Nice location & well kept & quiet. BUT too expensive. Prices have went up 4 times since I started renting from them started off paying 400 & now its over 500 in 4 years... Wow. Been looking for something alot cheaper.
I rented one 10 x 20 garage storage for my collector car was very satisfied with the professional service I received from Angie I would definitely recommend this storage site to others interested in renting space

Definitely in the top five worst customer service experiences. First of all 2 days ago I received a move out receipt email and I never requested that and payment wasn’t due until June 1st. I called the location and was told that some guy called in and said he was moving out and the storage locker was cleaned out. I told the lady that I’m not a man and I never made a phone call and everything is still in my locker. She quickly corrected it and told me everything was back to normal. This morning I get there at 9:00 and my code doesn’t work after trying it numerous times. I call the office only to learn that theyre not open until 9:30. So I walked down to wait at the door as I’m trying to get a hold of the 800 number. I noticed a woman walking into the side door and I go after her to ask if she works there and a guy named John comes up behind her and I tell him whats going on that its pouring down rain I can’t get into my locker and I’m thinking it’s because of the mistake that public storage had made a few days ago. He tells me he does not get paid until 9:30 and I can come back then. Meanwhile my stuff is getting wetter and wetter. I was very shocked at how he responded to my crisis. I get that customer service is a dying art but the person that is living on site must have better people handling skills. And isn’t that why there is so done that lives on site? To handle emergencies when they arise?I called and left a voicemail for the property manager to get ahold of me and I’m hoping he or she does because there are a lot of people looking for work right now and they need to find so done else.
Updated:Ill start by saying my renting and tenant experience was wonderful, however my move out experience has not been. However after working with John, and Benjamin, my issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Thank you.
When looking for storage Public Storage is the right place to go.Especially this location. Employees are awesome.

This is the 3rd time I have used this business, I completed the online rental. It was easy, and painless. When I went to the property, John and Lori were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Just vacated this week, John was helpful as always, James was there to answer my question over the weekend

I needed to find a place to store my boat and the pandemic makes this a difficult / dangerous process. I contacted John at your Little Canada location. I ended up calling John several times for assistance and he always had the information that I needed along with a seemingly endless amount of patience. John was very very helpful and made sure that I was able to sign up to store me boat without worry about keeping an appropriate social distance of at least 6. I believe that the price Im paying for storage is competitive but I decided not to explore other facilities to get additional prices and Johns professional and customer focused assistance is the reason. John is a rare and valuable asset to Public Storage. Thanks John
The Tuesday (10/15/2019) crew of Peggy, John and Tiffany were great. They walked me through the process and I felt completely comfortable with the terms and conditions of the lease. They were patient and addressed all my questions concerns. I even watched as John and Tiffany dealt with a difficult customer - they were great. I wish there were discounted rates for long-term contracts. I will not hesitate to recommend the Public in Little Canada!

Unfortunately, I have to give my experience at this public storage 1 star. I was charged for 2 months of rent when I had a unit for 1 month (2/5 - 3/4). When I emailed corporate, requesting a refund, I was told the rental agreement I signed said tenants are not entitled to refunds and that my request was refused. Its a shame that I had such a poor experience with the company itself because all the employees I encountered at this location were friendly and helpful.
This place is amazing. I was renting a storage unit for the first time, John, Robert, Latrese and the rest of the staff were helpful and made the process very easy. On the day of the move they stopped by to ensure everything was okay with the unit. . Moving is stressful, they made this part fun.
Went in to pay my bill, John, the manager was so nice and helpful. He checked to make sure my info was up to date. Had a few questions going forward, which he answered for me. Upon leaving he told me to have a great rest of the week, and if we could help with anything just call the officeJust moved out, was a great experience. John, and Dorothy were very helpful. Ill be back
I went to close out my account on 8/1 after everything was cleared out the week prior. The rude lady (apparently the manager) said You know you have to pay the full month because you didnt close it yesterday right?. No, I didnt thats why Im here on the first day of the new billing cycle. She wouldnt do anything for me even though Ive been paying nearly a year for rental.Edit: I received a phone call from their upper management and they were prompt to have my concern addressed with their district leadership. Within three days they concluded to refund the extra month charge for me (Great turnaround time). Should expect refund within a week of course per usual bank refund process. Greatly appreciate the extra support on the issue.
So my brother and I were getting storage today and we werent sure on the sizes we needed, Tiffany offered to show us a couple storage units after explaining the size we were needing. After showing us an outside unit i asked if they had any inside units John offered to take me to look at them while Tiffany did the paper work with my brother found out they have temp controlled units all season long with A/C or heat being needed.Tiffany & John are a great combo i believe with both having a colorful personality and were very easy to talk to.

