We stopped in looking for a new refrigerator and Marc was very helpful. It was a great experience mostly because nobody immediately jumped on us trying to sell us. We had the opportunity to look around and when we had questions Marc was informative but not pushy. We came back to purchase a week or two later and Marc was able to help us decide on which fridge was best and helped us weight some pros and cons!

I have been a long time customer of American Freight, since my first home purchase in 2011, because the customer service has always been outstanding, but today I interacted with Chad who I believe is a location manager, I visited for a bed frame, left with 60 days to pay on my new Bed set, Seal Elm Avaneue Matress and living room set. I was impressed with his intimate service, multi tasking as he serviced other customer in store and on the phone. This is why I continue to patronize American Freight and promote it with my friends and family! Give this man a raise, a promotion or reward for his outstanding service!!!

We purchased a brand new fridge with Mark on 7/17 for delivery. He said it’d be delivered 7/22 or 7/23. On 7/22 I had to call for un update. Mark never scheduled our delivery!! At this point the soonest they could deliver was 7/25. I got a text the day before saying delivery would be 5-8pm. I get a call the day of at 1pm saying they’d be out in 30 minutes. They come out and the “brand new” fridge is so damaged the door won’t shut. I refused delivery!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! I call the store and installed of being a priority due to all the previous issues I’m told I can come into the store and straighten it out. This is a half hour drive. Not happening. So now I’m told I’ll get a call by the end of the day. Really??

Sometimes there are some fantastic deals here. The pricing on the other hand is all over the place and has always been that way. Ive seen a single wrench cost more than a complete set of wrenches of the same make and series. Not a place to go for tools as much as it is a place to impulse buy things you can live without. Shop at your own risk.

I placed a web order and was invited by the store through email to come pick it up. However when I called the store double check I found out that they didnt have the product at the store. This would have been horrible had I drove down there to get it without checking first. If they couldnt fulfill my order they should have been a little more pro-active and called to let me know.

Update: I ordered the product online over a week ago. The website says delivery would be within 48 hours. 24 hours after my order confirmation got a call saying they didn’t have the product in stock at their location so they would see what they can do and would call me back. Fast forward a week I had to go into the store and magically when I got there they figured out the they did have it in stock but I would have to wait another 2 days (now going on 1+ weeks) for delivery. Got a call giving me a 2 hour time window and now that it’s well passed that they are now saying delivery could take place at anytime before 7pm and there is no way to give an updated eta. No regards for the customers personal time, no apology, no empathy, nothing! The staff at the store when calling was rude but giving 3 stars because at least the delivery guys were polite per my husband because I had to leave before they arrived

Items that have dents the size of an NBA players foot should have lower prices on them. Waited around for 20 minutes and not a single salesperson came to assist us.
