Dr. Saadat is the best! He really cares about his patients and it shows. Luckily I have great vision but its still beneficial to perform regular check-ups for eye pressure and overall health. Not to mention he always gets me new sunglasses with his awesome selection and prices!

The Doctors and staff at Tullman Eye group are AMAZING. They have the perfect combination of a comfortable and professional environment. They are friendly yet informative. I was very indecisive about they frames I wanted but Michelle (the young lady who helped me choose the frames) was very patient with me and even recruited the advice of other staff members until I was comfortable with my choice. I had an early appointment and they really set the tone for the remainder of my day. I highly recommend the Tullman Eye Group and Im so happy to have found my permanent eye care family!

My son has been going here since 2016. My daughter had her first exam there when she turned one, We Enjoy our experience every time. Dr.Shepard is amazing with My son! I decided to seek a smaller and more local eye care facility instead of going to a big box center because I was not receiving the level of care and information I was looking for. Dr. Truong was very patient, sincere, and kind. He gave me a very clear analysis of my eye health and was overall a really energetic physician. I am now claiming Tulman Eye Group as my official eye doctor as long as Dr. Truong is there!

I was seen right away at my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was really friendly and my doctor was super knowledgable. However, I took away one star because I was charged for an optional test that I did not know would be done during my annual exam. I didn’t even sign the paperwork for it on my intake forms because I didn’t want to take it but they snuck it in as part of the rest of the exams I took, which I found a little dishonest. It was a series of photos of the back of my eye that increased my copay by an extra $39 charge. Also I had to ask for something to sanitize the black paddle to cover my eye with since it looked greasy when I first picked it up.Edit: This morning I got a call from Tulman Eye Group where they apologized for the miscommunication and manually refunded me the $39 charge. I applaud the quick response and emphasis on customer service!

I have many times attempted to get contacts. Every time I did, the prescription was so far off, I couldnt wear them.Due to the pandemic, I have problems with my glasses fogging up when wearing a mask. This was driving me crazy. A great friend recommended Dr Saadat. He was so polite and when I discussed my past experiences, he reassured me he would do whatever it takes in order to get it perfect. He took his time and for the first time, I am able to wear contacts! He and his staff were amazing! I highly recommend Tulman Eye Group. They have my business from now on.

This was my first time going to this eye doctor. I love that they are still taking COVID precautions. I did have to wait long to be seen approximately, 10 mins. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Dr. Truong was super cool and informative. Hes very great with kids. I have a 1yr old and she seems to like him. They have a good selection of frames. Rather they are designer frames or not. You will definitely find frames there. I would definitely recommend this facility and their staff 10/10 for me.

I had my first appointment after being referred by a family member to Tulman Eye Group. They efficiently moved me from each location while I completed paperwork, they performed all they needed to, and let me look at frames. The doctor explained everything in great detail without confusing me and answered my questions clearly, allowing me to leave confident about my eye health.

This is definitely not a friendly environment. I came back a second time and still the same result. Maybe they don’t sleep enough lol. Do not recommend if you are looking for that type of environment.

As always, the staff was helpful and attentive to my needs. I have very strict requirements for my eyes and the staff was extremely patient-even I recognize I am a demanding customer. They provided me with expert service and suggested very fashionable and flattering eyewear that I wouldn’t have initially considered. Thank you again team, I know Covid has made it challenging, but you have always been there for me when I needed a new prescription for my eyes. Thank you TEG!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Truong is AWESOME. He is super personable and always asks if there are any questions you have for him. He is a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. Love this place.

The staff was very courteous, and my doctor also. The young woman who helped me with my frame selection was VERY patient with me, as I couldn’t make up my mind which frames to choose. She was such a big help to me. What’s crazy is that I left, got home, and came back because I changed my mind about one of the frames I chose. She changed the order and just laughed, saying, “I told you that you looked cute in those!”, meaning the ones I had her change the order to.

Dr. Bryan Troung was very kind and informative. Staff is overall nice, Michelle was very kind during the process of picking out my glasses as well. Def. recommending this place to my family and friends!

I was referred to this place because I have keratoconus and not a lot of offices offer scleral lenses apparently this place does. I guess. I called on on 2/8/2021and schedule an appointment-- I went to my appointment two weeks later on 2/22/2021 When I got there they threw me in different rooms when I finally saw a Dr. they told me they have to check my insurance.....Wouldnt it been smart to check it before I got there?...they had all of my information....I was told they would give me a call the next day when the lady who handles the insurance returns to the office. Its been officially a month since I been there and I received nothing not even a call to get a fitting. I called today with my concerns and received a lady who was very nonchalant about my issue and told me this is normal....nah, not when I was suppose to get a call the next day on February 22.... its now March 22. So Im sitting here with cloudy scratchy hard lenses depending on this facility to assist me annnnd nothing......yeah.... what a time to be alive....

