This shop is awesome. I was stuck away from home and they took me in right away. Found the problem really fast and started to work. They could not find anywhere local that had my part in stock so instead of me being stuck the re e all day they sent one of there guys to pick up the part needed. That is awesome service that you just dont find much of any more.. if you need your car worked on I highly recommend bringing your car here.

Everyone at S. Niagara Repair is very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff and have very affordable prices. Because they are privately owned its far more personable than commercial repair shops where youre just another number. They have fixed a myriad of problems that my car has had over the years and Ive never had an issue. I definitely recommend them.

We’ve been coming here for at least 15 years. Great work and customer service keep us coming back. I trust them to give us an honest assessment of the issue at hand and to give us a fair price. On the more expensive repairs, they try to give you options (if there are any) to make it affordable. My husband also bought one of the used cars they have, great investment. He loves it!!

We had a great experience at South Niagara auto repair today my sons vehicle was very dangerous with a caliper off a break they took care of it in one business day and completely fixed it safe to drive now we also had two cars inspected in a very quick and timely fashion and we would highly recommend this business

They have amazing customer service with the customer being their priority. So willing to work with you to get what you need done but not over charging you that you cant afford to drive a safe vehicle. I would highly recommend them to get honest great service for your vehicle.

Went into the shop to get my brakes and an oil change completed. I casually mentioned some other things I was having some issues with, the owner told me he would look and see if he could figure out the issues. I had gone to other mechanics to have the same issues fixed and was always told it was either going to cost over $1K or it wasn’t possible at all. THEY FIXED IT! all of my issues I was having RESOLVED! and it didn’t break the bank. I will be a forever customer. Great service, great customer care, and friendly owners!!

Ive been going here for years for all my mobile needs and I love it. It is very clean always and staff are very friendly. Roy always explains everything and makes you feel like youre more than just a customer. Services are much more affordable here than the shop I went to before here, which is in the same area. Came for a simple trailer inspection, the front desk attendant was nice but then mechanic had an attitude during the inspection, then walked off without saying he had finished. I eventually went inside and the lady asked if he was done. I said I had no idea, he seemed angry and he just walked away. She dismissed it and went in the back and confirmed he was done. I got my sticker, paid and left. Dont think I would trust them with any real work given the grumpy mechanic and passive receptionist.

These guys are great. I have never had my car run this great from any auto mechanic outside of the dealership and I couldnt be happier. No regrets and I WILL be coming back to them. Its hard to find a good garage that you can trust. They are knowledgeable and honest. And pricing is affordable. I have finally found my new mechanics. 1st interaction was when I was trying to replace my o2 sensor at home. I was having a lot of trouble and Roy spoke to me over the phone with some suggestions and advice. Needless to say I botched the job to the point that I thought it was going to cost me $1000 to replace the catalytic converter. I dropped the car off and it was repaired, within 1 day, and without replacing the converter. It was both expedient and reasonably priced. Since then I have had a ball joint and cv axle repaired, also reasonably priced. I recommend this shop due to its excellent customer service and no BS work ethic.

Ive brought my car here multiple times to get oil changes, inspections and tire rotations and ive always had excellent service. Im in and out quickly, the staff is incredibly nice and the prices are great(way cheaper than the dealerships in Lockport)! I highly recommend!

Hands down the best small business in the area to take your car to. The workers are both competent and efficient and the shop is a family-friendly one. Deffinately would reccomend South Niagara to anyone that wants the job done right the first time.

Too much to even list properly. Rude service from the front lady. Bob, he’s completely incompetent Doesn’t write quotes, doesn’t remember details that he says, doesn’t remember appointments or what needs to be done on your vehicle. Doesn’t enter information about your car in his own system. Over priced.

Ive been bringing my cars here for probably ten years. Always great service at a fair price. I do alot of my own work on my cars but when its over my head I always bring it to Roy.I live in Williamsville so its an extra effort to get to Lockport. Once I took my Camry to a place near by my house to save time, They charged me over $600 to fix a simple coolant leak that I could have done myself. Man, I had to pay for it in payments! I learned my lesson, I wont take my cars anywhere else - ever. Its so comforting to know theres a home-town repair shop that will just get it right.
