I do not usually leave online reviews, but unfortunately my recent experience warrants one.My car was delivered for a standard service, first time for my GranTurismo, and while it seemed to go well, the car was returned to me with a dent and chipped paint on the door. This damage was consistent with the vehicle being on a lift (I had a couple experts look at it). Definitely not something that was there before.I called several times to report this, left two messages with my service advisor, left two messages with the service phone support, replied several times to the text messages from my service advisor (apparently they do not read these, they are automated I guess), but never received a response. Bobbie was the name of my service advisor, and I do not mind mentioning him, because he really let me down. I will point out that aside from his lack of response, he appeared competent at addressing my original service request.Aside from the neglect to my vehicle, the customer service was disappointing--I was promptly ignored when I arrived in the service center (the woman at the desk would not even acknowledge my presence). And when you are dropping 5k for work, impersonal text messages, lack of communication, all feel inappropriate. If they were unwilling to admit damaging my car--not even returning my calls to discuss--how can I trust that the service was handled properly? I am having it double-checked elsewhere.I will not return to Livermore Maserati. One should expect more from a luxury car dealership and garage. So if you are considering the Livermore service center, be wary--they are dismissive, have questionable ethics, and, quite honestly, treat their customers poorly. Go elsewhere. I did, (a quiet specialist in San Jose, been around long time) and am grateful for it.

Im somewhat surprised to read some negative reviews of this organization. I had to bring my wifes Levante down to assess the possibility of an engine/transmission leak. We had purchased the vehicle originally from Niello in Sacramento (were in EDH), so when they closed their Maserati/Alfa Romeo dealership, we were essentially orphaned. We wound up having to go to Niello Acura for a periodic service, where they think they discovered said leak. I contacted Robert W. at Livermore Maserati, to get an expert opinion. He was able to get me in quickly, for an appointment to check this issue. I was very impressed with his friendly demeanor and expertise. Were now coordinating with the area service reps to get this problem corrected. Given Roberts reassuring approach, Im confident well get it properly resolved...

What a joke ? These individuals are employed here to try and sell high dollar vehicles but don’t even know how to manage their own money in order to know the worth my time is as well as the vehicle . What a joke . Communication was terrible so if they can’t handle in house don’t even bother trying to buy out of state because that would be a nightmare . It’s sad you have to chase down individuals just to throw money at them . This location would be the one to sell a car from underneath you . What a joke . Save your time and money and take it else where like I’m going to do !

Yeah don’t even bother with this place. Was gonna buy my wife their suv they have and scheduled a test drive. No one was even in the building so I roamed the lot for over an hour and not a single person was there. Total waste of my time. Don’t bother wasting yours.

Terrible customer service and terrible service department. When my Maserati Ghibli was returned to me after my $600 oil change, there was oil spilled in engine and it components, and the center console door did not shut properly. Not the condition it was in when I trusted it in their hands to service it.The service manager insultingly offered to cover the labor costs of the center console door if I pay for the $250 part. Unacceptable. If I want the oil changed by a bunch of untrained people, I will take it to Walmart. I did not pay $5.00 for this car, and expect way more from a “luxury” dealership when performing maintenance on my vehicle. I will be going to Walnut Creek Maserati from this point forward. To anyone considering the service department at Livermore Maserati, you have been warned...

Had a great experience with the service department. Tony H. was awesome. He took care of me. Had only 5 days left on my warranty and he took care of it.

The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I had my Maserati there for a week and they provided no updates and it was impossible to get ahold of someone. They started fowarding my calls and would not provide me any feedback or return calls. I had to call corporate to call them and finally someone called me. That went on the entire time they had my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fishy, probably Dishonest! This review is for the service department.I brought in my Levante S for front tire replacement and alignment on a Monday. On Tues and Wed, I called and left multiple message and voicemails for them to call me back for update. They never did. They only called back on Thur, giving some excuse about the ordered tire being defective and had to be sent back.Today, 2 weeks later, I noticed that EXISTING curb rash on the wheel rim is gone. Upon closer look, I realize that the wheel was re-machined-finished(see the attached photo; finger pointing to the re-machined portion). They never mentioned to me that the wheel had to be re-machined, and now it makes sense that they took 4 days to get a simple front-tire replacement done.Im also wondering now if the $250 they charged for labor was for mounting/balancing (they originally quoted me $138) or for the re-machining.Im giving the 2nd star only because the curb rash is gone...

The worst experience I have had in my life. When I went to speak with someone about this issue I got the run around. Cant speak to a manager, phone transferred multiple time and still no resolution. Very poorly run never coming here again.
