The older gentleman working was less than helpful. He started the interaction with a lot of distaste for my girlfriend and I in his voice and it was clear he had zero intentions of trying to make a sale. He rarely addressed her, even though she was the one purchasing the bed. Stay far away from this place.

We went to Hanks fine furniture first & was there 10 minutes left without talking to our sales associate so we went to Bedding mart nest door to Hanks on Bowman in Little Rock the salesman ? Was an older gentleman and he listened to our needs and got up the bed we needed for my mother in law! Very helpful, especially since it was in stock and we could take it over to Presbyterian Village right then. We were on a time crunch as well as trying to beat the rain. The price was also reasonable, fast service & very personable. So when we needed another mattress I took my friend David to bedding mart and he used the same salesman and his experience was good also. Would use them again.

I have a friend who lives in AK who recommended I look at Bedding Mart for a new mattress. Found exactly what I wanted online then called to get some questions answered and had a great customer service experience. These guys are legit. Definitely recommend!

I give this store a 5 star because we could fine what we were looking for but the guy that was running with us trying to find something as close as he could. The sales rep was very helpful from the moment I walked in. They did not try to sell me something I didnt want or need. I was in and out in a timely manner as well. I plan to shop there again when the time comes.

Went to 4 different places no one had the bed my wife and me we looking for well they did Id I wanted to wait a week or more Bedding Mart had an identical bed from a different manufacturer ready to go by Monday to replace our Serta that after a year and a half went bad and Serta would not honor their warranty

The lady was very friendly helped us find a mattress for my mother that she could sleep on comfortably she seemed a little bit overworked cuz she was having to answer the phone as well as help the customer but we were in there for less than an hour and found a good mattress since we were picking it up ourselves and its the memorial day weekend it was about $200 less then it would have been.

Short of it: the sales staff will lie to you either to make a sale or to hide their lack of knowledge.Long of it: I’ve shopped here many times over the years and bought serveral products. I won’t be going back. I went in to replace my pillows. I wanted the same pillows I had bought before a couple years ago. I asked the salesman, Doug, if the product had changed at all. I figured after years I’d better check. He assured me the pillow had stayed exactly the same. I was in a hurry that day and didn’t confirm for myself. Sure enough, the pillow is nothing like the earlier edition. Instead of firm and supportive, it’s half full and flattens out. They don’t bother to point it out when you make a purchase, but they don’t take returns on pillows. The first mattress I bought here was a queen. I loved it so when I needed a second mattress I went with a king of the same make and model. Again, I was assured it was just like my queen and it wasn’t. Totally different support levels. These products are an investment and I just can’t shop somewhere that isn’t going to be honest with me. Next time I’ll be going somewhere else.

Wonderful experience!!! Love my new mattress.

My experience is as follows. I went to bedding mart at the Bowman location on Monday the 8th, July of 2013. I arrived around 6 and proceded to look at mattresses. We tried several before landing on a pillow top for a little over 2k. We ended up taking the zero percent financing though GE financial. Doug our salesman signed us up and away we went to await the arrival of our mattress a few days later.I decided overnight that I did not in fact want this mattress and instead wanted to look around a bit more. After calling and cancelling the order I was informed I would need to come in to be refunded. When I asked for what refund as nothing was ever charged they stated I had to sign something regardless. I told them I would be in soon. Well, the next night I swing by and the other salesman Doug is there. After sitting around for 30 minutes waiting on him to figure out what I need to sign he says he doesnt know and Ill need to call the other Doug in the morning. Apparentally, there are two salesmen named Doug there. Well, the next morning I receive a phone call from Doug...the one that sold me. Stating how I needed to swing in and he would be happy to refund the charge...although I need to make sure to bring back the mattress cover as they cant just be giving away mattress protectors for free. They will be happy to refund it just as soon as I come by. Well, sure enough I get there and the Doug that sold me is gone. However, his counter-part Doug 2 is there to make a b-line straight for me like the mattress protector I have is the football in a superbowl game! Ive never seen someone more excited to get a cheap mattress protector back! After handing it back he immediately informs me there is nothing to sign and its all been cancelled. He acts as if there was never anything to sign at all. Just a waste of time to get me up there. If they wanted the protector back they could have just asked without having to lie. This was lie number two, .....the first time they told me it was cancelled I called GE fincial and they never did. The second time I have also called and it was not cancelled. In fact I have had to go into dispute for a mattress I will never receive. Luckily GE finance is very helpful in resolving this. However, bedding mart was quick to push a sale through despite a customer cancelling less than 24 hours later. I have also had to deal with off the cuff comments regarding my mattress choice at another location. Which if you are mattress shopping, deal with a real sales person. Because after they get your money they could care less....and they will show it. Go to Mattress King and talk with any of the ladies there. Much, much better experience and much more knowledgeable.

I will never do business again with this Bedding Mart. The salesperson and manager, Doug Kennedy, was so rude to me I definitely would not recommend anyone going to this location. Me and my family have bought several mattress sets from various Bedding Mart locations in AR, so thats why I only went to this store when I needed to purchase a new one. There was an issue with my mattress when it was delivered and Doug Kennedy would not exchange it without me paying another $60 for delivery (when I live within 10 miles from the store). When I told him I thought it was unfair that I was having to pay for their mistake and they should exchange it for free, he told me that he didnt even make $60 off of me to begin with since I only bought a $400 mattress. He then told me I could go rent a pick-up truck at Home Depot for $20 and do it myself. Such a gentleman to tell a single woman to haul mattresses back and forth herself! Very disrespectful to his customer. If you buy here be expected to pay for their mistakes and incompetence. (I ended up calling and paying movers to exchange the mattress for a lesser amt.)