I have been coming to Tulman Eye Group for all my annual eye check-ups and eyeglass needs for over a decade! Everyone of their staff members are very friendly and attentive. My eye doctor, Dr. Saadat is very knowledgeable and a great provider of which I highly recommend. Dr. Shepard is another excellent doctor at this center. Clean center, great customer service, followed by a fine line of frames such as Tom Ford, Gucci, and many more to choose from. 5/5 stars well deserved!

Dr. Truong has been my eye doctor of choice for a few years and I appreciate his friendliness and calming demeanor. My appointments are thorough and, besides filling out several documents at each visit, the process to be seen and cared for is efficient. I will continue to be a patient as long as I live in the area.

The customer service from the front office staff is seriously lacking. Most who answer the phone are rude and act like you calling is a bother.Yesterday I called to ask a question in reference to my glasses.. of course the dry tone of the rep made me decide to go to anyone else for a new pair of frames but I requested a copy of my prescription..it was never emailed. I had to call back and request again.Ive been wrongly diagnosed and took the wrong meds for over a week... until I rescheduled and was seen by a different doctor for a proper diagnosis.I referred my Mother months ago for a second opinion on an eye problem she has been dealing with for years, she told me the African American young Lady was disturbingly rude to her in person so much that she would not be back. I have also experienced her attitude and rudeness.

Been going to Dr. T. For approximately 40 years for my eyes. At one point my whole family was going to that office. The only reason they changed was insurance issues. Every one in the office is professional. One of the best eye doctors in USA. Whatever wrong with my eyes they are always healed. I will recommend anyone to Tulman Eye Group .

I can not explain how much I appreciate the staff here. My son is 8 years old and has some challenges that make eye exams pretty challenging. Well that is what I thought. The staff was so friendly and patient. They took control of the appointment and made him feel so comfortable. They were able to accomplish in one appointment what took another physician two years.

Went in for my annual eye visit. The staff was very attentive and made me feel welcomed. From the moment I walked in and was greet I could tell this was going to be better than my experience at LensCrafters a few weeks before. Jocelyn was the young lady who helped me and she made sure I was comfortable with my eyeglasses before we even got close to the checkout desk. She was very knowledgeable and asked what my style was before making suggestions. Definitely recommend this place and I’ll be coming back every year for my eye appointment.

Very helpful and caring, I haven’t had my appointment but speaking with the office manager Deborah Sanchez made me feel better about my toddlers eye condition. I literally just came from another doctor office and they weren’t helpful explaining my sons eye condition. I have been to several companies over the past few years to get my eye checked and purchase glasses. I always had to go back because the lens didn’t seem to fit my eyes. I am so happy with Tulman Eye Group. When I picked up my glasses, I told the lady to let me wear the glasses a couple days. To my surprise I have not gone back. They fit! I’ve been going to Tulman Eye Group since I was a little kid (I’m 22 years old now), considering everything that’s going on with COVID I’m happy to say I felt completely safe in the building. Before they let you inside they took your temperature, gave you hand sanitizer, and asked if you or anyone you’ve been around were diagnosed with or had symptoms. Everyone was wearing some form of PPE and had social distancing stickers on the floor for any lines (it wasn’t busy when I went but it was nice to see)

My experience with Dr. Truong has been nothing short of wonderful. Unfortunately, for the staff who works at the front and the lady with short hair who works in back with the tattoos was very cold, and made me very uncomfortable. For the life of me I cant understand why they treated me the way they did but one thing I do know is whenever you feel uncomfortable and the staff is popping gum and wont greet you, its time to take my business elsewhere and thats exactly what I did for myself and family. I will never step foot into that office again and give them my business. Its a shame to because Doctor Truong is so caring, and warm. He was truly wonderful to me and my son and for that reason I gave this horrible place and its staff a one star. Remember this the staff could make or break your business the customers are their first point of contact, before we even reach the Doctor. What a shame too.

I have been going here since I was a child and I love everyone of the Doctors and staff! Dr. Saadat is always very thorough and knowledgeable in what he does. They are a great choice for children up to adults. I would not go any other place!

Totally wrong perception of prescription with the compter-generated analysis. It had me at -14.75, when Im really -1.50. There also seemed to be a good bit of lack of passing on information from step to step between the staff. Im not confident in this service. Follow up appointment soon. Lets hope all the staff gets into sync.Nope! Staff did not get into sync. I told them to have my contacts shipped to the store since Im out of town. They shipped them to my drivers license address anyways. I wont be back and will never recommend.

