Visited Lithia Springs Toyota 2 weeks ago in search for a new vehicle. I secured financing from my bank, therefore, I came into the dealership with a check in hand. The service I received was subpar. The young lady assisting me had very little knowledge of inventory, sales, or basic features of the car she was attempting to show me. Nissan Lithia Springs did have the car I wanted, however, the color was unavailable. I am well aware of the car shortage, so I left that day expecting a call back when something became available. Two weeks went by with no contact. Out of frustration, I called several Nissan dealerships in Atlanta on my own to locate the car I wanted to purchase in the correct color. I just received a casual text from a dealer at Nissan Lithia Springs that read Hey how you doing? No mention of car availability even after 2 weeks of me waiting for follow up. Nissan of Lithia Springs may not deliver service at this level often, however based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone shop here for a car purchase.

I arrived on time to my appointment on Saturday at 8:45 am. I waited until 9:05 until I was helped. Even though I had an appointment on Saturday my truck didnt get to a mechanic for review until the following Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning the mechanic confirmed the issue was a bad fan clutch and that it was warranty work. I was told I could come to get a temporary vehicle until the repair was completed. I showed up on Wednesday to get the rental car but was denied because my current auto coverage did not have collision coverage for rental vehicles. My insurance agent was will to endorse the additional coverage but the staff would not accept it stating that I could cancel the coverage as soon as I leave. No other options were given to me so I had to call my wife to come pick me up. This ended up wasting about two hours of my day. My car was finally completed on Thursday afternoon. I was with out a vehicle for six days to have my truck warrantied. I was denied my right of a rental vehicle even though I offered to pay my own money for additional coverage. All together it was a pretty terrible experience. I currently own two Nissan vehicles and have leased two Nissan vehicles in the past. After this experience I am not sure if I will continue my relationship with Nissan considering you guys arent even willing to take any risk to give me a rental car while my vehicle is being warrantied

I purchased my car at this location, its very close to my home. Everytime I go for service it takes hours even for an oil change. I always schedule ahead. The last time I was livid. I took the car in before 10AM and the car wasnt ready until after 5PM. I had to call them to ask when would my car be ready. They failed to call and give me an update. I also needed a new key fob battery they offered me a free one,when it didnt work they tried to talk me in to spending $250 for a new fob. I came back on a different day bought an $8 battery and it worked fine.

The sales and finance department experience was amazing. The professionalism and knowledge was and is impeccable. Even though there were no Maxima Platinums on lot. Uzzi found me one. Boy, is he good at what he does. I live in Delaware and returning in a new car.I encourage you to stop by and talk to him. I’ve been in Maxima’s forever.Service department needs work on communicating with customers in keeping them informed. More training maybe needed. The service department has never rendered poor service before. I see all new staff. Very, very and very disappointed.

I made my appointment this weekend and, to my surprise, made it on time. I was seen after about 10 minutes (Im not complaining). From the first greeting, getting checked-in and situated in the waiting area, until I was told my car was ready.. 50 minutes. Again, Im not complaining about my experience.I assumed it would all take a lot longer. I came prepared to wait at least one hour or more for my oil change. There were clean bathrooms in the lobby, snacks provided in the wait area, kindness from all of the staff. COURTESY. A+ service is what I received. The guy who assisted me, Im unsure of his name, was/ is very thorough and detailed in explaining the services necessary for the make and model of my vehicle. Bud I think.. He didnt look like a Bud though. (Not important)..All-in-all, I will be returning to that location instead of the one closer to me. Their service assures my return.

Today I came in with my niece to look at cars. I must say the service was really good! They worked with her to get her into a car that was even better than the one we came in to look at. Corey explained everything in detail and he was very thorough. He was professional! The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I had an appointment at 10:45 Tuesday to have them check my transmission on my Rogue. (Turns out the transmission on the Nissan Rogue usually goes out before 100k miles.) I was not told when the appointment was made that it would take 4 to 5 hours. They said they had a shuttle that would come soon, so I waited. Two hours later, no shuttle. I said I would have to come back Thursday. Fine, they would bring my car around. Another hour went by, so I had to find someone to give me my car back. Thurs I got there at 8, they said they would call. Today is Friday and still no car and no one will answer the phone.

My car was kept overnight after being promised it would be ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes, after waiting 3 hours I was told they could not restart my vehicle after installing a recalled fuel pump, never received a call stating my car was ready to be picked up, customer service is horrible, service doesnt answer the phone lines, left several voicemail messages, car isnt driving the same as before it was taken to dealer, horrible fuel smell in car, brakes not working properly and car is pulling to the right. Car was not washed as promised, technician drove out half of my gas tank, my sunroof had been used. Terrible service and horrible service advisor. Made a complaint with Nissan Corporate--still no resolve and no return phone call after 5 voicemail messages. Will never go to Nissan of Lithia Springs again. If I could give less than a 1,star, I would.

