JJ is awesome!! Ive been with Boost Mobile for years living in this area and there is no problem about my phone or service that he doesnt solve for me. He is really a problem solver and I just love coming to him with all of my cellphone problems. This guy is really an asset to Boost Mobile.

Being that in new to the smartphone scene, I find myself coming into this store often. Everytime I arrive Im greeted with a smile. After dealing with nonexistent customer service on the website my wife went to Jayjay to get an iPhone 6 for our niece he told her he could order it she put money down and waited for almost 3 weeks when he finally got it he tried to jack the price up. We ended up going to Walmart and getting the same phone that day with straight talk for 10 dollars less

Go to the store! JJ saved a Boost customer! After being on the phone with Boost Customer service which didnt open until 7am and being told the issue I was having was my fault, I decided to cancel my service. Frustrated I refuse to talk to anyone else over the phone. You never get anyone local anyway. I went to this Boost location and JJ saved a customer. He treated me with respect and helped me resolve my issue instead of putting the blame on me. He understood and was sincere. He apologized for the rude custo.1st service I had received and even helped me understand what went wrong. He was able to keep me as a customer and I decided I will add another line. As long as I dont have to deal with Boost Customer Care and just with this store I will be fine. They are open every day of the week so that is a huge plus.If you are having customer care issues over the phone. Go visit JJ he will help take care of you! Unfortunately Customer Care really doesnt care!
