Beware of this dealership. They sell faulty cars and will not help you fix it. I haven’t had my car 30 days the engine light n oil lights come on in 3 days. They were great getting u sold but my car has to go bk due to the check engine light being on. Ughh just don’t have the time. I work everyday I was really excited but they sold me a lemon . Don’t do business with Kayla she don’t care about your car after she gets commission.
I ordered a new F-250 from Lithia Springs Ford, there have been many problems with vehicle production but the staff at Lithia Springs Ford was quick to put my build in the order system. I had an email from Ford 5 minutes after I left saying my order had been placed. My truck came in on the timeframe that I was told. Good people there, they will take care of you. Ford is the best truck on the road and Lithia Springs Ford is where you should get yours from!
Tim black is the service manager and he is great. He always kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. Jimmy was my service writer and he definitely cares about his customers. It shows when in the way he talks to you and how he explains what is going on with your vehicle. I would go out of my way to have my car serviced here.
Tom Matthews is an AMAZING sales associate! When I walked in he was very straight forward, I told him exactly what I wanted and that I didn’t want to leave without a new vehicle and he made that happen. My experience was smooth and easy. First off, buying a (used Ford) vehicle was 5 stars. I live on the other side of Atlanta, and my salesman stepped up and answered my numerous questions before having time to schedule a test drive.Unfortunately, once I signed the papers, I discovered an issue and the service dept was non existent. In short, I had to return to their service dept two separate times on the same day I took ownership due to the issue. The service dept did everything to try and band-aide the problem, before admitting they needed to spend a couple hundred bucks and order the part. after spending the day at the dealer, I ended up leaving the vehicle for a week until the part arrived and was installed. I recently noticed parts were not installed correctly, plus parts were damaged. I ended up going to a different dealer to address the issues.
Scheduled a oil change and tire balance @ 9:30 AM yesterday. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the service advisor how much more longer and he went to check. My truck hadnt even been put on the rack yet. The service advisor said that the truck was next. I didnt get the tires done because that would have taken another 2 hours. I left there at 12:20 pm without getting the service that I requested. I will not be visiting the dealership again.

Beware of this Dealership they are going to try and get all the money that they can. I looked up a car on the internet and the price was listed at $31825.I call the dealership to see if the car was still there and I was going to buy it today,drover all they way to find out they mark the price of the car $3000.00 and called it Market Pricing. WHY DIDNT THE SALES PERSON TELL ME THAT BEFORE I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE CAR AND THE PRICE and dealerships wounder why people think they are crooks, and to me marking up a car because you can do IT DUE to FORD AND THE LACK OF INVENTORY IS SHAMEFUL

I had some issues with my Ford Edge. They were able to correct the problem and get my car back to me faster than I anticipated. They were easy to work with and there were no hidden surprises or problems. They were helpful and professional. I actually had a pleasant experience with having my car fixed.
My car was in the shop for over three months requiring a new transmission. I understand the team there is busy so I was patient. Unfortunately they had no rental cars due to the shortage so I was out of a car for this time. I was told my car was ready last week and was so excited to have my car again. I drove my car home that afternoon and then later that night to the airport to pick up family. As I am getting off of the interstate to my exit my car literally catches on fire! I can’t believe that after less than 6 hours of having my car back I am once again without a car but almost lost my life.
I bought this truck with a unexpected $400 charge for a tracking system. I paid cash for the truck, the GPS system stop working. The contract is for three years it only worked for at least 7 months so I ended up having to get an aftermarket one. The sales manager Chad Cherry was so rude, when I asked about getting a refund for the Zaz GPS he said “you’re not getting any money back and hung up the phone. I felt so violated. So I’m supposed to take a loss now after paying for something I didn’t even ask for. I feel like once the truck was paid for they should’ve taken the system off the trunk and refunded the money right away.

The service department worked on my 2015 Ford Mustang GT for an oil change. I went on Wednesday for their oil change special which lists a 40% off discount on the website. Initially, I was told that the 40% discount is only included with a tire rotation (which is not stated on the website) so I wouldnt be able to get the discount without doing both. I showed the online promotion to the service advisor Kwesi, and he was able to still honor the discount for me.
I took my aunts car to Lithia Springs Fords for a few repairs. They replaced the side mirror and check to make sure that everything was working correctly. Jimmy was the associate that assisted me. He was very polite and patience with my aunt. He called and explained everything that was going on with her car to make sure that he took care of all of her request. The service was quick and efficient.

