I had some bolts they SAID would fit my starter. THEY DIDNT. I TRIED 2 return them about 60 days after purchase. Had receipt. Perfect condition.THEY REFUSED 2 let me return them. I dont even live in the same town.They Would NOT even allow store credit.Dont shop here, this stores policy is the extreme worst Ive EVER dealt with. What am I supposed 2 do with them now? Im on a fixed income. I dont have money 2 throw away. AND thats exactly what s happening here.

Went into advanced auto parts waited to be helped while the customer service rep was sitting down on his personal iPhone. I had to walk out! With out any assistance what’s so ever

Was able to quickly run in, get items I needed to fill fluids under the hood, pay and get out. I was suggested to use the same fluid for 2 different things but felt safer just buying that specific type of product needed instead of using 1 for both. Not sire if thatd of worked or have been a good idea.

Stoped in to change my wiper blades and the guy working helped me get the old ones that were stuck off. Only lost a star because I had to wait 15min for him to come out and help but overall I was very pleased with my experience.

The people and customer service here are beyond reproach. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. Very much an inclusive, friendly, atmosphere. Youll leave happy.

Saved us when we broke down. Manager even loaned me tools to fix truck. True caring people work here.

Drove all the way from Smithville to get my part i ordered on line and they was closed by 6 pm and it said they close at 10, what is up with that no note on the door why they closed early. So i want to know who going to pay for the gas
