Worker went and got bulbs that I didnt need because I didnt explain correctly what I wanted. He was kind and professional.

Went around 7:30pm, returns and stock all over the counters. Shelves out of stock. Needed a tool says they have it and they cannot find it. Left with no purchase.

I went back to get the 4th o2 sensor I thought they had ordered when I purchased the other 3 a week ago ...which they had not ordered ....but could have been misunderstanding on my part ...everyone there is always super helpful ...went across the street and found part in stock and cheaper price. Ill probably check prices first next time

Customer service is terrible tried to call in parts got put on hold for 30 min then went in store and the guy behind the counter had no clue as to what he was doing worst experience ever !!!!!

Customer service is great here. The associates in San Marcos had given me the wrong brake pads and since I was not in SM at the moment I came here. They fixed me up with the right brake pads and overall great experience here.

My left turning blinker went out and they’ve helped me easily and fast! It may have been the simplest thing but hey they just took it out and put a new one and all it took was 5 minutes! free of charge!

So disappointed I didnt get the help I needed... stoped by the store today and a lady came out to help, I explained to her my issue (I didnt know the name of the part I was looking for, that goes connected to a hose) and she said that I needed to know the sizes of the hose, if I dont know the name of the part, how am I supposed to know the size of the hose? She didnt offer any further assistance at all. Luckily OReilly is next door, same thing, explained my issue the same way before, and those guys told me the part is only available at the dealership, and they even wrote down the information for me, so wont have to go through that whole process again. Go OReilly!

Autozone prices have gotten stupid I get the same oil at Walmart for 10$ A GALLON CHEAPER also they gouge on Fram and other oil filters 3.77 for ph2 at Walmart 8.99 for the ame one at autozoneI get a lot from Rock auto because you cant competeOil prices went down but you never did

They went out of their way to diagnose my car across the street and one guy even drove to my car after his shift to diagnose my car figured it out and gave me a temporary fix so i could drive back home. He also explained where the part was in my car and how to take it out and replace it.
