Im super disappointed in the delay of my purchase. I purchased a couch in October of 2020 and Ive paid for it in full. They have delivered two parts of the couch, but the corner has not come in yet. The predicted delivery date is now January 2022! Ive call a dozen times and Dock 86 has done nothing to help expedite the furniture or call the manufacture to get them to prioritize getting this part out. I get the same story each time I call and they say that its COVID and the freeze down south. Come on Dock 86....this is rediculous.

We were looking for a small sectional to fit in our apartment and we found a perfect sectional. We were asked if we needed help more than once but not in a pushy way. We were able to purchase and set up delivery and assemble within 10 minutes after picking out the sectional. We felt very lucky to find something we wanted in stock, the majority of furniture is on back order. Most items were on at least a two month wait. Very happy with the experience and that we found something in stock!

Luke was fantastic. Took the time to understand what I wanted and gave many suggestions that where different from what we thought we wanted. Hes helpful and knowledgeable on what they have. Ask for him when you go in and you wont be disappointed.

Staff is friendly and helpful; on a recent visit we were looking for a unique sectional and salesman Scott Klein assisted us in finding the perfect piece. We looooove Dock86. The employees are always very helpful without being pushy. We have now purchased a coffee table and 2 counter-height stools, and we definitely be back for more as needed! I’ve been looking at furniture for my new house and had a budget to spend. I’ve been there three times to make sure I was buying the right furniture. They’ve been patient with me finding the right one and the process was very smooth. They have really good deals and the selection had a wide variety. Because of the pandemic some stuff is on back order. Overall, excellent experience. They’re attentive to your needs.

He was impressively knowledgeable about every piece of furniture we looked at and made some very insightful suggestions. We selected a sectional and went to a few other stores to look for other items. Ultimately, we went back to Scott at Dock 86 Little Canada to refurnish our dining room and bedroom as well.

Cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I recently went in to because we needed to furnish our new home. We were approached by an associate named Scott who was very knowledgeable on all their items and helped us with our math calculations to make sure everything would fit. He let us know that even if it didnt end up looking right they store has a good return policy. Scott stuck with us for at least an hour as we picked out and ordered a boat load of items. My husband does not usually ask to use a military discount but because we spent so much $$$ we wondered if they had one. At first Scott just had some misinformation and told us they did not. BUTTT we think he went above and beyond, because he called us the next day to apologize. He told us that they did have a military discount to offer and that he had messed up. (We were impressed because many of those working in retail would not give a second thought about a customer if they ended up giving them the wrong information.) We were refunded the military discount. You know this is a great company to support because their employees care so much for the customer. 1000000/10 TY Scott and TY DOCK86! This is now our go to furniture store.

I went to look for a new couch at the HOM Furniture in Little Canada a little over a week ago and was pleasantly surprised. Scott assisted me on the floor and was incredibly knowledgeable regarding all of my questions about the available furniture. He made the ordering process as painless as possible given the pandemic and was extremely helpful when it came to ensuring that my new couch was delivered as soon and as conveniently as possible. Would absolutely recommend!

Once we found the piece we liked, Scott was great at helping us place our order. Given current circumstances our order is delayed, but Scott was up front about any delays and we felt no pressure to put any more than 10% down to secure our orders place in line. In this crazy furniture-buying climate, Scott was honest and helpful.

Mathilda was WONDERFUL!! I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted but I wasn’t seeing anything right away, so I asked Mathilda for help. She was professional, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products on the floor. After understanding what I was looking for she walked around and helped me find the perfect sectional in my price range which I wouldn’t have found on my own. I would highly recommend going to this store and finding her right away!

We got in around 6pm. Looked around for sofas that we would like. They have a big selection to choose from. When we finally found one we liked. We couldn’t find a sales associate that wasn’t with another customer. There was only 3 working at the time . We understood because it was closing time. We kinda waited for 5-10 minutes to see if anyone was free. But they weren’t. But then Bill from the bed department seen us waiting for a sales associate not seeing one free. He helped us himself. He is a nice guy. He looked up the sofa we wanted. It was in stock. So we purchased it. He explained to us about the warranty if we wanted to buy it. Also about the delivery methods they had and the availability on days they can deliver. Good experience and would come back for future furniture .

I visited and purchased from the Little Canada location and had a wonderful experience! I worked with David Gray an Interior Designer who was absolutely delightful in helping me find just the right couch for my new apartment. He walked me through all the numerous available options that were best suited for my style and my budget. And some options I didnt even think to consider that were wonderful!I was also helped by Scott Klein who made my purchase of a new queen bed and accent chairs a complete breeze! I love this place because everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy, which is exactly the type of atmosphere you want when furniture shopping.

My wife and I (having found a dining room table that peaked our interest) were very comfortable discussing our interests and hashing out details with Scott. First trip we purchased a set of table lamps and found out that it would take a second trip to pick up. Second trip we found out they are not open for pickups on M-W-F. Third trip only to find when we got home that it is the wrong lamps and one is chipped anyway. Back to Slumberland for quality.

