Andy R. and his Mechanics are TOP notch with Honesty and Trust. These guys do great work with very good communication. Their integrity is outstanding. They will not advise any item that is not necessary on your vehicle and will recommend parts or services that will benefit you and your auto/truck. Good People. I will always take my car to Bale Collision on North Cross Street in Little Rock before going anywhere else - this include oil changes &/or tire rotation. Thanks Bale Collision for all you do. About two weeks ago I brought my Chevy Silverado into Bale because of an accident. I had never been there before so I really didnt know what to expect. From the moment I walked in they treated me like family. I was met with a warm greeting and prompt service. They came out and looked at my truck, saw the damage, and quoted me a price. I really thought I would get robbed at gunpoint but their price was the best in town. They said they would have my vehicle ready in 5 days and it was exactly that! I saw my truck and it looked brand new. Truly impressed. If youre smart, DO NOT take your vehicle anywhere else but to Bale Chevrolet Collision. Best service, best people, best prices. Period! Took him 3 minutes. Said my car was ok to drive but said they couldnt fix it. Took it to McClarty West and they noticed my back wheel was off base and to not drive it. McClarty also broke down my car to give the best estimate. Do Not Use Bale Chevrolet! Go with McClarty Collision off Rodney Parham. Trust me!!

Bale’s body shop repaired our 2018 Kia Sorento. I didn’t think the car could be repaired, but they did and I can’t tell there was any damage at all. It looks like the day I bought it new on the lot. Picked them from a State Farm list. Everything worked,got served,got good work done, got updated as needed but it seems that I just got what I needed if you can get my drift. Couldnt really tell if they liked me or not.

I had a very positive experience with Bale Collison. I took my car in, got an estimate, they ordered the parts, and I had it fixed in a relatively short time. Everyone that I talked to was very nice and helpful, and they did great work on my car. My car is 10 years old, which body shops can some times look down upon, but I never got that impression here and my car came back like new. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

Their refinishing technicians do a fabulous job! Best in the business, if you ask me!

After keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks, AND after collecting payment for work, they only completed one of the two repairs needed to be done... so i wasted time to go to their location only to have to find out my vehicle had not been repaired... therefore, had to leave vehicle with them so they could complete the work. They were not very apologetic for this and didnt offer any kind of compensation for their mistake... I had to ask for them to help with rental car.

She pointed out that the battery was damaged and that it was in the trunk of the vehicle. They actually laughed at her. They stopped laughing when she opened the trunk and low and behold the battery was there and it was physically damaged.)

Absolutely lousy. Hold your vehicle for ever, lie to you about when they will get the estimate done. They dont care about the customer and what a uinconveniece it is to the customer. They dont care whether the customer has the money to pay a rental or not. Will never use this shop again.
