The lady looked at my already been glasses and instead of fixing it to match the other side she bent the right bar that connects to my ear to match the bending of the first bar that made no sense to me why would you buy my glasses even more.So now I have to go get them fixed by some people who actually knows how to work with glasses

I always have pleasant and swift visits, but yesterday took the cake! Ms. Tammy was very knowledgeable and so nice to me. She went above and beyond with ensuring that she satisfied my requests. Employees like Tammy are hard to come by! Walmart VC, you truly have a gem!!

Horrible place if I could give lower than one star I would. The receptionist who is also the boss, lies about the costs associated with the visit. The staff members said that the boss made the appointment and she conveniently was not present. I suppose she was the only appropriate scapegoat. I specifically asked the lady that if there would be any fees to be notified, in which there was blatantly no follow up call as promised. I will be contacting corporate because I was lured here under false pretenses. I was informed that the boss is new but she is somehow handling billing information and getting it wrong. Furthermore, upon arrival the staff should be more upfront about any fees before any service is rendered, this place is highly unprofessional for that reason. I have been to other vision offices that discuss potential billing patterns however this office was dumbfounded on standard procedures. A full refund would be the only acceptable reconciliation on the basis that the pregnant staff member admitted that she should have talked about the exam costs and her negligence in conjunction with the bosss disregard should not be overlooked. I would like to be contacted by email or respond to the post and prove that this office true cares about the customer concerns.

Great Staff at Walmart Vision Center, I brough my prescription from another vision center, to WALMART VISION CENTER on Thornton Road, in Lithia Springs, I met with Ms.Sonya Goodyear and staff, they took care of me. The glasses and shade cost half the price,(2 pairs), COMPARED TO THE OTHER VISION CENTER, and I got them back within a week. Thanks Ms. Sonya and Staff. Great Staff, great price and great glasses.