I never noticed until this service visit for oil change that after my device my windshield wiper fluid was still low antifreeze was low, I always thought they topped off the fluids, also I was told I needed a cabin air filter I told them I would replace myself they showed it to me, the following day I went to relace both air filters the bracket that holds the cabin filter fell right off it wasn’t properly locked back in also the filter had a big hole in it that wasn’t there when it was show to me. This was totally unacceptable, my confidence is there service dept is very low

My Nissan Altima CVT failed at 65K miles. If you are familiar with the quality of Nissan, that shouldnt be a surprise.I took my car to Nissan in June 2021 because the CVT failed in November of 2020 during the pandemic with only 65K miles. While the car was 19K miles under the mileage limit for warranty coverage, Nissan refused to cover any of the expense because the time limit expired December 2020. I reminded Nissan that the end of 2020 was during the height of the pandemic when vaccines didn’t exist, COVID was spreading uncontrollably and CDC guidelines advised people not to leave home except in an emergency. So I waited until I could get vaccinated and safely take the car for repair.Nissan said I should have brought the car in during the pandemic. Apparently Nissan isnt concerned about the spread of COVID or the impact on the communities in which it operates, but rather only on corporate profits.Ive owned 3 Nissan automobiles, and the quality of each one was worse than the car before it. Now its finally time to move away from Nissan. Unless you enjoy spending lots of money on repairs and hanging out for hours/days in service departments, I would strongly advise you to purchase anything other than a Nissan.As an example, look at the photo of the grease they put in my car interior during the 17 days they had it and then tried to return it to me.

Went through Nissan at-home, their new online car purchasing tool which states get real pricing on your vehicle of choice. Was looking at a brand new 2021 Versa, found one at Nissan Lithia Springs, was prepared to buy cash and no trade in. Set up an account with Nissan web site and expressed an interest in the specific car (by VIN #). The web site confirms the price of $18,072.33 including discount, license and registration and tax and provides me with a locked certificate showing total price owed. There is a disclaimer in very small writing that sales price subject to change without notice. I confirm that the car is available at dealership and arrange to go in to test drive. Arrange to meet Wendy who apparently isnt a real person but an internet bot and deal with the first salesperson who greets me. Car isnt ready to drive despite confirming my appointment twice by text and email. They add some gas and off we go on a short drive. Cars fine, go back into the showroom and then presented with the final bill. $21,114.34 - an increase of nearly 17%. Talk with sales rep who states that they low ball these offers just to get us into the dealership. Then talk with Manager who says the total offer was from Nissan USA web site and not Nissan Lithia Springs web site and therefore they dont have to honor it. Total scam. If I could give zero stars I would do.

This was the first time that I have no complaints about the service I received at the car dealership. If you are looking for a Nissan this is the place to go. Ask for Solomon he was amazing and I am an extremely hard sale. He heard my request and made sure things went smoothly. I loved his customer service. The team was great. My husband brought the vehicle up there at 12:30. This was for a fuel induction system cleaning. My husband told them that he had a 3 pm appointment. He was reassured that they vehicle will be done way before that. After hours of waiting, he had to go and see what is going on. He found the vehicle parked in the parking lot. Once they finished, the vehicle was parked and no one informed him at all. I decided to give this place another chance. I stopped going years ago due to another bad experience with them. Now here we go again. We dont even know if the service was done because no one briefed him. The service advisor that took him in failed at keeping him informed and letting him know the status of his vehicle. Very disappointed, again, with this place. The only reason I chose to come there again was because it was close to my husbands appointment location. And I figured that he would make his appointment on time. Unfortunately, he had to cancel because he wouldnt have made it on time.

I took my car to have work done on Thursday the 19th and was charged for having the battery replaced, however a few days after I left the shop my battery died on me several times. Turns out the battery was never replaced, yet I was charged $250 for it! Called several times and no one was interested in resolving the issue. Ended up having to go to another place to have my battery replaced and am now out $250 !!

I have been working so hard to purchase a new suv for months now. I didn’t think it was possible and lost hope to get a new vehicle I wanted and to be able to get my payments low. I contacted the dealership and Uzziah responded to every message every call every concern in a timely manner. I had dealt with other dealerships not wanting to give me hardly anything for my trade no one wanted to deal with my trade because it was a Volkswagen. However Uzziah stepped up to the plate and he got it done when I thought it wasn’t possible. I can say I happily now own a 2021 Nissan Rogue and boy do I love my car so much. The parts/service department reflected poor service and lack of communication, dishonesty, disrespected and dishonored the Nissan Brand. Displayed a uncaring knowledge of Nissan parts and service advisors with no consideration for there customers.Never had any issues/problems referencing Nissan services, parts, sales teams or reference guides. On 15 July 2021, that all changed with their quality of performance. I purchased a car on that date at that location. On 19 July 22021 @ 0830 am dropped it off to have interior & exterior accent lighting installed.Be careful and research before you believe anything from these departments. Research the parts, prices and reviews before you leave your vehicle. For services I’m going to Union City (45 minute drive).The parts department told me the parts didn’t exist. They did…how I got the stock numbers from Nissan of Union City in person. Then service department stated the work can’t be done. I went to Union City and it can be done per the Service Advisor. Even submitted supporting documentation from Nissan of Union City. Lithia Springs had the parts & it was still in a sealed box (never opened). I’m a permanently disabled veteran with 21 years of active duty service. As of 28 July 2021, still without my vehicle. That’s all I can do it just look at a photo of the car. After all of that, on 28 July 2021 plans for my car to be transported to Nissan of Union City to perform the installations.