Management through Mark was first-class: thorough, thoughtful, and meticulous in helping to make the necessarily more complicated choices that come with arranging for a temperature-controlled size-appropriate storage site. All messages were returned, all questions answered promptly and completely. One glitch only and it was a small one: the wrong gate code given for our gate access on moving day. It happens. Indoor storage is costly, be in no doubt about that, but it allows for the renter(s) to work (if needed) in the storage space without worrying about exposure of boxes and humans to the elements.A larger issue to consider: Climate Controlled is a limited concept, there is no air-conditioning per se but there is sufficient air circulation to be in some comfort except on the hottest days (bring lots of water); one is not uncomfortably warm, but cool? No. Autumn will bring info on the concept of heat.The real challenge at all such storage sites is the absolute liability-driven absence of any electric outlets. There are lights overhead but you cannot reach them and they run the breadth of the storage locker block. Adequate, but not bright. I own a battery-run fan that will keep us comfortable this summer while diving into that mass of boxes and furniture, and also have a battery-run lantern that can throw a bright beam across the large storage unit. I am now researching battery-run AC units which I am told are just now on the market. Ill just put an extra sweater on in winter...

Julie is above and beyond amazing. She makes my trip up to my storage facility better all the time. Its always neat and clean when she is working. I wish they would consider putting a dumpster on the top floor that way its more convenient along with a bathroom... Keep it up Julie cant wait to see u improve this place more.

Julie was awesome! She was working all by herself on a Monday the 1st of the month. She was helping me and another lady at the same time. Plus all the people who were lining up behind us while answering the phone that was blowing up. For getting a storage unit is was ... Well fun with Julie and the other lady. Than when I came back with my stuff to move it into my unit. somehow the storage unit still had the businesses lock on it. It was after the office had closed. I was so lucky that Julie was still there. So off the clock she came out to help me again and get me into the storage unit! So far Im happy with my decision to store my stuff there.

Made a reservation online, John called me with in minutes to confirm appointment time and date. He was very professional and well informed. I ended up not needing the reservation after all, called John to cancel, he was again very professional, and thanked me for thinking of Public Storage, and invited me to try them in the future if my plans change. I didnt rent this time, but will rent in the future at Public Storage because of him.
Just stopped in to inquire on prices for a parking space, John showed me the space available, and did a great job presenting the attributes of the business. He reminded me this was the only outdoor space left at his property, I need to get my paperwork together, and decide if this is what I want to do. Thanks for your help John
When I rented here, the customer service seemed fine. They had a good half off deal at the time so I decided to go with it.Today, they were not what I thought. Price went up even though I thought I was locked in at a good deal. Didnt know it would change just a couple months later. Also, had I known I would be stuck paying for additional months of storage rental even with all my items moved out and me telling them Im gone, I wouldnt have given them my business. They talk down to you and will argue with you as well if you question too much. Very inconsiderate and no care in the world for you! Then as I called them again before the end of the month to confirm they know I am moved out so I wont have to pay for ANOTHER month of having nothing there, I get some rude lady answer the phone. I gave her my storage unit number and in confirming with her that they know I am no longer there, she asked me if Ive vacated the unit, which I replied yes and that I have been gone for a couple months already. She asked if I paid for this month and I told her yes, I already paid for the month even though Im not using it. I then said that I just wanted to make sure they were aware Im gone so I wouldnt be charged anymore. She then says ok and hangs up on me. Really? Terrible customer service! So glad Im done with this place forever!
Peggy & Tiffany were very friendly and helpful. every part of the process went smooth and stress free. Moving can be very stressful so I really appreciate them.
Public storage is okay I have had some issues with the building and my stuff being wet but the management has taken care of the issues and satisfied with public storage

