90+% of the exhibits are interactive. My preteen was actively engaged the entire time. (My husband was also actively engaged as well). This was fun! Highly recommend!

They are always on their game. Very good about remembering their regular customers and what they order. I can pull up in the drive thru and 9 times out of 10 I get asked your usual. They are all rock stars!!!!

The Vanilla Cream Nitro cold brew was YUMMY!!!! Next is the Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot or espresso, a pump of mocha and added creaminess... It tastes like a MILKY WAY IN A CUP! 😋

I work right around the corner, so stop here from time to time. The line at rush hour often extends into Kanis, which becomes a congestion point. Aside from those times, Im usually in an out pretty quickly. Turning left onto Kanis or Shackleford is often very difficult, and your best bet is to exit east onto Kanis.

This location used to be my favorite one i would come every day and all the workers new me because i is was a frequent and loyal customer but i stopped coming because of school night classes but i always got a dragon drink n more but today when i went they had new workers and my dragon drink tasted horrible like really sour and she was like thats how the drink is and i told her i used to come all the time bec i did n even knew how to make the drinks and what came in them n even was gonna work their bec i loved the workers n location its really sad how bad this location has gotten

Left this Starbucks in tears today. I’ve Been a LONG time customer of this location (I go everyday maybe twice a day) but will NOT return due to the attitude I received today because my order was wrong and I asked for it to be remade. I understand things get backed up and I’ve ALWAYS been patient and waited, but Attitude is everything to me and I treat others with the upmost respect but today I was very disappointed ☹️ customer services at this location is going downhill fast 😞

The parking lot this place is terrible, it wraps around and gets locked in on itself. The coffee is great, but good luck getting in and out of there to get your coffee.

Refused to fill order at 800-930 pm when they don’t close until 10 pm very poor service, treatment to customer very poor, refused to talk only used sign language through the Window!!! would not recommend this location. This is the second time this has happened in a month. Need to train people better. Totally disgusted with this Starbucks

I dont frequent Starbucks often but I was recommended the Medicine Ball to help stave off an incoming cold. Im not a big fan of any hot liquids but this drink was incredible. Its officially a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and it has just enough sweetness to keep drinking. I wouldve had several of them if I had the time. My throat does feel better and I think this may be my drink of choice from Starbucks from now on.

I have come to this Starbucks a couple of times, but I usually frequent the one on Rodney. The Starbucks on Rodney did me dirty though by putting ice in my tall toasted WM that was supposed to be kids temp.Since Ive been going to the one on Kanis theyre very fast and efficient. The employees are very kind even during rush hour too. I will definitely be making this my new go-to Starbucks even if its further from my house.

Had the worst experience here. I ordered via app to go. Reached the store half an hour before closing time when it said that the order was ready only to find out that the store was closed. No one in sight. Waited around the place for another 15 minutes to see if someone would miraculously show up with my order considering that the app had been continuously updating the status of my order only to find out that they had stolen my money!

Its fine. I really only buy bags of coffee, so I cant speak to the drinks, but the people are nice and efficient.

This location is beautiful and spacious. I loved not being on top of people. The staff was great, the coffees I ordered were detailed and complex, but the staff made them perfectly and quickly despite the morning rush of customers! I will go out of my way to purchase from this shop!

Starbucks doesn’t close until 9 and it is currently 5:20. The number of cars and confused customers riding around the drive thru is unbelievable! the lights are on without any closed signs and it’s a male staff member walking around and looking at cars pass by (he seen us at the window and walked off). Rude customer service and no staff there to help. We waited to place our order, but had no assistance whatsoever. Hope y’all experience is better than ours.

Line was wrapped around the store and only two baristas were working. I felt bad for them but it was not the best trip.

Drive thru and inside counter were open but no seating. It was very busy when we stopped here on a Saturdays morning with cars wrapped around the building. We ordered ahead and bypassed the line. No problems with our order.

Starbucks is usually known for its delicious coffee drinks in an upscale fast food environment. They may get the names wrong, but the service is good and the coffee is above the par. Sadly, this location is not it. I ordered for my special someone a iced caramel macchiato with extra drizzle. That didnt happen and when we asked for the extra, it was poured into a cup and handed to us after fighting an extra charge, as to which I pointed out was already on the receipt. Do not go to this location unless necessary.

Typical Starbucks in terms of the food and beverages being offered. But, this one was set apart by a very polite and kind staff. They were so kind, and went above and beyond to make this Starbucks experience one of a kind!

If less than one star was possible. Lights on, 6:25 p.m. on a Friday and nobody is there. People keep going through the drive through too. Hopefully enough frustrated people to get some decent staffing in that place. It’s always been long waits and wrong drinks for over a year now. Smh

Overpriced (not new news)

You need a new barista. I go here everyday and the last few days I’ve been get drinks that are a completely different color than what I’m used to. They don’t care when I asked them to remake it I was asked to pull up and was left sitting outside for 15mins before I went inside to get my drink. They were not apologetic and didn’t seem to care. Management needs to come in an retrain the staff. They are so rude and don’t care about anything.