I had a 10:45 appointment for oil change, tire rotation, brakes check and to see see what’s happening with window. I was told that if the window had to be inspected I would need to leave my car cause it could take days. No rentals, loaners or even the shuttle was available. After an hour,I decided to forget about window inspection. Now mind you, they still had not even started on the oil change, tire rotation or brake inspection which I still wanted. Almost by 3 or 4 My car was ready. I had an appointment and it took from about 10:45 to 3 to do the oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection…are you kidding me??? I have been here before for just an oil change/tire rotation and it usually took no more than 1-2 hours on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I had an appointment and this was mid week. What on earth went wrong?

I received a Multi point inspection and a transmission service . Matthew was very knowledgeable about the services that were past due for my car and upcoming services that I would need . I went to the dealership and they are good salespeople! I was offered another option than the vehicle I originally looked at, however, it was everything I ever wanted and more. By making the upgrade, I wasn’t sacrificing or spending excessively more and that was scary leap of faith! My window shield wiper flinged off in the middle of traffic after they put on new ones.I called immediately & left a voicemail when it happened & I followed up again about the issue & I spoke to someone but they directed me towards the service managers voicemails it’s been since Sunday that I left this information & I still haven’t heard back.It’s been drastic rain & now due to this happening my window shield is scratched up & they owe me not only the wind shield wipers but now an entire wind shield.This is the second time I went to a nissan & myCar was messed up the first time I left my car with Marietta & it was running well when I picked it up my car wouldn’t start or anything & they made me pay for the part to fix it! The staff at Nissan of Lithia Springs was amazing! I have no complaints about them. I do however have a complaint against someone I called at 1-800-NISSAN-1. The man spoke to me in a very condescending way and was very rude. He never even asked me for my name or any account information to even attempt to look at what I was talking about. Because of this, I will not be returning to Nissan for any maintenance, nor will I be purchasing anymore Nissan vehicles in the future.

Do NOT trust these people ESPECIALLY a guy named Miles. From the start they lied about so much and my car was in the shop 2 days after being lied to about why a light was on in the car. They also try to charge $800 for an inspection on TOP of the one they already did for the car before buying. Then, after having my car worked on for two weeks, they sent it back with the performance chip now missing and my navigation gps to my car is gone without it. Still haven’t heard about it for 3 weeks now or what’s going on to get me my chip back. Also they have a $1000 documenting fee. Good luck with these scums.

I took my car in to be serviced thru Endurance warranty. My service advisor was good however after knowing that your rental car department charged me well over $ 400 for 3 weeks out of my pocket he then hit me with an additional $ 100 diagnostic fee and the rental rep lady said she was going to see if she could get me some kind of refund due to me having the rental for so long and I have not heard anything. I truly has left a sour and bitter taste in my mouth and I don’t plan on going back or referring any of my customers.

Service was slow, but the quality of work was good. The customer service was great and very friendly. Likely due to the high volume of vehicles in service but getting my vehicle inspected and serviced took nearly 4 days despite only needing an inspection, front brake rotors, spark plugs, and a coolant hose replacement.

Everyone at the dealership was helpful and inviting. Tray welcomed me as soon as I got there, and the manager that was helping to get me approved was awesome. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen! Emmett was a wonderful finance manager. The atmosphere was very family oriented and i actually had a great experience that Saturday sitting in the dealership (which has never happened before) Even the sales reps that I wasn’t working with me were pleasant. This was actually a fun car buying experience!

I scheduled 2 days for my car to be updated on all recalls and a Deep cleaning (the $200 Deep cleaning).My car was with NISSAN from early Friday morning until shortly before closing on Saturday.Naturally the Service Center calls back with a List of other issues that need seen about ($800+ to be exact). But that isn’t the issue.I explained I needed ALL Recalls taken care of and I need the Deep cleaning DONE. I advised I have a Local mechanic that can take care of the other issues they found if they didn’t have time to do it all at the dealership. I NEEDED for them to take care of what I asked for FIRST: Recall issues and a Deep cleaning throughout my car.What do they do?Well, they take care of all of the Recall issues AND ALL of the “additional $800+ mechanical issues they called to tell me about BUT THEY DID NOT GET AROUND TO THE DEEP CLEANING of my car that I specifically requested. I had a Reason for NEEDING that Service even though it didn’t put $800+ in their pockets. They chose to do what benefited THEM ... NOT ME. I could have easily taken care of the other Stuff with my own mechanic. What I don’t have is a Detail person. 😡

My salesman, Adam Soule, was WONDERFUL! No pressure techniques and he really listened to what I needed in a car. He was kind and extremely helpful and able to get me into a car at the price I needed. I was not expecting to purchase a new car but an accident changed all that.. The manager and finance people were wonderful!! Love my new car and I truly enjoyed my car buying experience there (something I never thought Id say).
