team.
I went to the Verizon store today to replace my old phone that would no longer hold a charge. I met with Nick Bernico, he was extremely helpful and took his time to review all the promotions and options available for me. Nick was fantastic, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The Lisle Verizon store is great.

Called yesterday to get a quote and came into the store today and was given a different quote. I asked to speak to the manager Chuck because thats who I spoke to over the phone. The sales rep Kayla gave me a lot of attitude about it. I didnt spend 3.5hrs on Easter in a Verizon store to get attitude. Finally, I got to speak to Chuck (after she spoke to him secretly in the back. She wouldnt speak to him in front of me.) Chuck said I could get the credit difference, which I appreciated. I thanked him for resolving the issue. Then Kayla went to the back again to speak to Chuck. When she came back, she said I Couldnt get the credit. Then lied to me about the cost of some accessories and tried to act like she would knock $70 off the cost of a phone case for me instead. Im disappointed because I pay a lot for Verizon. On top of that, my account is a business account so I pay even more. Lying to and deceiving customers is not a way to keep them. My issue was easy to resolve and it was not resolved, hence my review.

Kayla was very rude and unprofessional. I came in needing help with my phone and she seemed uninterested in helping me and had a sassy tone in her voice. She did not seem to answer any of my questions with integrity and looked like she wanted the interaction to be over. She is a very childish “adult”. Obviously won’t come here again since they hire immature brats to work for them.
Nick was a big help. Worked fast and efficient. I was in and out with a new phone set up how I needed in less than half hour.
Excellent help with the car charger/magnetic phone cradle for my vehicle. Nick tried everything and then gave a new one of a slightly different style. I tried it in the parking lot, returned saying I did not have a type C USB port in my truck and he gave me a new A to C type cable. It works perfectly. Thanks Nick.
Doug was most helpful when it came to upgrading my old iPhone. He wasted no time trying to get me to purchase a phone I didn’t need and was happy to help me find the best deal that worked for me and my finances.
Alex was the best! Very patient, honest and Knowledgeable, generally a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is with management. They need to add more staff wait time to get taken care of was much to long. Dealing with Alex was worth it. Very happy with my new phone.

I worked with Kayla yesterday and she was great, helped me get a great deal which I had no idea was available to me. I originally went to a different Verizon store and “no deals were available to me”. Kayla was working with Morgan and tag teaming all the customers walking in and taking care of everything. This was a great experience compared to other Verizon stores I have been too, Kayla and Morgan were great. I would recommend the Lisle Verizon to anyone and ask for Kayla or Morgan.

I have been a long time Verizon customer. Been extremely happy with coverage, service, and just well everything. I recently had a poor experience at a Verizon store in Woodridge IL. And was ready to give my business to AT&T. I called the Verizon in Lisle IL and they said come on in and they thought they would be able to help me out . Well they sure did turn things around for me . No pushy ales . Every one I dealt with were beyond kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to me vent about my negative experience and turned it around 100 % for me . They helped me get the phone and package I wanted along with some goodies for my new phone . I truly couldnt be happier with the experience I had with these guys . If you want to be treated properly by some knowledgeable classy representatives . Please go to the Verizon Wireless in Lisle IL. Today I shopped at the Lisle Verizon Store. I had a great experience working with Kayla. I needed to switch carriers on my family’s four phones. She walked me through all the options, helped me pick a plan and new phones. She provided expert knowledge of the specials and discounts available. She and a co-worker also helped me get each phone’s data transferred from the old phones to the new ones. A painless and successful trip to the Verizon Store.

