Shoes people tried on and left on the floor, staff immediately pick them up and put them back on the racks. Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the line at check-out goes quick. Oh yea, and the shoes are priced right😀

Selection here is limited outside of shoes. But its not terrible and the pricing is usually reasonably fair. Cheaper than the Nike store down the path for sure. They also have several clearance racks worth a look. I almost always walk out here w/ something.

Big store tons of options, prices aren’t bad. If you like to shop this place is located in the midst of an outlet mall that has tons of great deals on all kinds of different brands. Back to the New Balance store though. I love New Balance shoes and wear them pretty much everyday. The biggest disappointment to this store is that they didn’t carry any minimus shoes. I couldn’t find a single pair of minimus for men. I wear my minimus shoes almost daily and love them and unfortunately had to buy them elsewhere after traveling from SF just to look for a pair at this store. If you’re looking for a more casual new balance show this store is great, but if you’re looking for their more sports focused or outdoors focused shoes this place doesn’t have them. They carry almost entirely fashion shoes. Great store if that’s what you’re looking for.

I love this place. I found my favorite running shoe a year ago. I found out that they are being discontinued this year. All New Balance stock that doesnt sell gets sent to the factory store system.I was able to walk out with 3 pairs at 55% off the original price. It was a bit of a drive from the bay area, but I think it was worth it.The staff were friendly and I talked a bit with them about their running adventures.

The New Balance stores in the outlets in Livermore. Parking is crazy on the weekends very crowded. I went there looking for shoes with the number 800 or higher and the shoes I was shown I was assured would be the right ones for me and after only 2 months I am having problems so I have to take them back

They always have deals and usually come away with a couple pair. At the time I went there was no one in there so it was perfect

Horrible customer service, I was looking for new shoes for work and no one offered to help and when I was looking for somewhere to sit and try shoes on, one associated had the entire bench filled with boxes that I guess he was rearranging and the only other bench was occupied he ended up offering it to me until I was done and after he saw me repeatedly struggling. The guy at the register seemed to be rushing the transaction to get me out.

A place to find wide width shoes, if you’re into that. My husband switched from Nikes to New Balances for work and hasn’t looked back.

Im paying for it.Two sneakers + one slipper = $ 114.Rather, design looks better than Korea. Womens slippers are only the flip flops ㅠㅠ mens slippers are the smallest size .. Im happy though.
