Helpful folks and everyone was masked per the state mandate. Needed helium balloons and they were out of latex, but I was able to leave with mylar. Called in an order late on a Saturday morning and was able to pick it up about an hour later! Much appreciated for my dads surprise birthday!

This is the most well stocked and cleanest Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to. I drive right past my local DT in Mokena to come here. This store is 20+ minutes out of my way; and with gas being so expensive, that says everything about this store. There’s almost always more than one cashier working and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager & employees clearly care about this store, and it shows.

Cant shop without a mask but they dont have any masks to offer the customers or even for sale on their shelfs. Right let me go to Walmart real quick, buy a mask and come back to shop here. What a joke.

This place is so unorganized went in to place an order for balloons I was told there was no helium. Another customer walks in to pick up his balloon order someone apparently forgot to do his order so I see one of workers start blowing up his balloons. I was just told there was no helium lazy people just dont want to work!

Should not be wearing masks I wont go back quit listening to the government

This Dollar tree is located in Lockport on Farrel road behind Chase Bank before you get to Walmart if you coming from 159th Street. It was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly.

I love Dollar Tree. Sometimes it can get busy but the employees are there to help.

I get alot of my cleaning supplies there plus greeting/ birthday cards and more

Always nice people especially the manager. They do a good job. Thursdays it was strange it went at 1:10. A women was just taking down a sign that the store was closed for cleaning. It seemed to be a strange time .

One of the better dollar tree locations I have been to. Nice selection of products, a lot of name brand items and their grocery items are actually fresh unlike most dollar stores. Checkers are friendly and line moves fast.

This location was recently transitioned from Deal$ (Deals) to Dollar Tree. I am so glad to finally have a true Dollar Tree so close by! Ive been here several times si CE they opened a few months ago and I always enjoy my shopping experience and the variety of items available, all for just $1 each (2/$1 cards, too!). The staff Ive encountered here is always really friendly.

Return policy is a joke. Why would you return one crappy item and only be offered the same crappy item. Cant get ANYTHING else in store. Called and emailed corporate. No reply at all. Great way to do business!!!

Best Dollar Tree I have been in EVER!

Lots of deals at Deals! I like to buy birthday cards, gift wrap and gift bags here, since they arent overpriced like other stores. Staff is friendly and the store is clean and easy to navigate.

Went to purchase balloons from this store today, and the gentleman (who happens to be the store manager) was extremely rude, disrepectful and arrogant. Never shopping here again, this guy can take his attitude somewhere else.

I was in this dollar tree today, July 22nd. . Both mens and womens restrooms were out of order, but then the real bad stuff happened when I went to check out. The cashiers name was Collin and he was continually playing with his hair, and that was his only concern. The store only had 4 other customers in it and another cashier had a lane open. My son asked me for a balloon and when I decided which ones we wanted, I asked Collin for the ones I wanted and he ever so rudely huffed and rolled his eyes and said I was supposed to do that before I shopped. I told him that Ive never had to do that before. Then he yells from the balloons to the first register where I was waiting and tells me that the one I wanted wasnt there, so I chose a different one. While he was blowing them up I got a weight for the balloons and he comes back to the register and grabs it out of my hand to scan it. I told the young lady that said she was a assistance manager, I told her of my experience with Collin and she said that there werent other complaints about him my question is, why havent they gotten rid of him, because he definitely doesnt have any customer service skills.