Julie at the Little Canada location and Chip or absolutely amazing and helping me keep my storage from going to auction I had options he took a payment from me I pay on a couple different credit cards he was very patient in the interim after everything was paid and it didnt sell at auction the system automatically charged me again over drawing my account again from Julie and Chip to the rescue Judys notified chip explain the situation they immediately call me back on the speaker got me taking care of. Because the system automatically charge me again after paying off my bill. thank you Julie for being who you are. Thank u Julie for staying on top of things when i was not able YOU ROCK@! Chip you are wonderful supervisor and manager over there you guys were great as a team keep up the good work.
The staff dont care about you or your things stored there. A couple weeks ago they called us because our storage unit was flooded; they said the ice blocked the drains but there was nothing they could do. They didnt try chiseling the ice off, they didnt sandbag anything, it doesnt even appear they shoveled properly because snow was piled on everyones storage doors (I saw people having to shovel their own way into their own storage locker) and inside the temperature controlled building there was standing water that no one attempted to mop (which I still saw days later untouched). They tried nothing to prevent this flooding or make it better. When she talked on the phone to her boss to tell us what our next steps should be, she laughed about our situation in front of us saying, I hate to be the bearer of bad news! After that, they refused to help us any further because wed have to deal with our insurance going forward and make a claim. We made a claim, we took all the steps but our stuff is still ruined. Theres things in there that are irreplaceable and expensive. When it was time to throw everything away and close up our locker, they offered us no solutions. We cannot cancel our storage unit without clearing it out, however, they no longer have a dumpster for us to throw things away in. So, even though this flood was their fault they want us to take everything away and dispose of it ourselves; this would cost us a lot of time and money. We have no truck and no where to dispose of any of it or even put it temporarily. When we explained this to them they stared at us blankly and had nothing more to offer. In summary, they didnt try to prevent the flood, they laughed about it, they pushed us off on the insurance, they wont help us throw it away and they have no solutions to offer us. They just dont care, its not their problem and they cannot be bothered with it. Save yourself frustration and dont go here because if your stuff gets ruined, its not their problem.
I went today to clean out my storage unit here. Arrived at 11:00am and they had not plowed the entranceway. Julie the only employee working there did an incredible job helping me when my vehicle got stuck in the snow. Took me approximately two hours before I was able to get out. Despite Julies calls no Public Storage plow showed up and I had to pay $20.00 in cash to a passing independent plow to help get me out. This would have been five stars for Julie and really no stars for Public Storage, so its a three by way of a compromise...
Angelica has the best location I Came to find a location to store my car and Greenbay Rd is beyond clean and I would recommend this location. The customer service is above a 5 but that’s all I was able to get but get your storage at greenbay rd it’s safe, clean and open.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building our particular unit was in needed a little TLC, it looks like someone tried to back their vehicle into the building and hit the door that keeps the place temperature controlled. I would recommend this location to someone looking for a storage unit.

This place is very nice, built nice and mark the property manager is wonderful! He was great when we signed up, extremely informative and did an amazing job walking is through the steps of signing up to getting out lock set and out big truck and trailer around the site! Since then he had to help us get in the unit- we were using the wrong key- duh! Forgot our morning coffee that day I guess but he was friendly and came right over to help!
JULIE, at this property was a Gem! I was stressed from traveling from FLA to MN, involving a Pod and she was so helpful and supportive! I would recommend that property to anyone especially if Julies working! Chip also helped out with my lock. Thanks to all of you for being my angels at Public Storage!

The guy that helped me over the phone was rude and upon moving in, he showed up to give my husband an attitude when my husband was trying to locate the numbers for parking spot. Btw, there weren’t numbers on the space I rented! RUDE and DON’T recommend!!!

Lyle was great! We needed a lock cut on our unit because it had frozen in our brutal MN winter. He got the lock cut in a couple of hours! Very professional and great to deal with. We have been with this location for over 15 years. Great people!

We went to Public Storage to help our grandson access his fathers storage unit after our son, Dominic died.When we went into the office, there several other customers ahead of us waiting for help.We were impressed by how Mark (we learned his name when it was our turn) helped each customer. He was not only very professional regarding storage issues, but also, he attention and attitude he conveyed was that he was sincerely interested in solving each person concerns.Mark made our experience very comfortable and solve all of our concerns.
