This location has outstanding & quick service. Scheduled an appointment & employees were ready & waiting for my arrival. Besides customer service, I’ve never had any issues or problems with their service on my vehicle. Trust worthy location, honest rates & super friendly employees. Have to give a lot of credit to the Manager (joseph S.) for keeping this location at a professional level, with highly skilled & experience employees & great service all around! Love this Mavis location!

Went in to Little Falls Mavis a few days ago to get 4 tires I purchased elsewhere mounted, air valves replaced, (their idea) balanced, and take away old tires. The manager, his name is Joseph, comes to me an hour later a says I need new brakes in front. Literally says to me only like 100 miles left on pads, so I took his word for it and agreed. Said I also need new windshield wiper blades, so I again said I trust you and agreed. But I said I want the old parts to confirm everything he told me. He reluctantly agreed.I get home, look at the old brake pads, and to my disbelief, I see thick, with potentially 15,000 miles left to go or more, pads that looked absolutely fine. Perfect OEM Honda parts sitting in the plastic bag he gave me. Guess what the old blades looked like? Yes. Perfectly fine. Not dry rotted. No damage.And the valves? Didnt even touch em. Didnt replace. I wonder if they balanced the wheels as well. So I went back to confront the manager. He said Sorry. Call the 800, number with those complaints PEOPLE, this place is as dishonest as it comes. STAY AWAY!!!And save the canned response for someone else. It just sounds pathetic. Can someone tell me how I can help you improve on your dishonesty? Idiot.

Mavis in little falls has great customer service! they fixed both my front wheels from a flat tire I had. I was very happy with the service they provided! Especially dealing with Joe, he guided me through the process, and gave me updates on my car. Joe is very professional. I will definitely come back for future car services. Thank you!

First let me start off with this place is awesome. I went to get an oil change months ago at some other place and they over charged me by about $20. I was furious and called Mavis Discount Tire in Little falls right after leaving and they said they’d give me a better price and they kept their word. I also had a tire replaced here and they did it fast and for a great price as well! Nick was a pleasure to speak with! He is professional and friendly. The two managers are also very nice, Johnny and Da’shon. Thanks for being better than other places :) I’ll definitely be coming back

Great service. Very professional. Went and got some work done on my car was in and out without a problem.

Came in to get a donut taken off and a new tire purchased and put on. Arrived at 9am on a Sunday when they opened and there were already people there so if you have things to do that day get there early. However, the service was fast and I got my car within an hour and a half which is what I was quoted. I will return to this location if I need to, the location in wallington is nowhere near as fast and friendly.

I was very impressed with this place. I went there on a Saturday and even though they were busy they fixed my flat tire very quickly. The place is clean and very professional. I will definitely be back!

Customer service was pleasant and professional. The rep. helped find the closest Mavis that could get my product quickly combined with appointment availability. The technicians at my location were helpful and considerate of my time and worry about getting my flat tire replaced so that I wouldnt have my new teenage driver daughter driving on the spare. They acknowledge a warranty on the tires and made the whole experience easy.

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I had the worst experience here. My car needed new tires so I brought my car in and they told me I also needed new back brakes and I trusted them to fix the brakes and change my tires. My total was around $1300 for new tires and new brakes.I got the call saying the car was fixed and I came in got it but when I stepped on the brake, it felt like there werent any. I asked why this is and someone said oh it could be air or water in the brakes which why would that happen when theyre new? I dont know. So I brought them back and they said oh its because someone forgot to put a part it. I was extremely upset but they said fix them and I believed them.I got my car back and whenever I drove over 40+ mph my car would shake. I called back and asked why this is and they wanted me to come back in and charge me an extra $600 to look at it. I said absolutely not and I went to my dealership and had them look at it. I just found out that Mavis put TWO of my tires on BACKWARDS. How does that even happen? I asked to speak to a manager and he just wanted me to come to his West Orange place to get it checked out. I will not be returning to Mavis Tire again.

Went to Mavis Discount Tire in Little Falls, N.J. I came in to just have a nail removed from one of my tires. I came in at the last minute and not only did they help me out, but they also did not charge me. I have also been here for an oil change and I have zero complaints. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend coming here for your car needs. I will be returning.

Saturday 5/29/21 I went there with no appointment and asked if they could fix a flat my wife had gotten, the young man stopped what he was doing looked at my tire and said I can do it right now. After having a flat tire it was recommended that I purchase new tires from Mavis Discount Tire. I made an appointment in the Little Falls location. I received a good price online. Store staff TK is an excellent salesman; very professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. He made several recommendations and then went above and beyond to work with my budget. He also went above and beyond with my car repairs, taking his time to complete the necessary repairs. I highly recommend this location to others!

Mavis in Little Falls is great! They brought my car in and worked to find out where the air leak was and quickly fixed the tire and I was back on the road.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and whenever we would call to check on the status of our tires they claimed to be having trouble getting them and kept pushing for us to get more expensive ones. They also kept adding the price of work we repeatedly said we did not want into the price of the tires, an extra$200+. Called somewhere else and got better tires for a cheaper price the same day they ordered them

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Brought my vehicle for a simple tire installation and they scratched my vehicle. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles or let my friends and family members bring their vehicles back to any mavis discount tire EVER again. I contacted the store manager and even customer solution but they proved to be completely incompetent. They denied any responsibility. They make the rest of us real mechanics look bad. No wonder why people dont trust mechanics.

