I took my phones down there to be repaired and one of them they said they could not unlock. So I was putting my money towards another two phones getting repaired... Just the screens needed replaced... And his wife calls me to tell me that they could not be repaired. When I went back to get my money at first he was willing to give it all to me when he thought I had only paid $80 but when he seen that I had paid $290 they no longer wanted you give me all of my money back she said she was giving me half of it back and she didnt even feel that that was fair. And then she continues by telling me that her husband was mad at her forgiving me the price that she gave me on repairing those two phones and then it should have been $300 a piece... So the truth is the reason my phones werent repaired is because she low-balled me on the price and he didnt like that because he didnt even try to fix my phones. I could have gotten a refund of $500 for these two phones within 30 days of purchase off of eBay but since they had my phones for so long that refund is out and now I have two phones that are not able to be fixed. They are Crooks and I should have took my money somewhere else. They never said that they would take part of my money if they could not be fixed he said he would give me my money back... And Im pretty sure I know how to do math and having given them $290 and only receiving 145 back that is not giving me my money back! In the beginning I was referring everybody to them because I thought they were a true hearted place to go because they have kids as well as I and theyre just trying to make a living but I will never refer anybody there again because I see that are just looking to make a dollar they dont care if they rip somebody off. The only reason I gave them one stars because I had two with this rating but they dont even deserve that and I am a business owner myself and try to not complain and really do not like negative reviews but I feel that everybody should know how this place is!

Great service! I went in with a cracked screen and an iPhone battery that would mysteriously drop from 50% to 12% in a matter of mins. They replaced both same day and communicated with me throughout the afternoon updating me on available pick up time!! No hidden costs, friendly direct service! This is my 2nd time using this place for a destructive teenage soon. They were professional and fixed the iPhone 8 screen as promised on time. It’s been 3 weeks since the repair and I haven’t had any issues. My new screen came with a 3 months warranty.
