The pharmacy needs better reps with customer service skills. Ahmed, the person that helped me, kept yelling at me saying she couldn’t hear me. I know we have masks on and the shield divides us, but I could hear her. She kept shouting at me. I almost just walked away but I needed the flu shot for work. If you have other options for any pharmacy services, take any other option; go anywhere else.

This is on of my favorite walgreens in my opinion. They have a lot of candies for me to choose from and they have squishmallow sized soaps and stufff just for me😮. I even got my vassine here and they gave me a special chair to sit in that was so comfy and all mine.

The main reason I go to Walgreens is for the photo department. Disposable cameras have been taking longer to develop lately but I understand theres probably delays due to covid. I used to use this pharmacy (but insurance changed) and never had any problems but recently had a bit of confusion about a vaccine. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

This Walgreens has the worst Pharmacy Ive ever experienced the people are rude and have no customer service skills. I went to pick up my prescription when I got there I was told it was not ready Ill be ready in 10 minutes she said 45 minutes later still not ready I got a text saying my prescription is ready I tried to tell the pharmacist they tell me I need to go back in line which was 10 people deep after waiting 45 minutes already. Long story short hour and 20 minutes later I finally got my prescription.

MADDIE/MADDI/MADIE/ how ever she spells her name (no name tag) is VERY rude, had no patience, had no desire to explain things and seemed to have no time to help me. She was flustered and frustrated that she had to find my 2 prescriptions. Sad thing was, I was the only one in line at the pharmacy and no one was waiting outside either. I commented to MADDIE that she was such a pleasure to deal with and she giggled under her breath. Good luck if you get the honors to be helped by Maddie.

This has to be the slowest Walgreens location in the country for prescriptions. If you call they will tell you 20 minutes, but realistically you should double or triple that time. It took 2.5 hours to fill a prescription after it was called in by my doctor.

I didn’t catch the ladies name at the pharmacy, but she was very rude and short with me when I went to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy team needs to be retrained on their friendly customer service.

The nicest people are here, wonderful, very helpful young lady who wears a scarf on her head in the pharmacy who always helps me out! Great young lady! Very nice customer service! Always find someone to ask if u need help finding something!

Avoid this place like the plague if you actually need your medication.If the pharmacist doesnt approve of your script, there youll sit while they call to confirm with the doctor that they meant to write that. Even having a decades-long history of filling *that exact medication and dose at Walgreens* doesnt matter. This pharmacy appears to operate on the assumption that youre an addict until proven otherwise.(I fully understand the issues the doctors and pharmacies are facing, but the people who actually *need* the medications are the ones who are getting shafted. Treating people as though you think theyre an addict until proven otherwise doesnt help matters.)

The phone service is terrible- the automated system has too many prompts before you can ask for a person. The pharmacy staff is unprofessional and does not understand HIPPA- the pharmacist asks private medical questions in front of everyone- no attempt to be discreet.

Came in to pick up pictures. There was a girl working back there and she was on the phone and doing something with the machine. She looked over and saw me after I pushed the help button. The announcement for help kept going off and this whole time the girl wait nothing to me just continued what she was doing. Then she came over to shut off the help announcement. Still didnt speak a word to me and went back around my the machines. It was after about 10 minutes that she finally came over and asked if I was picking up pictures. Really bad customer service

Hello, Earlier I visited the Advocate Medical Group Advocate Clinic Lockport 16750 W 159th. I just wanted to recognize an awesome nurse practitioner. Dolphine C Coleman, CNP was very sweet and caring. She answered all of my questions and she made me feel like I was at home. Employees like these definitely make people’s days. She is an phenomenal employee and needs to be recognized/rewarded. Thank you!

We have always taken our prescriptions there and have had great service but tonight when realized I was out of one of my 5 year olds seizure meds and called to get a refill. They were out of the med but Jack went above and beyond to reach out to the doctor and contact other local stores to coordinate getting it filled for her tonight. What other people wouldve considered not thier problem he did all he could to take care of us. I cant thank him enough!

One plus is that the building is new and clean. And I like that they will hire diversely; there is a lady in head scarf and some with colored hair and tattoos. People need to stop thinking this is so unprofessional, move on and accept that we all need jobs and not everyone views it as such. You really shouldnt be turned down for work for religious reasons and I really like the pharmacy techs blue hair; our lives are not for serving our professionalism they are to afford our fun. My reason for low score is that the pharmacy closes too early on the weekends. Lockport has become a big a busy town with no pharmacies even open late... and we need one that is 24 hr here. But 5 PM Sat & Sun? For many of us were not even off work before they close. Im changing locations for this reason... I keep walking in here and finding them closed and if the line is long it takes forever. These people show no signs of sense of urgency. They are in a slow mosey all the time. And several times cashiers (both store and pharmacy) have no greeting... its so awkward when they just stare and wait for you to walk up. SAY: HELLO, MAY I HELP YOU. Something. Let me know theres a human inside you.

I tried to visit the Clinic. I made an appointment online for 2pm. The nurse didnt show up on time. 10 min late. And then proceed to take another guy sitting there claiming she didnt know I had an appointment even after after I told her. She did their system didnt alert them. And that I would be 25 min before she could see me! She was so rude and condescending. Like it was my fault Im sick and making her work longer that day.

Pharmacy has horrible guest service. It always seems like chaos in there. They shorted me 10 pills on my refill and they acted like I must have lost them. I just pray they dont pull a Mr. Gower on someone.