Brought 4 new tires truck not running right brought car back every night for 5 days.joe an lou were trying to be very hrlpful but they need more experienced workers took truck somewhere else it just needed a alignment. June 5th 2021. My tired blow and after shopping around no one could match their price for 4 tires. I made my appointment for the same day. They said it would be done by 5pm. They call me more than once to let me know the process and it was done before 5. I was so please with their service and price. I plan to go back for other service to be done on my car. Being a single woman it’s hard finding honest service. This is why I gave them 5 stars..

I just came to this place. The person Anthony was great. I got tires and brakes a better price then another tire shop. They went through every single thing for safety to make sure my car was up to date. New place Im going to start visiting now.

My car needed some TLC — brakes, brake calipers, rotors, muffler, exhaust pipe. TK was able to turn around the repairs in 24 hours. Car is quiet and braking feels much more secure now. Will return, thank you.

These guys are fraud, please be careful. After complaining that the sales person told me the price is $440 for the tires then charging me $740 at the end, they never accepted to release the camera records that show how the sales person manipulated me, then they promised me to provide a voucher if I change my 0 star review to 5 stars. I did that just to discover that they never issued a voucher for me after all and they stopped picking up my calls

I had a flat tire and I brought it to the nearby Mavis Tire Shop just a few blocks away from home. It was busy at the shop but one of the guys helped me still and fixed my tire like in a matter of a few minutes to my surprise and asked him how much? And all he said was it will cost me nothing and just spread the word of the great service! Thats no BS! Im very thankful for the help and try out their service at Mavis in Little Falls, NJ and you will not regret it! I can attest to that!

I went to LIttle Falls Mavis to have my tire checked cause it was loosing air. Louis checked it and said it could be plugged and they did that. I went to pay and Louis said “no charge” a good review is worth more than the $25 cost of repair. That really made my day!!! While there I got a quote for 4 new tires and will be going back. Thank you Mavis. I live in LF and love giving my business to local merchants.

Please note the little falls mavis team is absolutely exceptional. They take customer service as their priority and treat their customers like they would their family. The staff doesn’t push extra products or try to place their customers in more expensive stuff. They operate to help their customers and do the best job they can. I only go to this little falls location because I think they go the extra step every time I have a problem. Today I had a nail in one tire and they took care of it super quickly and without any upsell. Thanks guys. See you next time.

This place is a disaster. I took my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to purchase four (4) new tires. The “guaranteed” quote with my appointment I made online was $435.00. When I arrived, I was told that the tires I was “guaranteed” to have were not there. I was then given an on-site price of $675.00, which apparently included discounts. I said no thank you and walked out. Come to find out, when I took my vehicle to another place, they informed me that I did not need new tires and showed me why I did not (test results conducted, etc.).Please avoid this place at all costs. The fact that they don’t honor “guarantees” in regards to pricing, product availability, and appointments is enough dishonesty for me to choose a more reputable place.

Terrible people, my car was damaged by one of their employees, they denied it and said the cameras in the shop showed nothing. I asked them if I could see the video camera too and they said no. If there is nothing to hide why wouldn’t they let me see it?

I originally came here for an alignment, tires rotated and oil change. But they were so friendly I decided to get my front brakes/rotors done, brake fluid and Sway bar links replaced. The prices were incredibly fair compared to where I used to go. And they kept the price within my budget. Sierra, John, and MD were all very nice And professional. It’s really refreshing to find an honest mechanic. You can’t go wrong here everyone. They really care about making u happy and not taking you for a ride 🚙😀

Needed 4 tires, guy on the phone talks to you as if you just kicked his dog. I called 2 different days to try and pass by when they werent that busy but to this guy everything takes 2 hours to do not including if there is someone ahead of you. Ended up going somewhere else that took about 40 to an hour to get the job done.Consider this a message to the owner/manager. This guy is costing you money.

I bought 4 tires, balance and alignment but they didn’t balance good enough and my car still shaking.After 2-3 days I came to store again and they said we fixed and charged me $80 but unfortunately it’s still shaking.2-3 days later I went there to fix it, I left my car, they said it will be ready in 2 hours. After 2 hours when I go there to pick up my car they said my car is not ready because they didn’t have enough stuff.That’s Horrible, they didn’t do anything, they waste my time and money.Today 23 of June, I left my car again, they said they will fix it in 2 hours, i’ll come to the store after 2 1/2 hour, but still they didn’t do anything.Now they started and mechanic said that with this tires it’s going to be shake, I said it’s brand new and three or four weeks ago I bought these 4 tires in your store he answered me I couldn’t do anything it’s going to be shakethat’s terrible, Always a problem when I visit.Dont go there, This place is horrible

I got a flat tire Tuesday afternoon and I was approximately 1 hour away from my home location, Clifton NJ. I was in Monroe, NJ. I reached out to a Mavis tire that was local to my location and spoke with an associate named Jose. They didn’t have the tire I needed in stock. Jose also searched other locations for the tire and even the one closet to my home and no location had it in stock. So Jose was able to order the tire I needed and had it delivered to my home location store and it arrived there Thursday. I called Mavis in little falls to see if the tire arrived and it did. An associate by the name Jeff told me to come right in and I would be taken care of immediately, I was very pleased of the immediate availability and went straight there. I didn’t think they or Jeff was going to put my donut/spare back to the location it goes to in my vehicle but Jeff did it. I was wowed by the service I was receiving and said that to Jeff. His reply to me was,” that’s what we do here. “ Needless to say Mavis will have my business going forward and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing tires and or the services they offer.
