The ABSOLUTE best customer service in the industry! They were VERY professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! No gimmicks or games. They were reasonable and did not have my car long at all!! I am new permanent customer.

Asked for a computerized diagnostic and that did not happen. I was charged $50 for nothing. We discussed the symptoms over the phone but after bringing my car to him, he made the exact same determination without any supporting evidence to substantiate his claims. He didnt find or pin point the problem. He couldnt show me anything, physically or computerized, just his words. So basically I just paid you a diagnostic fee for nothing. His suggestion was to replace the whole engine, well I guess charging me $3000 & replacing the entire engine would fix anything so of course i didnt opt for this. I left without soliciting any further services. He said if i didnt get it fixed my car would run hot and of course his predictions was WRONG, it is NOT running hot as i continue to drive it. Never again. The entire service was unprofessional at best.

Stopped off the highway with an AC problem. Google Maps gave this as an the closest option. They were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, knowing we were on a trip. Thanks!
