Staff is always energetic and helpful. Even a bit too much sometimes, but this is the ethos of Varvatos. Its a great store with good selection and always great pricing. Some items leave quickly others there for very long times depending on the line from which they come. The best place to buy high-end basics. Hands down the most comfortable jeans in the world.

Be careful when purchasing sale items from this store as they will have a small sign on the counter stating All Sales Are Final. THE CLERK WILL NOT MENTION THIS AT THE TIME YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE. They will not give you the opportunity to return or exchange the item. This is a big problem if you are purchasing an expensive Christmas or Birthday gift for someone and then it doesnt work for them, they dont like it or if it is the wrong size.I emailed corporate as well and they would not work with me at all. I have been a big fan of John Varvatos clothing and have purchased many items in the past, however, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN.Be warned!
