Great customer service from Tom and Dennis. I had a rental with a flat, they worked with me and the rental company to get it resolved. They even dropped me off and picked me up during the repair.

This well established business is getting ready to open as Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center with 820 locations throughout the US. Same great people and service that has been serving the community for years.

They absolutely destroyed everyone’s tire prices. My Wife’s tire size was odd (235/45/19) and extremely pricey. They beat Walmart (1 week to get the size) Mavis, Firestone, Dunn (had no name tires for the same price), Tire Rack (after delivery and install they would have been more) and Goodyear. Also, super friendly at the front counter.

Had a oil change done. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Job done very pleased.

Fast oil change excellent service

I would give them zero stars if I could. Lockport Tire is the reason I didnt get the money my car was worth when I went to trade it in!!! They never would clock the correct miles when I would get my oil changed. So when I went to trade the car in it looked like I rolled my miles back in my car because the miles they would record for my oil changes were all over the charts. Would have never known until they printed out the car fax at the dealership. LOCKPORT TIRE IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! I went there for years and I will not be returning.

Went for an oil change and they forgot to refill my fluids. Transmission blew, and my car was worthless. I cant wait for the day they go out of business.

When it was owned by millage a decent place to go, since wess herr took it over prices went way up 2 tires an oil change and a inspection cost me almost 650$ same service under past management 500.

They are crooks. Will never go there again. They charged me almost $400 to do 1 caliper which only cost $40 and only took them almost an hour. I bought brand new tires and alignment done there and its been 3 months and my wires are showing through on the tires.
