Received very excellent service after getting a random flat on the interstate from out of town, Don was very friendly and helpful and was able to get our issue resolved right away... Super fast service, clean store I would recommend this place 100%

One of the techs fd up my alignment and now my ridge grapplers are destroyed would not recommend going here.

They Always have an excuse why they cant get to your vehicle, its always something! Manager Chris does not know how to talk to customers and his customer service sucks! The only good thing I can say is the woman at the front desk was super nice and personable!

Sales tech had a bad attitude and snapped at me when I asked the status of my vehicle tire installation. Doesnt need to be working customer service with that attitude.

Had issues with air pressure in my tires. Walker was very helpful, checked the pressure, and added necessary amount. A few days later I bought new tires from your store. Had a problem with the tire pressure light appearing.Took to dealer for service . Appreciated all the assistance from Walker.

The manager Chris is to be commended for the tremendous care and concern he showed us during an emergency. We needed our tires immediately, and they did everything necessary, including the willingness to stay overtime to make sure we were taken care of. They are highly recommended.

I drive 30 miles to get my vehicles serviced. I live around the New Braunfels and San Marcos are but their service is horrible! They don’t even take the time to change my sensors when I get a tire rotation.Lockhart’s Firestone service is amazing! Highly recommend.

I called early in the morning to make an appointment for an alignment at 1pm, I drove one hour from gonzales to Lockhart, When I got there they told me they do not make appointments for alignments first come first serve.

Under new management.Took my car in (scheduled) because I had a slow leak. They got my car in on time, found that it was repairable (screw in tire) and repaired it free of charge (I had purchased the tire there)When I picked it up the new manager introduced himself and told me if there are ever any issues, to ask for or get ahold of him!Super pleased with this visit.Thank you!!!!

The Best service I had last two appointments!My car was messed up and Chris took care of me before my disabled daughters Doctors appointments!Lockhart peeps need to go back and let the new manager Chris take care of you, he doing a lot better for us Lockhart peepsHe always gets back with you and makes sure you are take care of in a timely matter!

Left a flat tire to be repaired at 8 this morning and was told it would be a couple of hours. At 4:30 still sitting in same spot I left it untouched. Reason, they have been busy. I have never left a tire there that I wasnt told I need a new one. I dont recommend them.

We were traveling from out of state and got a flat tire. Everything on the interstate around us was closed. We called and checked in with them and they said they would stay open for us to come on in. Huge huge help! We would have been in a hotel room for the night waiting for a place to open and they saved us! Plus they have activities for the kiddos and turned on the Disney channel for them! Don and his help were amazing!!!

We loved the courtesy and friendliness of the clerk as well as the technician. Everyone is very service oriented and dedicated to providing first class customer service.

Well I made it my oil changed and I needed to make an appointment but my daughter-in-law was using the car so I went to another one down the street and I got it came out less than 30 minutes. And I was happy

I called to set up a time to have a tire replaced. Got there about 20 early, and was out the door in a little under 1 1/2 hr. The only bad thing I can say is about their location. Its across the street from Smittys BBQ. The smell was just to much to ignore. Love that BBQ.

They took the time to find where my slow leak was coming from and were thorough. They have excellent customer service and take the time to answer questions and concerns.

They were awesome! I was driving home from out of town and I stopped just to ask if theyd check the air in my tires. They did without hesitation and I appreciated their help.

Got towed in for a flat tire. Service advisor was great with customer service, as a dealer tech I understand theyre just a face for the customer. What I dont understand is why I recieved a call giving me a price quote on an incorrect tire size. Which was due to the tech thinking all tires were the same size, if I didnt know what I was looking for it wouldve been a nightmare. Not to mention that it took 3 techs to get 1 low pro tire on. To top it off I still had to wait after the tire was put on because a tech had an inop car behind it at the time.

The young lady that was working the cash register, front desk, waiting area was super friendly and respectful of a persons time. She greeted me as a customer as soon as I walked in. She offered all the knowledge that she had and she even made small talk while I waited. She made my long stressful day not so bad with having to stay in Lockhart to get my car an oil change. I live in Austin but work in Lockhart, and I was 600 miles past an oil change on my car and I was dreading staying out of town for service. But because of her, it was not so bad 2 thumbs up to Lockhart Firestone. If I ever miss my Free oil change at my dealership again I will go back to Firestone in Lockhart. Im so sorry I didnt get her name because she deserves to Recognized properly. She did tell me Black is her favorite color. This is from the Black Chevy Equinox on Tuesday evening 12/17/19. I love Firestone but this location does not perform vehicle inspections, just tried going up there to get one. Not sure if all Firestone branches are the same way or not.

The customer service is above standard. Firestone has a great crew of guys there. They are prompt and courteous in handling whatever issues I had with my vehicle. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Purchase tires from this location service was fast and accurate. I also purchased extended warranties on all four tires. Tried to come to this location a couple of times afterwards to have repairs done to tires. They always tell me that the wait is over 2 hours. Stay away from the store. You were better off to go to the location in Kyle

Well lets start off by remembering that its a Firestone and their tires are a little bit more expensive than other people but they are better tires. It is a very busy Place most of the time and I have dealt with Mike and Arron for many many years buying tires for four wheel drive pickups to an RS Camaro to a Lincoln Continental. Mike takes a lot of time to figure out what tire you need what application youre doing you need he does not try to oversell you a more expensive tire than you need unlike other people do at other tire shops. I know in this day and age of shysters in the tire business but I have always been dealt with fairly here and would recommend this place to you.

Only been here twice since they became a Firestone, but both times Ive had excellent service.

Planing a road-trip, I stopped at the Firestone in Lockhart for an oil change and a tire check. They were crazy busy, as they were short staffed. Customers were booking appts through MONDAY. I expressed a couple of concerns about my tires, and DON offered to check them, free of charge. He checked and regulated the pressure in each tire, and checked all of my treads. He took the time to ease my concerns though he was busy, and didnt have to.I will make my road trip feeling much relief.THANK YOU Don!