My wife and I had been bed shopping for the past year. We’d actually worked with Wade Winterburn on multiple occasions attempting to figure out what worked best for my wife (who has scoliosis). Wade was patient, understanding, funny, and engaging. He was able to ask the questions that we didn’t know to ask. This really helped us narrow down our search over the course of our multiple visits that spanned multiple months. We finally made our purchase through Wade who once again, knew exactly what to do and got us in and out in a timely manner. Go to Wade if you’re looking for a mattress because he can help you know what works best for your body and situation.

I didnt buy anything from here, but there was a huge selection of items to choose from and they were very affordable. I gave four stars because not once did an employee acknowledge us or ask us if we needed help.⁰

Went in hoping to find a new sectional or browse styles. As we talked to Scott, who is awesome and knowledgeable, about materials, pets, prices, options we realized the perfect couch at an amazing price was right there!! Free driveway delivery will be great. The couch wasn’t available until February but assuming it arrives on time and in good condition this was a perfect experience!! Update: The waiting game continued until I again tracked my furniture and it said “Call customer care”. When I called I was told that they no longer had any available and the only one left was the showcase in Bloomington. I went to the Bloomington store was given no apology for the item being discontinued. I was told that when I ordered it back in March there was a note saying it was discontinued. I told them that doesn’t make sense, since I could still go online and order the item and showed them right then and there. No communication, no apologies. Go somewhere else.I ordered a TV Console March 3, 2021. In the beginning it was a 2 month delay which was fine since my apartment wasn’t going to be ready until then. My tentative delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Now I’m looking at August 2021. Absolutely no communication or notification of changes from the company. If I knew it was going to be five months later, I wouldn’t have purchased from Dock86. Especially when your company charges your debit/credit card right away. The three stars is for your sales associates who have been more than helpful. Guess I’ll just order from Wayfair or Overstock.

You people don’t know how to communicate with the customers when it come to me spending my money.. I ordered furniture and you still can’t tell me when it’s coming in on top of that when you delivered my mattress and box spring it had a hole in it. Once I get ny furniture I don’t think I’ll ever shop there again

I refuse to work with any other salesperson. I want to come in, explain what I want, have explained what my options are, and then I can provide what I want to do and try to complete that. This made the experience easy, stress free, and most importantly productive.Jim listened to what I wanted to do, told me what he thought was possible, and then we worked to together to try make it work. Even if we couldnt I wouldve been more than satisfied with my experience however we were able to do exactly what I wanted to do and that made me even happier. I will definitely come back again for future needs and I look forward to getting my new sectional when the product is shipped.

My girlfriend and I spent all weekend couch shopping, going to 13 different stores/locations in the Twin Cities. We settled with Jim Kettner at Dock86 in Little Canada because he was genuine, trustworthy and not pushy, whereas other salesman would not put in the effort or time with a younger couple that Jim did with us. We talked through every point of the purchase from the different pick-up/drop-off logistics as well as pricing and assembly of the couch. I purchased my furniture at the store and picked it up within 30 minutes from a warehouse due to Jims help. He was straight to the point about any questions we had and had a pleasant/calming demeanor that made us feel welcome and assured in purchasing our couch with him. We plan to go to Dock86 in the future to visit Jim to purchase any additional furniture.

I love Dock 86! The home decor is beautiful and more reasonably priced than other furniture stores. This is my first time buying furniture from this store and I was please with my experience. Jim Kettner is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. My couches are on back order so I cant attest to how the furniture holds up yet. I was impressed with the options I was given for purchasing. Free garage delivery, paid delivery and set up, or self pick up. Not to mention, if I decide to cancel the order while waiting for the back order to process I get a full refund or if I get them in my house and dont like them I have 7 days to get a full refund. You honestly cant beat that!

We needed a new mattress and we were struggling with the overwhelming amount of choices out there. They all seemed to have both–great reviews and terrible reviews. Then I talked to Wade Winterburn. Not only does he have the coolest name ever, Wade was extremely helpful in narrowing down our decision and directing us to a couple of mattresses he thought we would like. We were able to make a decision based on his recommendations and we are so glad we did. Definitely talk to Wade for your next mattress!

Ive bought several furniture items from Dock86 in Little Canada over the years. They have always had a great selection of furniture and household items with a wide range of prices. I have run across some good deals too and the furniture has held up really well. You just have to keep in mind that You get what you pay for

Jesse was excellent. He was patient and appealed to the human side. He found a common interest and used that in assisting me with a purchase. He walked at a pace that I could keep up with when showing me around the store. He offered different suggestions based on my preference. The first person wasnt interested in assisting but brushed me off. Kudos to Jesse for excellent customer service.

Our experience with Scott Klein at Hom Furniture was positive. He was very knowledgeable and patient with your indecisiveness. We appreciated his recommendation toward furniture he had purchased for himself. This gave us confidence it must be well made. The only area for improvement, would be to have a list available of what furniture is currently in stock. We wasted a lot of time trying sofas only to learn they were backordered anywhere from 3-9 months. If a list of what was in stock was at the ready, we could have focused on only those with availability.

Stopped in to Dock86 because it was connected to Hom Furniture and found pretty much everything we’ve been looking at in all the other furniture stores at a significant reduction in price. We’re talking even lower then all the other locations with their sales. Low pressure on sales from Scott Klein and a clean and open floor show room. Definitely will be back to this store as a first stop instead of a “since it’s here” stop!!!