I really like going to the Tulman Eye Group. Their staff is always kind and knowledgeable and prompt. I started going to them for my annual contact visits, but got Lasik last year and have been seeing Dr. Shepard for all of my post-surgery followup care.I appreciate that when I have an 8am appointment, I am seen almost immediately. Their care of my eyesight had been thorough and I am glad I chose this practice. Their equipment and technology is modern and Ive always had a good experience here. All the doctors in this practice are nice, as Ive spoken to them in passing.Ive never needed glasses, but they appear to have a good selection. Other things to think about that make this a great place to go: plenty of parking, close to I-20, seemed they took a lot of insurance options, and kind doctors and staff.

All the ladies were delightful to speak with.Cat, Mary, Michelle to name a few. This experience was awesome. The staff was attentive Doctor Shepard was very knowledgeable especially her information concerning my condition. M.G.Overall I would recommend anyone to go there. This was our (my nine-year-old daughter’s and myself) first experience here. It was amazing. Every employee was extremely professional and polite. I recently experienced an abrasion and chemical burn in my right eye after putting in a contact. We still dont know exactly what caused it. Dr. Tulman has been absolutely wonderful. He has treated me with such kindness and gentleness that has really impressed me. He has kept me informed of everything he is doing and planning to do. I trust him completely. I visited this location because I had a cyst in my eye. The doctor took a look and said I had to get eye surgery. My visit was approximately 30 min, and I had to pay $80. I just got a bill for $78 when I have insurance. This has been an expensive visit for the doctor to inform me I have to get surgery. Could’ve saved me money & time. No thank you

Poor service and you will be in there forever. Too many employees running around and cant get to you. Plan to spend almost 2 hours in this place. The check out lady always looks angry. They tell you theyll call when your glasses get there and 3 weeks later when touffy call to check, your glasses have been sitting there for 2 weeks. This occurred 3 different times. Im done with this eye doctor.

The service is wonderful at Tulman Eye Group. The doctors (Dr. Saadat is my eye doctor) are knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current ocular conditions and treatments. I will not go any other place and I have been a client for approx. 19 Years.

Excellent! Dr. Tulman diagnosed my husband with a potential stroke and/or diabetic issue when he began seeing double. Dr. Tulman not only secured an emergency appointment with a neuro- opththalmologist for the next morning, he also called us twice to check on my husband in the evening on some test results. Dr. Tulman has also in the past has seen my grandson, age 4, and was so humble that he called in another doctor for a second opinion to his diagnosis. He has a heart of gold. As for myself, I have been seeing Tulman Eye Group for many years and everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Blessings to each one!

My experience with Tulman Eye Group has been an extraordinary one from the initial scheduling of an appointment. The Tulman Eye Group staff exemplified professionalism and friendliness. Being that I dread visiting the optometrist and have ever since I was a child, I was not at all looking forward to this eye exam. However, almost instantaneously as I entered into the office, I felt comforted by the conversation and the knowledge in which the staff had shown. The entire exam was the most thorough examination I had ever had and was also very gentle and painless. After the exam, Dr. Saadat was very detailed and clear in explaining matters concerning my eyes. I learned a lot during the examination about conditions pertaining to my eyes as well as how to better care for them. I am definitely looking forward to the next visit.

I visited this office on 10/6/2018 for an eye exam and glasses. My experience was awesome! From the time I walked in and encountered the front office staff, to my first encounter with the assistant (one special young lady), toDr. Sadaat, it was the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had in a medical setting. I was not all that familiar with my vision insurance and every lady at the front desk chimed in to explain it to me. I have not had so many people so eager to help, all at once. I love it. Dr. Sadaat was extremely thorough and explained things very well, where I as the patient understood them. A lot of doctors fall short in this area and simply spout out a bunch of medical terms that most patients would not understand. I am very appreciative of his bedside manner and his dedication to making sure he covers all basis. All in all, I will be back going forward and will refer others who require the best eye care. I am very pleased with the service my son receives. Dr. Saadat is very knowledgable and makes sure I understand clinically and as every day person. The administrative staff is good as well. There is good follow up. The wait time is a little long sometimes and the lobby is super chilly but even with that, I would still recommend to others. I have been taking my son to this office for right at a year now.

The experience was very nice, the staff and doctors were nice, I just received the wrong pair of glasses and tried to return and I was told to keep them while the other ones came in. Well its been almost a year and they never called me to pick up my glasses and when I tried calling they just told me to wait.

Very nice staff for the most part, however a few ladies gave me an impression as if the were so annoyed with their job duties.SMILE and MAKE EYE CONTACTWe all have bad days trust me, please dont take your frustration out on us.
