Great staffs. I am a le Creuset collector or trying to be. I have been buying my collections from this branch for many times. The manager Brandy Thomas is a super star. She is friendly, kind, and patient. The staff Lacey is also amazing. I have been placing orders from different branches. This branch always attentive to the customers, patient with your inquiries, and most importantly, they wrap the items perfectly. I have received some damaged goods from other branches which broke my heart when receiving them. Not just because they are expensive also some of the items are limited. Once its broken I cannot get a replacement. Thank you Little Rock store. You truly rock!

Some prices were decent, Some were scary. But they were very good quality.

This place has poor customer service. I purchased a salt and pepper mill set here a week ago for my mother. She tried to use it and the pepper mill did not work properly. The salt mill did not work at all. I still had the receipt so we decided to return the items. I did not want my money back. I simply wanted to return the items and receive credit to purchase another item in the store and pay the difference if that item cost more. We (my mother and I) were told that we could not do that. We were told that we would have to return the item to the company and they would send us a replacement salt and pepper mill set. My mother told them that she did not want another set as she was not happy with this one. So now she is stuck with a salt and pepper mill set that she does not want. Quality of customer service says a lot about the quality of a product these days. If you do not have good customer service than the overall product and experience you provide to a customer is poor as well and the name stamped on the product no longer matters. I will not be shopping here again as I can purchase a product as good or better for a cheaper price elsewhere and receive quality customer service at the same time. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Store manager and team are the best. In person or over the phone, service is great, products are amazing.

AS a customer requesting shipment for purchases, two things are important to me. First is item availability. More important is speaking with a party who knows the product and is willing to help. Destiny and Jennifer have been A-plus in their part, thank you. Oh yes, the packing for shipment is above and beyond five star.

The ladies there were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The selection of supplies is outstanding.

Love the pans, sales staff is friendly and willing to help. Always stop by when Im in town.
