A/C quit. They scheduled an appointment. Diagnosed, same day repair. Reasonable price. Will use again, if needed.

Their old slogan was no job to big; no job too small. Today these guys get it done. They do more than radiators as the name suggests. If you want it fixed take it here. Nationwide warranty available with most work.

I have been lucky enough to find Carter Radiator and keep them as my #1 go to Auto repair shop. They have kept my 1995 E-250 Ford Econoline van going with all the things wearing out at 268K miles! They also cleaned & repaired a couple of motorcycle & truck gas tanks. Oh yea, I also had a radiator installed too. Pros all the way, and good folks too! They even gave me a ride back to my work once. I use NO ONE ELSE!

Carters is fantastic. I was in a jam in the middle of this summer, my fan failed and punchered my radiator. I needed a new fan assembly and raidator. Had car towed over at closing time and it was done by 9am the next morning. I called around and their quote was half of Firestones and 2 other chain locations.I cannot say enough good things about them and I will be sending any one in need their way.

These guys were awesome. I came in thinking I knew what the problem was and was prepared to pay a large amount of money for them to fix it and they went ahead and did a good diagnosis and found what the actual problem was. They could have gone ahead with the work and just charged me for it and I wouldnt have second-guessed them but they didnt. Very trustworthy nice group of people

This family owned shop is a life saver. While traveling cross country from Arizona to Virginia my radiator cracked at 11pm on a Sunday. I googled radiator shops in the area and I chose Carters. I explained my situation and they were willing to jump right on it and get me back on the road in 1 day. None of the dealerships would even see me until Tuesday. I always try to support local businesses whenever I need work done and I could not have found a better shop than this one. Thank you Carter family for helping me out in my time of need.

Service was absolutely horrible. If I could have given them zero stars I would have but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow that. I took my 2014 Ford Mustang V6 to get trash taken out of my blower motor and what they did was added Freon to my car which did not stop the problem. It was 14.99 for Freon & 80 for service charge. After I told the owner I wanted to see the work before paying he refused. After negotiations we found instead of removing the trash they put freon which did not stop the problem. After offering to take the Freon out of my car and doing so they still charge me for the service to put the Freon in which I did not ask for in the first place. They later called the “Freon Service fee” an “inspection fee.” My advice is if you have to go to any mechanic in Arkansas even if your car breaks down and this is the last mechanic shop open just walk home and wait until another one is available.

They had my car for over week, said it was fixed I didnt go 7 miles and it started cutting out with the engine light on. Had to pay to have it towed back only to be told it was something else they didnt find before. More money than called to say it was ready. Less than 24 hours later I get a call asking when am I picking it up because they charge $25 a day storage. What incredible gall the owner has, rude and extremely unprofessional. NEVER EVER use them.

Brought my car in to fix spark plugs, wires, tubes, and a gasket. I knew about the spark plugs before I brought the car in. I had done my research and assumed wires would also be part of the original fix. The gasket was a new thing, but not out of the ordinary given the problems with the spark plugs. I was fine with that. He quoted me $627.29 over the phone. When he told me the price increase from the original cost of $494 to the new cost because of the gaskets, he quoted $627.29. I repeated it back to him to make sure that I had gotten it right and he said yes. I told him it woud take me some time to get it together because I wasnt expecting it to be that much. When I get to the shop I find out that he lied to me. It was $672.29. I can see how it could have been possible that I messed up the number, EXCEPT that when I quoted it back to him at $627.29 on the phone originally, he confirmed that that was the correct price. If I had not quoted it back to him and gotten a confirmation from him that 627.79 was the correct price (including tax, he made sure to tell me that), I can see how it might be possible to make a mistake, but I repeated it back to him and he confirmed that I had the correct price at $627.29.Liars.

Along our cross country trip our heating &air decided to cut out in Arkansas. Even though this place didnt have many reviews we decided to give them a try. First good sign was that my temperamental pup liked all of them especially the mom behind the desk. The son immediately diagnosed the problem & had the part switched out within 10 minutes of it arriving at the shop (took about an hour for it to get there but thats not their fault just mentioning so you have an idea of how long you may have to wait as well) it was an expensive part but only charged 60 for labor which is a normal mechanics hourly so thats fair. Overall very friendly family owned little shop & happy with the speedy service. Anyone that has bad things to say probably had a lot more problems in their life than car trouble. Definitely recommend choosing this shop
