Dont like the fact that you have to be a licensed hair dresser to shop in there what happen to person how dont go to hair dresses to do their hair but the staffs are nice

Ive been in the Lockport location several times before and have always been greeted with a smile and kindness. I am a stylist who has been out of the field for a few years but plan on getting back into the game. I recently had a personal hair issue and went in for advice and came out with new knowledge and the help I needed. The manager, Andrea, was so kind and helpful and didnt make me feel like an idiot like some other places have in the past. She listened to me and my concerns and took the time to show me different options. So thank you, Andrea! I truly appreciate your help!