Tyler and Nolan are amazing. I always come to this Verizon to do everything even though I have plenty other locations closer to me! The service is second to none, and they are soooooooooo patient with their customers. I forget it is not a family owned business and rather a big corporation.
I came into Verizon on Halloween to get my phone taken off of the current plan to be on my own. I was being helped by Chynna initially, and she took all the appropriate steps to get my line switched over. However, we had run into some roadblocks and I spent some time getting all the correct paperwork and documentation, and she waited for me to make sure that was done as I did not have access to a fax machine. After I returned, she was busy helping another customer, so Alex took over from there. He was very thorough in getting all of the details taken care of during the switch, as well as after. Both of them were extremely friendly and helpful, and I definitely recommend coming here again!
Chynna and Kayla have to be the two best account specialists I have ever worked with! I’m an older customer with an antique phone and they worked with me to join the modern Apple world without a single hassle 😊Seriously, I have not seen such outstanding customer service in years. This store in Lisle, Il on Ogden Ave is a real find. They saved me money and time by searching every discount and deal available and lowered my monthly bill ! They explained everything and made sure the phone was working before i left the store. These two repsreally know their business. 👍👍

My phone was not working so I went to Lagrange Verizon. Which they quoted me for a new phone and they did not have one in stock because of the pandemic. So I didnt want to be without a phone till Sunday so I drive to Lisle. Everyone I worked with was very nice! The only thing Im upset about is a old app that I used a lot. I cant get transferred from the old phone to my new phone.

Verizon in Lisle is where I can refer people for info, questions, etc with no reservation. Just upgraded my phone today with help from Kayla, and trainees Airy and Dave. They took care of it all. I wasnt hurried thru and all questions were answered in a way I could understand. I know Ill be back because Ill have more questions and they wont make me feel like Im wasting their time. Yep, Im impressed and thats not so easy to do.

We recently switched our phone service to Verizon after 20 years with another carrier. Chynna at the Lisle location was very helpful and thorough in explaining the plan options to fit our needs, transferring our numbers and setting up our new phones.We also needed technical support for an issue with a new Google phone. Although the initial wait time was lengthy at 30 mins, and we were transferred between departments until we were finally connected to the correct specialist- he was very knowledgeable and ultimately was able to rectify the issue.Hopefully we continue to have great service from Verizon and better reception than our former carrier.
I drove a fair distance to the store because the reviews were generally good. They were true. Excellent service. I had to wait a bit outside but that’s no one‘s fault. They are limiting the number of people in the store to one on one with the sales agent for safety reasons. And they disinfect everything that you might touch before you sit down. There’s nothing out to touch and play with anyway so you may as well be in your car. Ali was my salesman and he gave me exactly what I wanted, transferred everything to my new phone easily and confirmed that what I thought wanted was a good choice. He sold me some extras but that’s because i asked for them. A very positive experience!!

I had a really great experience yesterday, at Verizon Wireless -Lisle. My phone died and had no choice but to go purchase another one. I went to my closest Verizon location to do so and my goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible with a working phone. I was assisted by Nathan Sowers, Store Manager for 5 Verizon locations. I was being helped by Nathan directly. In the time I was there, I saw him de-escalate an angry customer, defend the other employee assisting the angry customer, that could not be pleased and just wanted to yell at the employee, Edwin, in about 2 minutes with ease, calm all the hot customers waiting in their cars for their turn to come in from their cars and stayed cool as a cucumber and pleasant and engaging throughout all that was happening and was able to multitask and resolve a multitude of issues in a way that blew my mind, a little bit. While Im sure some of you reading this may think I know Nathan or am amplifying my review for a gift - thats not why Im doing this. I genuinely believe, Nathan Sowers, manager of 5 Verizon stores, has deescalation skills that could potentially be exactly what we need in this time and place. Any organization looking for a person to train people on deescalation (such as skills needed by the police) - Nathan blew my mind with his skills to successfully handle an angry environment and deescalate it, like it was no big deal. My experience was wonderful, obviously. But I had to truly point out Nathans strengths beyond his managerial skills, as they were so plentiful.

I was having a problem with my tablet not starting and Mark as well as Ali were very helpful. Unfortunately, it seems as though my tablet was dead. Mark was able to get me a new tablet and accessories At a very good price. I would highly recommend Verizon Lisle to anyone. Both young men were very professional and pleasant to deal with.
I was having trouble with my brand new I phone Mini. I was not happy. As soon as I walked in. I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. They took care of my phone issue and I was thrilled. Not all Verizon stores are this Good.

When we still couldnt figure it out, Kenneth helpec, too. Somehow, through their unrelentless work they fixed the weird compatibility issue with my phone. They provided the kind of service Ive always given in my professional career, but never seem to receive.
