Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership! BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a vehicle and the salesman told me they would get me a second key to my vehicle. After purchasing, the manager said it was not in the contract so I would have to pay about $400 for the extra key. I tried to go through GM and they are absolutely no help at all. They said their dealerships are independently owned so they cannot do anything. Once again, IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THESE SNAKES, DON’T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED!

Matt was absolutely spectacular! He was patient with me, explained everything I asked him to explain, and made me feel comfortable with all the new technology Im not used to. Matt made this process so easy I still dont believe it. I have never had a better car buying experience in my life, and I have been buying cars for 50 years! I went to Mcguire all the way from CT because they had the color I wanted. I walked in and was scheduled to meet with Matt, and from the minute he introduced himself, I would have drove home in an orange car after his charm, honesty, professionalism, and most of all how he makes you feel like a person not just another number, and because of how amazing he was I didnt care about anything to do with the car anymore. I would have bought anything he suggested me to buy, truly a pleasure to meet such a young man of principle, and the sales manager Brian was just the same. I am a lady who comes from a family who owned a gas station and has been around cars my entire life. I had a GREAT experience at GMC. I am in the middle of a divorce and this was the first time I would be going car shopping by myself. A scary task, I must admit. From the beginning, Brian made me feel comfortable negotiating over email. He was responsive and upfront. When I arrived to test drive the Terrain, Matt was my salesperson. Right away he made me feel comfortable. He was gentle, respectful, funny, and kind. Have a new GMC that Im searching for a local dealer to service that I bought out of state while on a work assignment. I started with McGuire as we knew the dealership since we looked at a lease there a year or two ago. So we knew the people were polite and professional on the sales side. I ordered some factory parts a few weeks ago and once I returned from another business trip I scheduled the service to have them installed. I called and make the appt, was told I should drop the vehicle off for the day. I arrived for my appointment early so I could drop the vehicle off and leave it. All was good until I was asked if I had bought the car at the dealership and I said no. Then it went to oh, well can you leave it for the weekend we wont be able to fit it in today? First impressions are everything especially when it comes to service and where I spend my hard earned money. Im due for my first service of a new HD diesel truck in a thousand or so miles and so I was hoping I would have a great experience and not have to continue the hunt for a local dealer to handle the service needs of the vehicle. As I said the people are polite, everyone was courteous, just disappointed that this was how the first appt went. There are 3 other GMC dealers within the same radius of my house so Ill one of them for the installation of the parts I ordered and left with.

Beware of your car maintenance..I have a 2017 buick which I purchased it out of state. In middle of 2018 I began to take my vehicle to this establishment, for its maintenance of every 5,000 miles, my last maintenence was the beginning of this year.. A week ago my oil light came on on the dash I checked the oil level and was very low. So I decided to take the vehicle to a local mechanic, since you have to make an appointment to take it to this place. Plus I could not drive in those conditions. I was surprised that the oil plug was stripped badly totally rounded. According to the experience of the mechanic who changed the oil, he commented that they had not changed the oil for a long time...My question is.. the so-called technicians of this establishment removed the plug the last time I went why they didnt replaced it ?? that doesnt make sense. This is an insult and a robbery. Friend owner of gmc if you take your vehicle to this place, please make sure these clowns called technicians do their job..* lastly excuse any misspellings.

The transaction was quick and Matt was such a great help! The only thing I dwell on is I wish they would have thrown in at least a tire package now that Im thinking about it. I would recommend that if you go here you negotiate a little. I did not negotiate because I was so smitten on the vehicle. Now I regret it. My husband leased an Acadia before me and he got weather proofing mats thrown in and free oil changes. I wish I got something, but I didnt and I regret that.

I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra slt and the next day the transmission line rusted out. They fixed that under warranty. Then I go to get it inspected and it wouldn’t pass due to multiple issues. They fixed those under warranty as well. Then at me putting 7k miles on the truck my transmission blew. Whoever inspected the truck to be sold should be fired because I got a LEMON of a truck from the DEALERSHIP. Also bought a second hand warranty from them which is my fouls should have read the fine print. Warranty was supposed to cover dents scratches my windows but only does paint less dent repair for dents smaller than 4 inches and can’t fix the dents that were already there. Tried to call a few time to talk to the sales manager but they keep “taking down my number” to “have him call me back” and I still have gotten nothing from them.

This is one of the worst car buying and customer service experience ever. I purchase a 2017 GMC Acadia during Covid and was receptive to some experiences out of the norm. Salesman sold me a SUV that did not meet our expectations. I get it my responsibility but he had all the information of what my family needed. Salesman told me plates would be done in a week, that was a lie, 3 months later and blames everything on Covid. Any phone calls I made was a broken record, who’s your sales person? I will have him call you right back. That never happened! I always had to call. Salesman promised to have things taken care of and now tells me it’s not covered under warranty. I have emails and texts of them stating they would take care of it. Had to show them the texts to get things fixed. As a resident of Little Falls and a former firefighter of Little Falls I was disgusted how I was taken care of. I recommend to avoid this place at all cost. GMC is a good brand but go somewhere else.. Customer service and management lacks professionalism at this location.