I still love me some Starbucks!! I just wished that one was closer to where I live, honestly my experience is good and the service is pretty much fast and if it’s something you decide that you don’t like they’ll remake at no cost, you can bring your MacBook, phone or whatever to just sip your coffee and use free WiFi listen to Spotify and just enjoy the moment.

It was closed before 9:30 even though its supposed to stay open till 10:00pm. IWe ordered online to go but when reached there after it said that our food was ready for pickup, there was no one there. Really disappointed

Time after time they consistently make our drinks wrong. Just about every time I order a mocha they make a white mocha, staff doesnt seem to care much. Ive had wonderful experiences at other Starbucks but this one is not it.

The minute you walk in, you are punched in the face with the amazing aroma of coffee, espresso and treats that makes any Starbucks feel so cozy. It isnt as spacious on the inside, but the location is great. Will be stopping here many mornings for coffee and breakfast!

They didnt have any dark roast so I had to wait for a dark roast pour over. They were very kind about it especially considering that they had 20 cars in line at the drive-thru. Was in and out in less than 6 minutes.

Always fast and friendly and even more so in their busier and very beautiful new location. Only complaint is that it is now out of my way and also it is very very hard to get in and out of the building. I still give it five stars because this is no fault to the employees or how they run the store.

Staff was friendly and patient, coffee as expected without a long wait, store was clean for the most part. Empty tables were not nasty but I could tell they hadnt been wiped down from the previous patrons. Parking was scarce & location at a busy intersection... Seems to be the theme of most Starbucks here. And of course most of the tables taken by people working on their laptops who arent even drinking/eating, enjoying the WiFi.

I’ve never left a negative review of a Starbucks and I’ve visited locations all over the country. Perhaps the staff was a little stressed due to Covid-19 and the current situation, but I’ve never been treated so rudely. Maybe I looked like someone the Barista hated and she thought I was him? Regardless, I expect to be respected as a customer at all Starbucks locations, so its impossible to tell the difference between any location I visit. This one missed the mark. The ladies working there all seemed super angry, stressed and as if it was killing them to fulfill my order. I’ll contact corporate with the specifics, but I hope you all get a much warmer reception than I did. Next time, I’ll be going to a different location that matches all the others.

This Starbucks is consistently on point. Drinks are quicker, bathrooms are clean, environment is chill. This location is always good if you want to catch up with a friend, have a good book to read, or if you need to get some work done on your laptop. This Starbucks will always have my business.

The service here is excellent! The morning crew - The guys, Justin and the other kind gentlemen who is a barista, always make me feel welcomed! They remember me by name, even though I may only go once a week. I wish I could pass along how wonderful they are to Starbucks corporate office because they definitely deserve to be showered with a raise, more PTO or whatever they desire from the company! It always makes my morning to see them and their positive vibes, and smiles! Good job guys!

The staff is great! The only issue I’ve ever had here is the car park/parking lot. It’s a dead end when you pull in. If all the spots are full, which they usually are, you will have to reverse out of the lot and hope no one pulls in behind you. I suggest going across the street to the Barnes & Nobel. There is another Starbucks there. Parking is better.

Its one of the better Starbucks in town. Although its in a crowded area, there is usually a place to sit for a while..The staff are friendly and helpful which is important to me. Thats the reason for the last star. There is sometimes limited parking space as other shops in the center because of the restaurant and other shops located in the same shopping center.Overall good coffee and nice experience.

This is by far the best Starbucks in town because of its locale, and friendly personable staff who always seem to get orders correct and put effort into keeping the place clean and inviting. This Starbucks is special because it is atypical - it doesnt have a drive-thru and its interior decor is totally different. You have to walk in to this place, but that isnt a bad thing. A cafe is a place meant to spend some time inside chilling with friends, having great conversation over a cup of coffee, which I think this location captures near-perfectly.

The baristas are always very friendly every time I go, and go out of their way to make your ordering experience wonderful! They are great at giving suggestions for certain drinks or menu items.

This place Is the best.. very friendly staff, clean environment and most of all great coffee we all expect from Starbucks. I am happy to be apart of the family.

Lawanna is the manager and she is awesome! My favorite barista is Catherine, she will give you amazing service and probably compliment you too. Who doesn’t like to have their ego boosted. When in LR, this is my go to pit stop.

I love the quality of their food. I dont drink coffee but Im always there because of everything else! My favorite is the peach Tranquility tea. Lovely Aroma, no caffeine and very soothing.

Drink was spot on. It had leaked out of the side and they didnt clean it off before handing it out but the food and drink were right. So 🤷‍♀️

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit. I travel a lot for work and they always remember me by name. They are quick even when there is a line and they always make time to catch up while they take your order and make your drink.
