I had new flooring installed in my kitchen dinette hallway laundry room and 2 bathrooms on September 16, 2021. The sales person (Ali) was great. The product came in within a week and was installed within a day or two. The installers were great. They worked all afternoon and evening without stopping. They cleaned up all debri and took it with them. They also moved fridge stove China cabinet washer and dryer and then put them back when they were finished. I am very happy! I will recommend them to everyone and WILL use them again when needed.

Imad Came and gave us an estimate for sanding and staining our home. They gave us the best price. The turnaround time from the time I got the estimate to having the work complete was very fast. They did such a beautiful job, my hardwood looks like brand new. The installers cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. They also installed carpet in my bedrooms and It looks great. They also installed waterproof vinyl plank in the basement. I would recommend this company for all your flooring needs.

AKA ShaRon Baggs Little--I was a little nervous going with The Flooring Company because I had never heard of them, and I was purchasing carpet for almost my whole house: living room, dining room, three bedrooms, five closets, and hallway. But I had an awesome experience with The Flooring Company because of my salesperson Lisa. Lisa made the whole process of selecting carpet a pleasant experience because shes so knowledgeable and personable...like working with an old friend. The little mishaps along the way were handled professionally, and the fixes/solutions expedited quickly. I will be using them to install carpet in my family room around the first of the year--that will complete my whole house! Im really looking forward to working with Lisa again.

Summary - One of the very few companies that stands behind the service it provides.Review - We took 3 different quotes and Imad beat them all. Imad and Ali are extremely professional. We placed the order for the dreamweaver carpet on a Saturday and the installation was on next Saturday and Sunday. The installers arrived on Saturday and we faced problems with having wrong padding installed. I called Imad and he showed up and brought a new padding with him. The installers did not arrive on Sunday (apparently one installer did not want to work). They came on Monday and completed the work. I noticed that the padding installed in one of the rooms was never replaced. I saw the old padding by lifting the HVAC vent. I called Imad again and he showed up the very next day. He checked the padding and acknowledged that the padding was not his and installers did not replace it. He apologized and on the same day sent new installers to remove the carpet and replace the padding( no fuss or any questions asked).The new installer did not join the carpet correctly and the seams were seen. Imad, personally came over with the installer and ensured that it’s taken care of to best of my expectations.Apart from the issues that I faced mainly all due to the installers, the completed work is impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company but id be cautious with the installers. I was going to give 2 star rating for the amount of issues I have faced, however, Imad stood behind the services provided, acknowledged the wrong (honesty is the most important factor for this 5 star rating), was prompt, got my issues resolved, apologized and gifted me the white area rug and gave a small discount for all the problems i faced. I think these pointers are enough to get them 5 stars.

These guys are simply amazing. The variety of carpets blows out Empire or any other flooring companies I’ve shopped with, their super competitive with pricing. Lisa (sales rep) was the most friendly and REAL sales person I’ve ever met, even after the sale. Jafar (vinyl installation guy) was kind, friendly; and didnt stop working when we ran into issues with my 1970’s closet doors. Even Mol (carpet installation guy) was kind and friendly.These guys are simply amazing. I can’t put words to how confidently I recommended these guys!
