From coming into the store all the way through delivery the service I received was outstanding!They have very good quality new and barely used furniture and accessories (I couldn’t tell the pieces had been used at all). Their prices are excellent and well below what most comparable stores charge. They delivered within the week!Before you buy furniture anywhere check them out! You’ can’t get a better, more professional and friendly service!

Was looking for furniture to rent for a few months and reached out to both Quality Furniture Rental and another rental company. The pricing from Quality was substantially lower than the other company and the service I received from Quality was far better. Had a great experience at Quality Furniture Rental, purchasing from their showroom. We were on a tight timeframe, in need of furniture for our high rise apartment. In no time, Monica showed us pieces that fit well and matched perfectly, well below our expected budget. Extremely happy with the quality and overall design of the pieces (sofa/chaise, chair, coffee table, end table, and lamp). The service was unmatched. Very thankful, highly recommend!

I went here to purchase a bedroom set because I am currently working on fixing my credit score and thought a rent to own place would be the best route. I filled out an application online and a very friendly lady called the next day encouraging me to come in. So, on my lunch break I went to the store and looked at some sets, found one I liked and talked with another friendly sales person who told me they didnt offer rent to own but he would see if he could make me a deal. Mind you the furniture states on the tag that they have low monthly rental prices... He comes back and says that they will write up a contract for me, gives me the down payment number which I agreed to and tells me to come back in the following day. I come in today on lunch and he looks confused and asks if I didnt get the email, Im like nooo, what email??? He says, your credit app didnt go through so we cant help you. Ummm ok, I told this guy my credit score the day before and he said not to worry about it. I make plenty per month to make the payments and have had a job long term so whats the issue? Complete waste of my lunch break! I went to homechoice today afterwards and within 5 minutes was approved for up to 2500 in credit, got a queen pillowtop, frame, and a 50 inch smart tv with low weekly payments of $30. Quality furniture told me come on back once I have saved up all the cash to buy the stuff outright but I move into my condo Sunday and spent 4300 on that move otherwise I would have the cash to buy it outright. So basically they wanted me to sleep on the floor until I saved up enough? What a joke! Ill never go into this overpriced, fake rental store again. False advertisement for one thing because they dont offer rent to own as it says on their website or on their pricetags. And poor communication!

Purchased a couch and chair from the backroom of Quality Furniture they were both covered in scabies. Hadnt purchased anything but that set. I was treated for scabies and continued to get bite. Once I throughout the furniture I was treated again and my problem was solved. Dont purchase from the back room. Be very careful they werent scabies they were nedbugs. Dont buy the couches in the back they are back there for a reason.

Horrible! Damaged my walls when delivering the furniture for staging and then did not unwrap the mattresses. The General Manager was very short and sounded disrespectful. Asked about a partial refund after only having the furniture for a few days and he said that it was a three month lease and that no refund would be given. That was a complete waste of $1,800! I would never go to them EVER again!

You can rent furniture if you need something temporarily.
