Despite being short handed they were still crazy fast. They evaluate the vehicle them let you know the cost before doing the work. My cousin and I have both been here now and it was under $100 for muffler issues - mine had a huge hole and hers was pinched shut. I heard other customers talking in the lobby that have been coming for literally decades because of the quick, reliable service.

I was recommended this place after visiting another mechanic shop in the area. Not being from Arkansas I was a little skeptical of using a smaller known business instead of a typical auto body shop, however I could not have been happier with the results. I went in for a small hole in my exhaust and after being put through the ringer that day I was not in the best mental space. The gentleman that work here took in my car immediately, fixed the problem within minutes, and were the sweetest souls about informing me on the issue at hand and how they took care of it they gave me the name of the future part I would need to be replaced and kept me in the loop through everything. They continued to hold conversation with me and make sure I felt heard. This shop is one of the best quality shops I have been to and the people who work here are among the most amazing people I have come to know. Thank you so much for helping to fix my car issue and just being an overall amazing business

Owner can be rough around the edges but they do excellent work at very fair prices. They can be super busy some days of the week and will pretty much tell you to just come back another day but if you show up early or can get there when its dead theyre very fast.

Fantastic shop. Pulled me in at 8 sharp for a weld and clamp change on a long muffler that completely fell off. I was in and out in ten minutes. Best experience I’ve had at a repair shop in a long time

I do not recommend 3-Star. This place is a joke, more like no-star muffler. No diagnostic equipment for catalytic(cat) converters. Completely dismissed my concerns and sent me away. Drilled holes in cats without my consent or knowledge. I took my vehicle elsewhere. The other shop listened to my concerns and tested the system. I was right, the honeycomb inside the cat had broken down. 3-star dont know how to work on catalytic converters.

I got a muffler delete their for my 3.8 Genesis Coupe. I am really happy with my modification they did and they are super nice, professional and really quick with their work! I highly suggest going their for anyone who has a sports car and wants a clean mod to make their car sound clean and sexy!

Need my catalytic converter replaced. I dropped off my vehicle, went to work down the street, and they had called in no time saying it was ready. His price was also about 1/2 what I was quoted from another exhaust shop. Great work, friendly people, and quick turn around.

I would no recommend them!! I’ve been twice and both times I’ve regretted it! They changed the price 3 times for the same exact set up. When you call and ask for a price he always says “ you don’t want that”Told me $70 to put the muffler on and ended up changing it to $140.

Ive never been more disrespected in a shop! Management finally stepped in after one of the shop employees started to let my car down before checking if I was clear! Rude, unprofessional and uncaring! Take your business to other shops around the city.

Wonderful service! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the problem with my vehicle. Quick to fix it plus minor things I didn’t even know was wrong. An older gentleman owns the shop and he prices everything right and fair. He is honest and they do honest work. He welded on a set of super 44 flow masters and 8 feet of piping. He was done very quickly and even had me inspect the work to make sure I was satisfied

Tried to get a price quote on a catback install and a separate quote for a catback install and high flow cat install for a 2012 G37s sedan. Was recommended another two shops because the cat is on the manifold. Tried to tell him where the cats are / clarify things and he interrupted to say they dont work on this car... and completely ignored my request for the price quote for just the catback install. I had another simple install I wanted a quote for but never got that far because theyre too rude. Simple work passed up on. If its so easy, why dont I do it, is what Im sure any rational person would say. A couple reasons are lack of time or unwillingness to consume the free time I do have and I dont have a car lift and need to get ramps to even get my car lifted and dont want to go buy ramps when I can just pay one time to have this installed by a shop. I also lack some of the tools required for the most part. Its as simple as going under the car and removing some bolts, worst-case scenario take off the intake hoses to access one bolt, remove the parts, put in the new parts and bolt them down. Its all extremely common on Nissan/Infiniti 35/37 vehicles to take these things apart and put them back together. Breather mods are arguably the main performance mod for these vehicles. But its too complicated, apparently, for this shop.

Amazing service and friendly workers. I needed tac welds on my muffler and its a service between 35 to 75 dollars. The muffler was inspecting and tac free of charge. I even asked them and they said dont worry about it lol. Great service plus free service equals amazing.

As soon as i pulled in someone came right up to me asked me what i needed then he took my keys put it on the lift and as soon as he got under it he cut the pipe off and immediately started bending pipes for it, let me stand right there and watch And when it came time for the tips he asked me if it was where i wanted it and how far Out and let me position it where i wanted it and he finished it up. I was there a total of 25 minutes. They were extremely friendly too. I definitely recommend this muffler shop to anyone who needs work done. They were even working with a deaf man who needed an exhaust. Extremely professional as well.

Quick, easy, no-frills muffler repair. You wont get a fancy lounge and fresh cookies, but they were done replacing the flex-joint within 15 minutes, so it didnt matter. Spent $96 for the repair that the Lexus dealership wanted $1,300 for.

Fantastic! They are friendly, quick, and honest. They had my car up on the rack, diagnosed my broken catalytic converter, and gave me a quote for replacement in less than 5 min. Had three star run a set of 2 duals with 60 series Flowmasters back in 2008 on my 86 C10. They did it while I waited, which wasnt very long at all.Fast forward 9 years and their work is still holding up great. They used plenty of exhaust hangers (the good rubber kind) in all the right places and Ive never had a single issue with one piece of the entire exhaust. Everything has remained sealed and tight for basically a decade now. Their work hasnt even rusted, they used stainless Flowmasters and the good exhaust conduit with heavy galvanizing.The only thing I seen that wasnt Top shelf work was the fact they tied the new work onto the old exhaust flanges that were still bolted to the manifolds. Wasnt a big deal, as the originals were still in good shape, and their welds were thorough and sealed nicely where they fit the new pipe over the old.I understand why they did this, anyone who has worked on exhaust knows its all but guaranteed the old studs will break off in the manifold, adding labor, cost, and pain in ass. The dont change what isnt broke rule.It was $318 out the door, an outstanding, long lasting value. Three star will always have my patronage.

It is hard to find honest people in business now days. But I have used them for years always the same. I am disabled now went down this morning to get a muffler. The gentlemen put it up on the rack and said my muffler was fine and fixed my shield since it was lose. When I asked what I owed he said nothing just come back. They could have charged me $100 plus and put a new muffler on. But no they are honest ! I will always drive the 20 miles to see them and will tell everyone else to do the same !

I have got to say this shop is great. I drove from greenbrier to get a super 40 series flow master put onto my 2016 Chevy 2500hd and was in and out under 20 min. The staff is great. Diffently will recommend these guys and this company to my family and friends great all around.

I got a quote from another repair shop (which took 2 days) for $1200 to replace a clogged cat converter. 3 Star fixed it LITERALLY in 15 minutes for $174! Definitely recommend them and their service.
