I think overall it was a decent experience. There was a couple issues along the way buying my laptop but nothing they didnt take care of .

To keep it simple, don’t waste your time if you can get furniture with a better company

Do not rent from here. The staff has no clue what they are doing.. I basically had to help them do their job just to get signed up for our appliances in the first place. Then when delivery day came, we waited all day for an email for the contract to sign and never received it even after fixing the email they had and confirming it. The manager is absolutely no help at all and has no care for you or your business. She refused to have our appliances delivered because it was close to closing time even though it was still during our appointment time for our delivery and we wouldnt be available again for a week due to work and their business hours... now we have to go a week without our appliances again and she wasnt willing to do anything to help or make up for THEIR mistake. The only thing that was offered was to push our payment out a week.. no credit, no trying to get our order to us when promised, no nothing. Then when she didnt like to hear what we had to say she hung up on us. We are probably just going to get a refund and they will lose out on $1000 because of their poor choice in staff and managers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This place is changed since the last manager promise one thing this new manager is not seeing something different. I’ve been a customer there for over 10 years when Martha was there she took good care of me. I had such wonderful customer service now this new manager today Seems not to care about my business. It’s sad because now I really don’t want to go back to that place again. I bought so many items from them and now their policies have changed. You would think that after 10 years of service and doing things right and paying on time they would honor a person.Very sad!

If you like people SLAMMING at your door for half an hour for a payment, rent from this place. If you like I getting calls 7 minutes after opening and then 6 times a day, rent from this this place. If you like getting customer service that is sub-par and is basically juvenile, rent from this place. I was literally in the store for 20 minutes longer than I wouldve been because the employees joked with themselves. Im all for humor in the workplace, but this was like walking into a high school study skills class.I give this a second star only because the laptop I rent from there actually works.

Even when I thought I would end up going to a competitor to get my Appliance, because the Stockton locations judge you on their City and not on Self...THANKS Lodi Rent-A-Center, the Energy Saving Refrigerator works Well!!

Customer Service was great!

Will never rent from this store again. had two appointments for a repair man to come and look at the washer we went renting on both times they did not show or even call. when we went in to pay washer and dryer off the lady was very unpleasent to us.
