Came in a month ago for a new phone and these guys did an amazing job. They were patient and very informative. Told them I’d give them 5 stars and they definitely deserve it. I am from the Orland park area and I refuse to go anywhere but here for my phone needs. Thanks!

I was there on a day when they had a lot of different things going on but the staff still made time to check in with me make sure I was comfortable let me know that they would get to me as quickly as possible. They were very courteous the entire time and made my trip to the store very pleasant.

I was hesitant to go to the store, the last time I went with an issue I was told to Google it. What a pleasant surprise I had today!! If only there were more workers like Brian. 😊

Brian helped with my phone upgrade. I had a 10XR and it started losing battery power very quickly. Also people were not able to hear me- I was always needing to use the speaker phone.He helped me choose a new 12Pro and I turned in my old phone for a credit of $700 over 3 years. Not only that, he helped me to find a better plan to reduce my Direct TV and my phone payment to AT&T. Overall I was extremely happy with Brian and my visit to the Lockport, IL store!!!

ASK FOR BRIAN!!! I went in with the intention of spending only $300 on a new phone. I ended up paying $ 440 but I got a case, a screen protector & a free wireless charger. This guy was one of the most informative & helpful people I’ve ever met in retail. He helped me setup my new phone, & transfer the data from my old phone. He’s charismatic, honest & understanding with his customers & he wants you to get the best deal. AT&T had better give this guy a raise, master of his craft. 👏🏼

We originally tried to go to a different location in Orland Park but they were inside with their doors locked, and would not answer their phones, so we found ourselves at the Lockport location. We were greeted right away by the young man, I believe may have been Daniel, who assisted us. He was very knowledgeable, tried to get us the best deal, but didnt push either. He answered all of our questions and looked up to verify things before he answered so he didnt give out misinformation. He made the process very easy and not at all frustrating and we walked out with two upgraded phones.

Honestly what a great experience. I had a couple issues and questions. They had the answers I needed and hoped for. On top of that that offered promotions for phone cases and screen protectors that are life time warranty and gave me a free wireless phone charger which is a huge help.

Only one employee working on a Sunday? We walked in a few minutes after the store opened. There was one person ahead of us being helped. It was a long transaction and they received the appropriate time and attention it required. However, waiting 50 minutes to be helped is a long wait. And at that point, there were three other customers standing and waiting after us...

Stay away at all costs. We went in to purchase a WiFi device for permanent placement in our vacation property in central Illinois. Shi sold us on using an iPhone instead. We expressed our various concerns. She assured us this is the new way to go.I tried it over a 3 day period, it became very apparent this would not work!We called on the 3rd day and talked to Dillon. Dillon told us to bring it back for a refund. The following day we attempted to return it. Shi told us 59$ restocking fee! I expressed to her it was her mistake selling us a device that would not serve the purpose we purchased it for. The conversation escalated, I requested to see or contact the manager several times . She refused our requests and told us to leave the store immediately! She locked the door behind us immediately on exiting.We then took the iPhone to the Homer Glen store and explained the situation to Gicel. She issued us a full refund immediately.We wasted an entire weekend trying various ways to get this device to work, 3 trips to the Lockport location and still were denied a full refund, for a device that was sold under false pretenses!AT&T corporate should take action here!

I have been a loyal customer for yrs.even added tv and internet to our home.when the covid hit we lost our jobs and had to wait for unemployment.i have a disabled son and asked to please extent my payment for 2 weeks. We were in a world crisis ! 10 Yrs of service with AT&T did nothing to help us ! Another multimillion dollar company only worried about there money ! We were informed we go back to work in 10 days ! I will be switching companies ! I will not support a greedy company ! World crisis and you didnt care about your customers you have a decade with ! Shame on you AT&T

I had a very unique situation which is to much to explain . But feel the need to write this review . BRIAN at the lockport store was nothing but amazing. My issue I was having he could have easily not tried to help me, but he did nothing but offer amazing service to help me in any way he could. Not many people out there these days that truly care. So shout out to you Brian thank you for helping me for hours trying to resolve my issue! Side note store was very clean, great customer service . I will recommend to everyone I know

I was sent a replacement phone after mine malfunctioned, and Brian, the store manager could not have been any more friendly and welcoming. He had several customers already when i arrived, however, he did an outstanding job of checking in with each of the customers.I have been in customer service for 30 + years and i would hope his upper management realizes the asset they have with having him on their team.His upbeat attitude and knowledge helped me feel like a valued customer. He should be recognized since this was my second time in the store in the last several years and what normally is a source of frustration actually made it bearable.Thanks Brian and also to Anthony who stepped in to help when he arrived.

Brought in new iPads to activate 4g service. They needed all updates performed. These guys were the best! Although my updates were time intensive they kept checking on the status and kept things moving. I really appreciated the service and how nice they were to deal with. Also reviewed my current plan to find me some cost savings. This will be my AT&T store from now on!

I was having a hard time with my old number. I was getting spam calls and text messages from people asking me about getting access to some club. Not to mention all the spam text messages saying #mikevoatthedoor. I came to the store and Ahmad was able to help me switch my number and put me into a phone that suited my needs. He even sat down with me told me that I could save money every month by switching to Direct TV and my home phone service with AT&T. On top of all that he took the time to help me set up my cell phone. Superb service.

I have been calling daily for 2 weeks, left messages the first week. No one answers the phone, or calls back if you leave a message. They moved and now they suck. Just called again they are open, no one answered the phone again.

Ive been to this location twice and I will NEVER go back! They sell discontinued phones to you without telling you! Thank God my husband looked up the nokia phone my mother had just purchased. He was trying to find her helpful hints for her 1st smart phone experience only to find out the dang phone was discontinued in April!!? She purchased it in August!! Heres where it gets interesting. We take the phone back to a different AT&T location (this location closes earlier than others) only to be told we HAVE TO go back to the one in Lockport because we purchased it there. That location is an AUTHORIZED dealer not an actual AT&T store. The salesman, I believe his name is Danny, proceeds to play the word game with me about how long the shelf time of a cell phone- mind you its been 4 days since original purchase, the nokia my mom just bought is no longer displayed. Now the sales rep has an attitude problem because I caught him trying to b.s. my mother. He exchanges the phone. My mom paid the difference, but he tried to over charge her by almost $80.00!

Friendly but incompetent staff, I waited over an hour to find out they did not have a nano Sim that I need, I would recommend not going or call your head although it would take a lot of time to get a hold of the staff to ensure they have the services that you need,, no disrespect to the staff they are friendly but as I said incompetent
