I came in for cup cake. What i wanted was not available, but that didnt stop one of the bakery ladies to go above and beyond to grant my wish. Thank you.! Other employees also helped make my visit great. 1st Walmart that truly left an impression on me, and Im from out of state. Believe it or not, but its the employees vibes that make people comeback, especially with all the options we have today. Shout out to the lady that helped me with the cups cake. They were perfect addition to the party.

Needs more items they were sold out of thermals. Lines wasnt too long. I liked that had new and fashionable wear.

Management is rude, condescending, and refused to help with a defective product they sold. Also, this store is always very dirty, disorganized, and poorly stocked. What kills me is they will have 20 minute+ wait times to checkout, 1 employee-operated register, less than half of the self-checkout terminals working (none of which ever accept cash), but they can have 5 employees huddled near the customer service dept looking at their phones and talking with each other while their customers grow old waiting in long lines

I had some photos done and 1 didnt come out as expected but I didnt want to make time to redo it because I didnt have time to wait another 10 minutes to redo. I shouldve taken more time to review the photo before I had it made. Other than that, I found everything I wanted. The photo employee was very nice and helpful. He knew his job and I thank him so so much!!

Love this location. So hard to find a good Walmart in Atlanta so I drive farther just to come here. They stay stocked and always have everything I need available.

I like it here for the convenience to be able to shop for everything at once.

The employees have horrible customer service. A lot of them don’t know where stuff is because it’s “not their department” and they don’t greet you whatsoever. They need to hire a 3rd party company to go through their parking lot, bring baskets back inside (the ones that actually roll) and sanitize them because they just leave them scattered through out the lot. A lot of time blocking the aisle and some spots..

This location definitely seems to be a lot smaller than the Hwy 5 location which means less selection of some items. However they also seem to run out of things a lot less than the Hwy 5 store so I find myself having to stop by here after not finding what I need at the other store. I normally simply dont one to this one because it is out of the way of all the other shopping areas. The parking lot is also smaller compared to Hwy 5.

Its my first time here and I like how the setting is. It was hard a little to navigate through the isles but in the end, I got everything I wanted to buy. They have different parking space for pickups.

I love Walmart. They need to get better adult clothes in there, and better fruit, but other than that A1. I might go today😁😁

Fast cashier. And the only one I have been to where I ask the workers where things are located and they actually know and give the correct info.. I have even had one guy walk me to the item… I was shocked..

We went to pick up the prescription glasses. Sonia waited for us to get there to pick up the glasses. Always great customer service. Sonia is the Best being that on this Friday she was the only person working in the eye glasses department.

Just bought a nice 3 foot freezer for $106.00 I plugged it up and ofcourse it began getting cold IMMEDIATELY 👍 AND ITS LIGHTWEIGHT YET STURDY AND DURABLE ...... WALLY WORLD, WAL~MART MY FAVORITE STORE👍😁

They had the ingredients that I needed for my shrimp and grits. The veggies weren’t in bad shape like most Walmarts

Only two regular registers open where card or cash is accepted and cash back is available.... Self scan had 8+ registers with 4 working... Card only no cash back...Store was crowded as usual... Lines all in the walkway... People mad about slow service to and not enough registers to cover or have a speedy check out...Do better Wally World...ALLLL that money you couldnt possibly be short on workers...Stop cutting our cashiers and/or workers... Bring back the cashiers for speedy check out... The stores used to be faster but I guess EVERYBODY WANT TO SAVE MONEY... even if you have it ALLL!

Good walmart to park at. Ive parked here twice. It a little tight but real bad. I got in and out in my 379 extended hood ok. This guy not so lucky. He ran the side of his trailer into a parked pickup truck. Yes there is police on the property.

Beyond horrible. Nobody knows anything about anything when you go to this store. These are the most untrained unprofessional employees

Curbside pick up is a joke.Please save yourself the trouble and pick up your stuff inside whether you’re high risk or not. I guess I’m used to target that brings out multiple things at once when distribute it to the owners. I waited for 2 hours! Watching as they brought people’s things out one after the other at about 15-25 minutes intervals.It’s ridiculous! Ended up canceling my order and purchasing my stuff at a different Walmart. Smh!

You can pretty much count on Walmart to have what you need if theyre out of it they sold out of it in the first couple days but overall prices are great eyeball my leisurely clothes there sweat shorts socks great prices

Sure you can buy things that are a lot cheaper than other places. That being said, you get what you pay for. Im not a big fan of Wal-Mart. Everytime I leave there I feel a lil cheaper.

Great location. Clean. Right next to 2 gas stations which is super convenient.

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Shelves were bare, like they hadnt been stocked in a while. Employees talking to each other while they are doing online grocery shopping almost ran into some customers. With Covid on a rampage and Atlanta requiring mask you would think they would be cleaning the store a little better.

Im not with the appointment garbage! If I need an oil change, but you only have a few open appointments for the week, how is this customer friendly? I will not use Walmart for my auto needs again.

I dread this walmart. They never accept cash at theor self check out and they usually only have 2 lanes open with employees at them and theyre right next to each other, cramming everyone into the same aisle. I only go there if I absolutely have to. And I usually leave not finding everything on my list.

