The customer service at this location incredible. I was in a bind for a last minute project and Billy was extremely attentive. The success of a company like Tandy’s is reliant on knowledgeable staff like Billy. Thanks so much for your help! I will be back :)

They have great quality leather for dirt cheap ! cant miss out on a good sale ... plus its something to do during quarantine .. gotta have those hobbies !

Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, and nice big space. Prices may seem a little steep when you look at them, but theyre actually quite comparable to online shops, and this is the kind of thing where there are real benefits to in person shopping. Good mask policy/signage too.

Ive just recently started a new passion for leather tooling/stamping. I had pretty much exhausted every single hobby lobby, looking for specific stamping tools, and than found out there was a Tandy Leather brick and mortar relatively close to where I live. Store is very spacious, with every thing one person could need for leather crafting. They offer classes and shows, and I signed up for a carving/stamping class for this Saturday. They had the tools I was looking for and I even snagged up some suede for a future automotive upholstery project. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, look at my profile picture... Even a fella like myself in can walk in the store and feel right at home, Ill be shopping with them for all of my leather crafting needs. Exceptional experience all around!!!

Selection is very good. Customer service tries hard but knowledge base still cant match Tandy in Norcross. Manager Billy needs some basic Customer Service training.

Very upset with Tandy Leather. My twin toddlers who are two wont keep a mask on even if I keep pulling it over their nose The guy that works their told me since my kids wont keep their mask on that they would have to stay outside. Unfortunately I have nobody else who can watch them. So we left and I will never be back. The way he worded it and his demeanor towards me and my kids was very rude.

Purchased some tools and leather there a few weeks ago while on a business trip. Very helpful and knowledgeable folks. I will go back when in the area. They put me on to the First Responder Appreciation Program while I was there.

These guys are incredibly helpful. Not pushy in ANY way. Have walked me through step by step on learning how to work my leather. You can purchase some cheap Chinese crap from the web, but I would MUCH rather support a store that allows me to come in, ask questions, make suggestions and help me. One of the guys is hand tooling a purse for a class and I cant wait to see it finished. BTW, I live over an hour from them and it is completely worth the ride, if for nothing other than the incredible smell when you walk in. Peta will never love me. :-)

Awesome people. I called to see what time they closed. When it was sooner than I thought, they staid late for me so I could pick things for a project. Also, this is the largest tandy leather I have ever been to. LOTS of stuff there.
