I ordered a door online. It was damaged during transit so it never came. After it was 3 days late, I called to find out why. They notified me it was damaged and they refunded my money without telling me my order was damaged or cancelled. Then they offered me a 10% discount to reorder the same door so I agreed and reordered. Again, the door didnt come so again I call them. They inform me the door was damaged again and my money was refunded without notifying me. This Timothy didnt offer to make it right. Worst company to deal with.

Two day delivery, and they were happy to follow our requests to leave the items outside the door. Great pricing and has a decent amount of stock left despite the shortages currently happening. Its been a great help to our business when finding disinfectants through our traditional suppliers has been near to impossible. Thank you HD Supply! I ordered online. There was no mention of signature required for deliveries and I believe it is a private delivery company, so you cannot track it. I was supposed to have my delivery yesterday. When I spoke to representative yesterday, I was told Id have the delivery today. Ive been waiting at this site all day to sign for a package that is now not coming until tomorrow, again. Meanwhile my project is now officially a day behind and I still dont have the materials.
