The first few weeks I had my car the check engine light came on and something seemed off with the transmission. It was under warranty so they took it in and said they fixed it. Two weeks later the same thing happens and they had the car for almost a month. They said they replaced the battery and a ‘few wires’ and the Computer. Well here we are six months later and the same exact code and the same exact problem is happening. I asked to get a different car the last time they had my car and they were ‘fixing it’ and they convinced me not too. I should’ve went with my gut and insisted. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars that I don’t have to fix a problem they told me they fixed when it was under warranty twice.

I just wanna say thank you too joe!!!!!!!!!!!! He definitely helped me out in the time of need, when I thought I got let down he called me the next day with good news an in a blink of an eye !!!!!!!! I ended up getting a great car I highly recommend THANK YOU E-Z LOAN

If you dont mind way over paying for a vehicle that has everything you want (except a spare key). This place may not be bad. Hit a deer within a month of purchase totaling new to me Highlander and still owe over $4,000 because of no GAP coverage and no flexibility on part of dealership. Basically a bank that sells cars.

I’ve had this car for a little over month. Passengers side headlight comes on when it feels like it. Also has water leaking in. About ten times already, car starts when it wants. Sometimes I sit for 30 minutes and powers on, other times takes a couple hours. Get off work, I have to sit in the heat waiting for it to decide to power on. This should of been taken care of by dealer when inspected, instead I have to go and pay for it to be repaired through warranty. Then I don’t get told till last minute car comes with a gps tracking system. All this should of been mentioned prior to anything. Definitely not happy with this dealership and the way they do business.

After doing an extensive amount of research and being very weary of this style dealership, we decided to stop in, look at a specific truck, and get some more information about the program...Here we are 5 days later and I could not be happier! The entire process took less than an hour and the managers (Alex and Mike) were beyond professional! My son purchased a car from Alex at the Lockport location in March 2019; filled out the necessary paperwork using me as a referral. To date, I have NOT received the $100 referral bonus applied to my account, despite numerous calls to this location. My last attempt was on June 28th in which i spoke to a guy named Derrick in which he assured me that the bonus would be applied to my account. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 4 MONTHS!!!. My vehicle will be paid off September 2019. I will not be using EZ Loan in the future.

Total SCAM! They attempted to Bait & Switch my vehicle. Their authorized service provider LIED straight to my face about repairs and my warranty. BUYER BEWARE ! NEVER dealing with these people again

Long time customers....We recently changed insurance companies. EZ Loan was notified by our previous insurer, notifying them of the policy cancellation. A week later when making a payment, my wife was told that her vehicle was going to be reprocessed for no coverage and there was coverage. So instead of contacting us about the matter, they were just gonna disable her vehicle and repocess it. So, they waited a week for her to make her payment, before telling us they were gonna repocess her vehicle? Thats shady. This is like her 4th or 5th vehicle from them and has never missed a payment.

Didnt even get an offer. After making my situation known to them they continued efforts to get me in. I needed a full-time year round position, which I just lost because my accident totaled my car, instead of my part-time seasonal. Understandable, but extremely disappointing that I already explained everything and how I didnt want to waste someones time to drive me out if I wasnt going to be certain about leaving in something. Big letdown and still unsure of my future.Edit: unfortunately I need a car to work fulltime, the point is I made the sales rep aware long before weeks of trying to get me to still come, when he already knew I wouldnt be able to buy anything

Vehicle was purchased 17 months ago. Have put just 2,100 miles on it. Both front half shafts replaced, 11 dash light bulbs replaced, 2 A/F sensors, both catalytic convertors and 2 TPMS sensors. Repair shop isnt by me so its repaired locally. Paid by me. They should have repair service at every dealership.Over priced junk. Better off buying a used car from a private person. At least a private person wont rob you on a 15 years old car and charge you $12k.I posted for my sons purchase

Sold me a lemon. Cannot even get car to pass 1st year inspection. No refinancing even at 1 year of payments. Power steering went. Windshield wiper motor. Battery. Key fob battery. Abs breaks. Tire sensor. Leaks oil. Just unhappy and dont even want to make payments anymore. Still do tho.