The best car buying experience I had ever had. Patrick was extremely helpful, honest and forthcoming. He worked to give me every discount possible and explained all the costs associated with my purchase. They did not haggle me on the value of my trade in nor did they try to add any hidden costs to my new vehicle. They were all very easy to work with. Contacted this dealer, (Lithia Springs Ford), my call was directed to Salesman -Jose Guzman. I explained to him that Im looking to buy a 2021 F-150 XLT. He asked one question and said he will get back to me. Never did. A administrative lady sends me a purchase order contract with just numbers, the entire 2 forms was left out. What a joke. I guess they could care less about selling cars. No effort. I texted Mr. Mr. Guzman to have his manager contact me. He states he will pass along. No response. Very incompetent sales staff. Dont waste your time with these clowns!

They where very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. They made the process simple and easy and walked us through every step. They made my car buying experience like no other because of their wonderful customer service.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. DO NOT, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place. They held the vehicle a week only to tell us what we told them was wrong from the beginning. First they said they had to stop looking at the vehicle because it was raining !! That is most ridiculous excuse given from a covered bay dealership. Then they said what we thought was the issue wasn’t the issue, then almost into the 2nd week, they say, well that’s what’s wrong and we repaired it. But when we got there to get the vehicle, they said they didn’t replace that part. Oh I forgot they called and told us the vehicle was ready and then said the technician called out sick and he’s the only one that can work on this type of vehicle. Then they tried to bill us for the hours, but we have a warranty and remember they told us they didn’t do anything when we retrieved the vehicle. DO NOT, DO NOT take your car, truck, TOW TRUCK, or big wheel to this place. We took it to another Ford and they even said, oh yeah they gave you all the run around for sure. It was disappointing and unbelievable at the same time. The inconsistencies were a true red flag.
I took my car in for repairs on multiple engine lights. Brakes, traction, overheating coolant and a simple oil change. After 4 weeks, they still claimed they found the thermostat hose, and thay would cost $700+. I said no thank you. I get my car back with nothing done, not even the oil change, $154 out of pocket and my car was vandalized. The tech tells me, sometime they dont lock the doors when they put the cars in the waiting area Well damn, thanks for the update. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I always find that after my review, something goes wrong with my vehicle and I have to bring it back so all I am going to say is that the customer service was excellent, I felt heard and listened too, I felt respected, I was able to confidentially drive my car out of the lot and it costed under $1,000 to repair (which is extremely rare.) I plan on using this dealership going forward because the costs seemed to have mattered to them and I didnt feel ignored because I am a woman.

I have an older SUV Ford Expedition. My husband took my car to have a tune up to a side mechanic and it was a disaster. I took my car to Lithia Springs to try and correct the problem which was caused by the outside mechanic and to do some other work I needed cosmetically. They were not able to fix the problem however - referred me to an outside vendor who is certified with Ford and should be able to take care of me. The work that was completed was outstanding and my car is actually driving better because of the TLC it received. My Technician was Richard and he was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend this auto shop for your repair needs. I will always use them for my service needs going forward.

I took my Expedition to be repaired three times in which they failed to repair and charged me for repairs that had nothing to do with the repair yet claimed they fixed my problem.As a result of this failure I was stranded in another State with my car broke down and I had to rent a car to come home.The outrage is the attitude of this Ford dealership as if I was abusing them when I complained about them not fixing my truck but charging me over $ 1,000 for repairs that had failed to fix my car. Im not happy with thus dealership and its integrity is in question.

I used to have great service here. This past service job was totally botched. We took our SUV in to be checked because it would not pass emissions. Paid for a $700 repair for a valve job and was told to drive the vehicle 50 miles and return for the emission. The check engine light came back on. Brought the truck back in again and it was keep for several days. We were told they couldnt repair the truck and that it needs a motor because they could find the hose that was loosing pressure. These people totally misdiagnosed our SUV. I called to ask for a refund for the initial repair and the service manager has yet to return my call. If the SUV was properly diagnosed, the $700 could have gone towards repairing the real problem. We were inconvenienced for a three week period to be ripped off by a misdiagnosis. I will be disputing this charge. I am sure the service manager will make it a priority to return my call now.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I took my car there because I had a leak coming from my coolant/transmission line. What a mistake! They quoted me a price that included 1000.00 for labor! The parts were only a couple hundred. After shopping around I found Aamco. They gave me a free diagnostic and a very reasonable price to fix my issue. Thinking back, I wonder how much I’ve overpaid Lithia Springs Ford over the years.
I had a fantastic experience with these highly professional, prompt, and not-trying-to-sell-you-everything-in-the-book behavior.
