I visited AT&T store No. K233, 570 Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs today in order to make a bill payment. I also requested info regarding my current services and a possible upgrade. The staff was very courteous, respectful, and quite knowledgeable about AT&Ts products and services. I commend them on their customer service and the time they took to detail my requests. It would be awesome to have that type of experience at all of the stores.

Jalen and Sim were the two most professional people I have ever met at an AT&T store, I was headed to another store in Marietta but I turned around and these two gentlemen gets an (A plus), they can lead by example and they also gave me my military discount, AT&T you should have these guys training others on how to be courteous at your store. Not exactly sure how this place has a 4.5. But I went to this store today to get a phone, and at the beginning I was greeted by a gentleman no sure his name and all was good after 30 min they had two customers and he got a phone call and I thought it was kinda unprofessional to be on a speaker phone and the and everyone can hear the conversation. And finally I got his attention to get information on a phone and this close to buying it and thought it’s lot even worth it to get it from a place which does not give me full attentionI just said that would get it from the Apple store and walked a wayVery disappointing

Love the experience I got at this store location. Very helpful and funny! I went in looking for an Apple product but the rep suggested a different item.Since I work on this side of town, I’ll definitely be back when I need anything for my phone.

There was a previous customer In the store when I entered and both employees were helping them. One assisted me but also counties to assist the other customers. The problem with my phone was not resolved and the only alternative was to go to an Apple store which she informed me are currently closed because of the pandemic.

James, the new Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to others and I will visit again for my future cell phone needs. Thanks again James!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The customer service Tanisha provided was by far the best service I’ve received at any AT&T store in Atlanta. She genuinely cares about the customers and makes sure that everything is thourougly explained before any decisions are made. The customer service I had previously received at both stores on the East West connector was absolutely terrible. This store is by far the best I have been to and will defitnely be doing all my business at this location from now on. I was given an excellent deal at an even better price and it’s all thanks to Tanisha. Couldn’t thank her enough.

I originally came in to pay my bill and inquire about replacing my iPhone because it was just stollen, the sales rep INDIA whom was knowledgeable about the whole process, actually went above and beyond the level of customer service that I was expecting. Not only did she look up the information and provide me with the full details, but she reviewed my account and told me about some excellent specials that we qualified for unbeknownst to us! For that I commend her and hope that her immediate supervisor reviews this and gives her a commendation! This has been one of my best experiences with At&t ever! I recommend this location to any one considering doing business with AT&T in thus area!

I walked in after hours of calls to customer service and after miles of gas going to different stores in attempt to either fix my issue with a device that I sent back, or to cancel all services. David begged me to allow him to take a look. Within minutes, my plan was changed to lower my bill and I upgraded my phone for free. I have a new phone, a lower bill, and a new love for att

Every since I’ve had to come in contact with the store I’ve never been able to peacefully pay my bill for my Internet. It would be my suggestion that if you’re stopping in to pay your Internet bill go somewhere else so not worth it.By the way I never received a receipt rather hard copy or email.

India was kind, helpful and informative! She listened carefully and made easy what sales associates at other stores made very difficult and confusing. Another customer that dropped in raved about her diligence as well. We also noticed every employee had the same positive and helpful demeanor! I was there when the Jamaal guy was in store and the representative was not rude nor was they closed for hours the rep had came back from a 30 minute break & he decided to curse her out about it. He needed to be escorted off the premises. The rep had great customer service very patient overall they are iver work and under paid.

Dont bother calling because the phones go directly to a voicemail box that doesnt appear to be setup. The store is kind of dumpy and the workers dont seem overly happy about being there.

Rinda is the most pleasant and patient rep I have encountered with At&t. That says a lot because I have been with them for several years. The Thornton Rd. location is a very nice store. The Manager Aamir is such a pleasant and very helpful with helping me with new a plan and devices. The sales persons Callie and Sedric were just as great in assisting me.

LaTasha was extremely helpful to me today on Labor Day as she helped my father with his upgrade from the iPhone 4 to a 8+! She not only came in on a holiday but she was extremely kind and took her time. She let us know that we were eligible for a free iPhone and I will be returning tomorrow to set it up as well as Directv with LaTasha. If you go there, ask for her. I can’t speak for any other employees but she did a great job like a manager and she’s only a sales rep. She deserves a higher position with her great customer service . The store itself was clean and not very nosey even though both TVs were on streaming. LaTasha showed me the Directv I will be getting tomorrow as well as informed me of savings. Great location. They are authorized retailers but have better customer service then the over crowded Retailer store down the street.
