I had a great experience purchasing a new Galaxy smart phone today at the Verizon store in Lockport. John S was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and then some. He helped me choose the phone that best fits my needs. I am disappointed in Verizon as far as the billing. I have been a customer for 20 years but apparently that does not matter. I was charged a $40 activation fee and a $29 fee to transfer my information from my old phone. It would have been nice if my loyalty was acknowledged by activating and getting my new phone set up without charging me with every fee under the sun.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They take your time and your money. Estimated cost on replacing an iPhone was way off. In addition, they upgraded us to a unlimited data plan and said it would only cost $30 more a month from what we were already paying.. this was also false - we were shocked to get a bill that was $100s more. This, of course, took hours on the phone with Verizon to get fixed back to our original plan. In addition, the salesman was very poor at clearly discussing our options for phone replacement/upgrade/etc.

Got in and out real quick, and got the matter resolved.

Terrible employees and customer service. They tried to change the deal we got when we picked up our phones. Didnt properly explain new bill structure and automatically add on the $11/month protection plan without asking if we wanted it. Recommend to anyone that has a similar experience to use the chat feature on Verizons website. They were very helpful in fixing all of the stores errors/upsells. From now on we will only go to corporate stores where the employees are hopefully more professional.

Have normally had great relations with staff but spoke with Adam on the phone today and I was frustrated about not being able to be helped by them and would therefore require more work on my part. Instead of trying to help out and offer suggestions like using one of their extra cables while I was waiting for my damaged one to be replaced, or any other option he just became frustrated back and raised his voice. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Was SCAMMED by this location. Was LIED to so they could sign me up for services and make quick money. Manager did not help, in fact he was the one who scammed me (Gregory). Called TCC Corporate and was advised they would choose the employers word over mine. Avoid this location at all costs!