Loved working with Matt & Brian. Excellent service with them!!!but very disappointed and annoyed with Greg in finance. He didn’t explain any documents, kept just putting them in my face to sign. Not one explanation. When I was done he didn’t even acknowledge I was done and made me make my own final payment at desk. No communication. And asked why I was asking so many questions was I a teacher?. I said I am asking questions because I’m reading the documents. Very unprofessional. Never gave me a copy of my insurance information which I had my insurance company provide to the dealership. I reached out to NJM for a copy of it. If I ever have to come back I will not work with Greg. When he told me he had several customers to check out at the end of the day I offered to come in another time. He said no it would be fine. I waited an hour to see him and then to have his rudeness while I was in there was the icing on the cake. I hope the dealership takes this questionnaire seriously and addresses that issue because I am sure it affects your business.

Paid for an oil change and wheel balancing- - current special; Charged me for service and did not do the latter because of a strut issue. Told me I needed a catalytic converter replacement when I can just run supreme fuel and clean out on its own. Gave me the wrong definition of OBC codes. Said I needed $3K in repairs when there are other options. Shared awful stories to scare me into accepting proposed repairs.

This has to do with the Service Dept. In the past I have used them exclusively for any GMC issues, warranty service, recalls on my Envoy and now my Acadia Denali. On my last Visit I had an oil change, fluid level check. Recently I wanted to check to see if I needed any additional washer fluid. To my surprise a service tech may have accidentally snapped the cap off the reservoir and used some black perforated tape to hold it together. No one mentioned it or ordered a replacement so I now feel I have to go elsewhere because I do not trust them. I had previously been extremely happy with them.

The dealer who ive done business with for many years suddenly closed its doors without advance notice recently. I was left scrambling to find a dealer who i would be happy with to service my Terrain. I called McGuire GMC in Little Falls and was professionally greeted by the service dept receptionist...I told her my dilemma and she assured me Id be just as happy at McGuire Little Falls as I was with my previous dealer. She was 100% CORRECT!! When dropping my car off, I was helped by Robert, the service advisor. He scheduled the work I needed, kept me updated on the progress and contacted me promptly when the work was done. Great service ...Update ** my pre-own certified 2015 GMC Acadia has a brake problem, trunk problem and dealership failed to give me my inspection sticker,so i could of get a ticket as soon as i took the car out of the dealership. I talked to them about the trunk problem and they said they were gonna fix it, but needed to go the next business day; we were going to go Monday but we had a car accident because of the brakes, that we didnt know we had this problem until we had the accident. I called the dealer and the first time they hanged me up, second time, they said they had nothing to do with it and called gm to complain, they didn’t want to provide the number until I kept asking for it. Gm called me today march 28 2018 and told me dealership has to fix my brakes and they have nothing to do with it since mcguire is supposed to inspect the car before they sell it. Now idk whats going to happen since geico has to pay $6,252 to get my car fix not including the brakes and also pay the car in front of me. My insurance is going to go up even do i have never had an accident before!!!

The facility itself was immaculate. Very clean and well kept. The different employees I had interactions with were friendly, welcoming, and always asked if I was being helped and if I had any questions to not hesitate in asking. Joe was the gentleman who assisted me with my new vehicle. He really took his time explaining the process of the purchase from start to finish. I always felt he made time for me to ask questions or explain something again if I wasnt too sure the first time around. He made the process fun which is what buying a vehicle should be. When I was about to leave the lot, he went over all of the features the vehicle offered. He really took the time to make sure I was aware of all the capabilities. He even showed me where I could go over all this information again in the booklet. With the service I received, and how I felt leaving the lot, I can say I feel safe and assured that Im spending my money at the right facility. Overall, a great car-buying experience. I got the car I wanted at a really good price, plus more for my trade-in than Id been expecting. (To be fair, my expectations were pretty low). Staff was great, too. My salesman, Dan, was awesome. It was almost an hour drive for me, but worth it. Theres a Buick dealer literally 5 minutes from my house, but I went to McGuire because it was recommended to me. Im glad I did. I have no complaints at all. I LOVE my new car!

My mother in law who is older received horrible service from the mechanic at this dealership. This dealership was very helpful when they wanted to sell her a car and wanted to take her money but thats is where the helpfulness ended. Soon after purchase she had two incidents of issues with the car. She went in to get it checked. THE FIRST TIME SHE WAS OVERCHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. She was also treated very badly and disrespectfully by the mechanic. The second time the same thing occurred so she took the car elsewhere to be repaired. This dealership tried to charge her $2750 where as she took it to Goodyear and they fixed the same problem for $150. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE.

The technician did a very sloppy job replacing the 3rd stop light. The panel he had to replace all got scratched up. I tried to removed the scratches by buffing off but they did not come out well.There is even a few deep scratches that i tried to fix them by touch up. It looks horrible now. There have been multiple times I have needed a loaner car when my car was being serviced and your location, Little Falls, never had one available, the whole process was very frustrating. The lease vehicle has been a problem from day one. On a positive note, Brian, service area was very helpful in providing me with a rental option to be reimbursed by GMC. although is it still a hassle since you can ONLY rent a GMC family vehicle, which was not the easiest thing to find. I called 5 locations in my area. Ill be submitting for my reimbursement...lets see what a hassle that will be!

Ive never been to a better service center. Check in was a breeze. They dont try to oversell what you need. Comfortable waiting room with coffee and a TV. Had the place to myself. Week day afternoons are best if you need to get in and out quickly. Thank you Mr Miller!
