I got my damaged spectacles fixed solid and for free. The lady staff was very nice. But they are not open all day.

Overall, I was very impressed with the service and amount of care that I received through the vision center! They worked with my conflicting schedule to get me in for appointments, and Dr. Mosley was by far the most caring health professional Ive encountered! Her undying effort to find me the right pair of contacts was unexpected and admirable! Even when I was going to settle for an uncomfortable pair, she persisted until we found the perfect pair! Ill surely be coming back as long as Dr. Mosley is there!

Love the friendly atmosphere and wonderful eye doctors. Dr Gehrke is just great, takes his time, explains everything, and gives you a very thorough exam. My grandchildren love him and so do we! I used to spend over $500 at another Vision Facility to get the same tests and contacts but not here! Very reasonable prices for your eye exam and contacts!

Ordered the wrong item for me when i specifically asked for something else, and customer service is just so horrible. Never coming back here.

Absolutely will never go here again. Staff was rude my entire visit. Anytime i asked a question about glasses or contacts, what types of lenses they offer, i got short responses as if i shouldnt dare to ask. I needed new lenses because i have scratches on my current ones. Even though i can see just fine with them, they said i had to get a new exam that would cost $95. What a joke. My vision hasnt gotten worse, i just need new lenses. If youre looking for a quality experience, please save your time and go somewhere with at least a shred of professionalism.

I have always had great service there and usually get my contacts within 1 to 2 weeks. As for Jimmy Johns review, the contacts do come through Walmart, they come from 1800 Contacts so after the order is submitted, it is out of the associates hands and you have as much power as they do.

It took them over a month to get my contacts in. (Acuvue, common brand) Each associate I talked to had no clue what was going on. You get what you pay for.
