STAFF WAS GREAT BUT STILL WAITING ON MY GLASSES GOING ON TWO WEEKS AND I NEED THEM BADLY CANT HANDLE THE WAITING

The worst eye doctor Ive ever been too. What should be a 15 minute visit took over an hour and a half of waiting in the room. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everyone was pleasant and efficient.Im all for the dry erase board sheets to fill out the questionnaire...SAVE THE TREES. (Can you imagine how much paper was wasted with every single person filling out those papers...just for them to log it into the computer).Answered all my questions and I had a great experience. Been going to this office for quite some time!

I’ve been telling everyone about Legarreta Eye Center since my first appointment with them, yesterday afternoon. On a scale of 1-10, they are an 11. Friendly, professional, accommodating. They all made me feel welcome and even took the time to fit me to a pair of glasses that not only look good but fit my face type. I’ve never had that level of care anywhere, not even doctors I’ve had for years!

Shannon was extremely thorough with her examination of my eyes. The optician was very patient with me as I tried several pairs of frames until I was satisfied with choice and selection of lenses.

I took my child for an exam and bought new glasses. Right away noticing the prescription wasnt strong enough, we were told to take some time & give them a chance. After giving the glasses a chance(waste of money & time), the prescription was still not correct. When I finally called, apparently I waited only a few weeks too long(due to covid)- the office said itd be a $600 out of pocket fix. No thank you. Going else where for a correction.

Did my yearly eye check in October, no issues. Ordered my glasses and paid, no issues. Was told they’d be able to be picked up in 1 weeks time. After a week and a half with NO UPDATES, I called and was told they had an issue with putting on a coating on the lenses and they had to be fixed. So after another week, my glasses arrived. Now, less than a year later, the coating is coming off at an alarming rate off of 1 lens which leads me to believe they were rushed and not properly fixed.

I Recommend This Eye Center Friendly, Caring, Place That Take Time Concern About Our Vision ...It A Long Distance But Worth It... Trust and Believe... I Was Totally Satisfied ...Thank You All That Attended To Me...👍

Very thankful for Dr. John Legaretta. He helped me when I needed it! He is always timely and knowledgeable, spends time with me to explain everything and is very personable.

The office staff and doctor are wonderful. They were accommodating with an emergency appointment and setting up a regular eye exam. The optical side however, is terrible. My first time there I went back to pick up my lenses and they broke them, another two week wait. Today, trying to get my daughter glasses and contacts with double insurance coverage was horrendous. The gentleman in the optical side was very difficult and rude, would not listen and could not give me a straight answer. After 20 frustrating minutes I finally got the script and left. We have always ordered my daughters glasses/contacts the same way with no issues until today. He actually refused to take my card for co payment. Never again

Very pleasant personal, Dr Legarreta is very pleasant and up front with you. I enjoy going there and hope others do as well . I would definitely recommend this facility.

I am not one for making reviews but I needed to leave a review for this place. We switched here after changing insurance and very disappointed on what we walked into. Very unorganized service, we were not greeted when walked and actually ignored. Paperwork filled out with dry erase boards. The technicians were very rushing and very hard to keep up with. As far as the Doctor he is quick and quiet. Very crowded and unorganized office. Coming from Davidson Road optical and coming to this office is downgrading and it’s disappointing...

I love the legaretta eye center. Dr. Legaretta is great and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is professional and kind. I would never go anywhere else!

I walked in to set up an appointment for both me and my son and was told to grab a a seat by the secretary. We sat for 15 minutes listening to the lady gossiping and giggling on a personal phone call qnd after 15 finally ledt with no appointment. Terrible secretary cost the doctor 2 new patients.

Go somewhere else, anywhere else! This place has the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. The optician is pushy, condescending and rude (on all 4 of my experiences with her). I will never go back.

Vision in left eye 20/500 and couldnt get a paper stating I was legally blind.

The doctor, techs, and staff are excellent!
