I had been told that it was going to cost $1000 for repair in Pine Bluff, and thats IF THE PART COULD BE FOUND.These guys made the part and installed for $165. I was thoroughly impressed!

If you ever have issues with your muffler/exhaust this is the place to go. My car was making a noise from the exhaust I thought was something wrong and they identified the issue was a hitch receiver that was installed poorly and the muffler was laying on top of it. The Muffler Shop didnt charge me a dime! They fixed the issue and I am very grateful. Thank you guys and keep up the good work, I will keep recommending you.

Called around to other businesses to see if I could get in by the end of the week. They all said it would be a couple of weeks or longer. One of my friends suggest this shop. I called them this morning as soon as they opened (0800) and by 0900 I was out the door. Very professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing.

The work they did is absolutely incredible. I had a straight pipe replace the muffler and a new exhaust tip installed. The quality of work is astounding. My car’s backfire sounds symphonic and the workers are very friendly and down to earth. I will 1000% be back.

I had my 2008 Honda CRV 4WD making rattling sound from the muffler place and I called these folks this morning. They set me up a time immediately. I went there a guy (Robert) said hello and asked me to wait for a minute. It took for him to come back another minute since he is working on other car. He looked at my car and worked on my car to fix the muffler. Charges are appropriate. Timing is also appropriate. More over his attitude towards customer is great. I liked this place, these guys are fast, good and timely. I would definitely recommend this place for any vehicle muffler fix.

This is hands down the best shop of anything automotive related I’ve ever been too. These guys gave us the best deal I could have ever asked for. We drove from conway to come up here to get a super 10 muffler put on and my friend got a 40 series muffler put on his F150. These welds are excellent. They had chairs in the shop to watch if you wanted to and were the most friendly people in customer service I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Will be taking any future work here.

I came here after the guy at Arkansas Performance Exhaust (APE) was rude and overpriced, he told me if I didnt want to agree to his terms then I could buy an exhaust online and do it myself. So I came over to The Muffler shop and they quoted me literally 1/3 of the price APE quoted me, AND got me in the same day I called. These guys do it right and fast at a great price. I had a Flowmaster FX put on my 2020 GMC Sierra (today) after trying a muffler delete (yesterday) that was to loud for me. The Muffler Shop did them both at a very fair price. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. It took 15 minutes to do each job. Im a traveling nurse, working here from out of state. So, having my catalytic converter go out, when Im in a strange city was not a nice prospect. Very professional folks. Got me immediately in. Diagnosed and estimatrd in two minutes. In and out in under 30 minutes at a very good value! Wonderful business, with a lot of experience.

Best customer service I have had in forever!!! Called with an emergency and they got us right in and checked our Tahoe out for us. We had assumed the issue was a stopped up catalytic converter but after inspection they told us that the issue was more than likely the transmission which is something that they don’t do and didn’t even charge us for the inspection. Most places would have replaced the catalytic converters right off without an inspection and it still wouldn’t have fixed the issue!

I had a check engine light showing a bad sensor related to the exhaust system. Went to Precision Tune and they checked it out and said that the exhaust pipes were rusted and leaking. They recommended taking it to get the pipes fixed before they replaced the sensors. Called The Muffler Shop on University Avenue and they took us in as soon as we got there. They saw and fixed the problem and were were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and far less than expected. So, before you go anywhere else for exhaust system issues, check these guys out. They were so friendly, and professional!!

Great service and great price! I didn’t have an appointment I just showed up and they pulled it right in the bay and within minutes had the problem diagnosed. They fixed some welds on both exhaust and had me out the door in 15 minutes. No more rattle and it sounds great. I will be back.

I explained the sound I wanted out of my truck and he helped me decide what would be best. Had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed once he got the truck on the lift and he got it all corrected. I was quoted $1700 to replace my catalytic converter at the Cadillac dealership. I brought it here was told my catalytic converter is fine. They welded a pipe and I was out of the door within 20 minutes for only $50! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and honesty.

I made an appointment to have my muffler looked at but it was very close to the time this shop closed. The owner agreed to stay late and wait for me. When I got there, though I am younger than him (significantly so) he treated me like a valued customer and addressed me as sir. Im not used to that so it was very nice surprise. He took the time to show me what was wrong, explained in detail what needed to do, and absolutely did not pressure me at all into additional repairs!The repairs were completed in a timely manner, the problem was solved, and the price was very reasonable. If I have ANY muffler related issues, this is the ONLY place I will be going to.Finding a business that truly appreciates and wants your business is rare nowadays. I had a Borla pre-fab system installed on my truck. The owner and his helper went right to work; as soon as I pulled up, they had me on the lift. They removed the factory exhaust and installed the Borla system in less than 20min. He even offered to tack weld the joints where the pipe clamps are.Overall I was very impressed at the friendliness and honesty they extended towards me. It was a very fair price for quality work. Ill definitely be back for any future exhaust work.

WOW....I took my 2002 chevy avalanche in first thing in the morning....and they ran catback duals with an x-pipe and 6 inch angle cut tips...it took them only an hour to do them.....and it sounded amazing....very respectful gentlemen....friendly and they know what their doing

This was one of the best experiences I have EVER had getting a repair done on a vehicle! My son had an exhaust leak on his Sentra for about a year now. We finally decided to get it fixed. I called the other well known muffler place in Little Rock and the guy claimed they were swamped and couldnt get to it for weeks. I just happened to find the Muffler Shop on the internet and I am so glad I did!!!I drove in around 9:30 that morning and the owner waved us right into the bay and lifted the car before we even turned it off. Within 2 minutes he was showing me what the problem was and quoted me an extremely fair price. I asked if he could get the job today and he said I can have it done in 40 minutes. We left and sure enough he called just a short while later saying the car was ready.The repair was done perfectly. The car is quiet as a mouse now and he charged us exactly what he quoted us. He even took care of another small problem we were having with the car at no charge! I only wish all repair shops could be like this.

I dont know why you would go anywhere else for your muffler/exhaust needs but to the Muffler Shop! I called them several times trying to figure out exactly what I wanted fir my 2000 F350 v10. Each time I called they gave info and were extremely helpful! I called 3 star first on got a rude man on the phone, I had also called 3 star a month ago the same man very rude!!! You wont get treated like that with the couple that own The Muffler Shop, if you like being treated good, if you like fast but yet quality work at a cheaper price than the other guy down the street come to The Muffler Shop! I love my new dual flowmaster exhaust! I highly reccomend this buisness! Hands down 5 stars!