Manager Cecil should be fired. He knew I wasn’t given a time frame to come back by and when I returned for my replacement car battery he denied it and stole my battery. When I called 1800-walmart Cecil refused to cooperate

Always a joy going there, just one thing Everytime I use the ATM by the bank. The ladies always out there just looking, then go to other mgrs about how long I stayed at ATM. They should be at their tellers. Its always this way.But I love wally world wont b banking inside very soon. How uncomfortable

I felt safe there was police presence the store was stocked and clean. The staff was polite

I am always underwhelmed at Walmart as they spiral down in quality, service and value, but this location reaches a new low. Produce was pricey but very dated. I never buy meat at Walmart, I just dont trust it.I picked up a few items and get to the check out: half of self service registers were not on, and the ones that were didnt take cash. There were only two registers that took cash and they had ridiculously long lines that were in slow motion. Leaving my selection behind in the cart, I left; it was just too miserable an experience.

Literally one of the worst Wal-Marts I have been too. So many unprofessional staff members. Kids running around everywhere. The lady at the self checkout was so rude. All of the self check-out registers were somewhat broke and didnt take cash and the scanners were broke. My husband got one of the rotisserie chickens and its literally raw on the inside. I will even post a picture for proof. Seriously they need to do better.

Well I guess its smart your lady in self check out next to money services has her name tag turned around and refuses to tell me her name 7/25 at 11 am. What a joke of a place. Nasty.

Great service with NO covid excuses of short staff..

I shopped for Krylon metallic spray paints. Absolutely none of what I wanted was on the shelf.Additionally all spray paints were locked in large glass cases,, with no associates to help.I left to shop elsewhere. I am not likely to return to this store, maybe no other Walmart.

Busy busy store but well stocked and clean but busy. Ok you got that... There aint no running in and out here between the traffic and the store congestion dont think you can slide off the 20 for a quick experience.

The lady in the deli is an angel on earth. Forgot her name but shes the one with the short afro, petite Queen. I enjoyed the food so much, I came back today and was delighted she was the one from yesterday. I sure wish management would let us tip for good service because you dont get that much these days and I appreciate good people like her. Will always come to visit you when Im on this side of town for sure. She made me smile🙂

It was alright, though today I bought stuff for my niece and was in a rush to get home. I hadnt noticed I was double changed for a $11 outfit till I got home. Please check your receipt before you leave the store.

I was thoroughly impressed with the young man carefully sanitizing each and every shopping cart and lining them up for the next customer to use. The store is very organized and checkout was a breeze!

Terrible service. I waited and spoke to several people to get someone to the paint department, they never showed up. I was then told I needed to go to customer service 1st. I left and went to Home Depot and was in and out in 5 minutes. Walmart customer relations are the worse.

The store is clean. Not enough cashiers and self-checkout always crowded too.

Walmart Lithia Springs is a HUGE disappointment as I drive away this minute! Trash walking into the door, lines wrapped around the isles as there is literally 1 cashier and all of the self checkout lines are CLOSED with the exception of 2, one on each end. People with few items having to wait a long time because those with carts full of items are ringing up and cashing out themselves. Ridiculous! Hire people, train them and pay them appropriately so customers can feel appreciate d when they drive and walk onto property. Telling everyone to think deeply before going here!

I feel depressed every time I visit a Walmart so I do not step in unless it is really necessary. The reason for that is their employees, service and the customer base. Having a state of the art inventory management and supply chain systems make them very efficient and profitable but need to improve on the training of the employees.

The idea that the people who own/manage Walmart could care less about excessive wait times and lack of customer service is so unfortunate

Go to place for many daily needs. Tried the ranch chicken. Some places are congested since in a big city. Employees was helpful in locating goods. Love the delivery options as well as grocery availability. Prices are so wonderful then your actual Krogers, and Wegmans grocery stores. Great home furnishing love to even grab electronics, wine, car oil change, cleaning supplies, clothing, and etc. in one stop.

Oh all Walmarts, this one is far from my favorite. This particular Walmart doesnt ever seem to be stocked. I suppose its possibly just that busy, but it never seems it.

Walmart is Walmart. IMHO, their prices are because the quality of their goods is midrange and their staff works as people work when theyre tired because they have to work another (or multiple) job because theyre not being paid A living wage.

Worse walmart ever they have 20 registers with only 2 open. The GM and front end manager needs to be fired. No one should have to wait 45 mins to check out!

Very nice people I was very shocked considering it was in ATL Ga. Its off the main rd and wouldve never know it was there if not for google maps.

Please take your business to any other store. The customer service is horrible. I ordered a canvas photo to be ready in 4 hours so I could pick up after work. They called and stated it would be delayed until the next morning due to shortage in supplies. Ok, thank you fretting me know and that is fine. The next day I did not receive a confirmation until 1pm and I called several times without an answer to confirm my order. I went at 2:30. My photo is not completed and the only thing the staff member said to me is I dont know what why she did.t.do it and she is on lunch now. No solution or offer to call when it is actually completed. She told me to check back but, how, when no one answers they phone.

I called ahead of time to see if the Vision Center would tighten the frame of my glasses. The young lady that answered the phone, I forgot her name, said she would, as long as I was there before closing time. My current frame was not purchased via Walmart Vision Center, but she tightened them anyway, without complaint, and I am very satisfied.

This was a nicer walmart, but they still have some struggles restocking many items.

Customer service over the phone is non-existent. Called numerous separate times and no one ever answers.Pharmacy is literally the only department that answers their phone.

Its Wal-Mart same story cant find anyone and the lines are long. Only 1 cashier or none all self checkouts open card only.

Always great deals at Walmart

It is good for you and customers sometimes to get a good understanding of everything in this particular store because it takes a lot of time and we have to be patience with the employees that dont know the areas of the store yet but you can always ask for a store manager or a floor supervisor.

I work there, so of course everything was okay.

Everyone knows Walmart has everything!! This Walmart has some of the most respectful and kind go out of their way to help staff.
